Randstad in Charleston is by far the best Temp Service I have found in Charleston. I have worked for a few other ones, but Randstad has given me the best opportunities. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Always has the right answers for all of my questions. They have given me several different assignments that I have been a perfect fit. Had a bad phone call experience with one of the staff members. She was very unprofessional. I informed management & he basically stated that he knew about the phone call because he was present when it accord but if you heard & knew about it why did you allow it to happen. Not saying that all Randstad staff had the same mentality as the employee that I spoke with or the manager that responded to my concern but I would not feel comfortable applying to this specific location anymore.

Katie helped me get my current job here in Ladson, SC. She helped set up an interview with a company I had never heard of before now (she even gave me pre-interview tips). She took all of my work experience into consideration and made sure she found suitable employment opportunities for me based on that. She was very quick to respond and very helpful and had a very friendly demeanor. I was new to the job search as I had been with my old company for almost 5 years. Worst employment agency I have ever used. Your experience and skills will go underappreciated. They do not communicate or work with clients seeking employment. You have to reach out to them and they tell you enough to subdue you, then they never contact you again. You will receive endless and pointless emails with questionnaires and emails saying that your skills match the job applied and someone will be in contact soon. No one ever contacts you. Consider yourself lucky if you actually get employment. I recommend not wasting your time with this agency.

Worked with Randstad on 2 separate work assignments. Professional and trustworthy.

I have working for Randstad since October 2016. My recruiter Katie Whittington, helped me try to find jobs in the health care industry. I enjoyed my first assignment at Dorchester Mental Health and stayed about 3 months. After that she placed me with Dhec and I tempted for the clinics and perimeter. It was hard finding a permanent placement but was determined something would come up. Katie set up me with Charleston County in February. I almost rejected the assignment and I am so glad I didnt. I was hired on in July! So this is definitely a great step in the door for more. I recommended Katie Whittington. She is great and has an upbeat attitude.
