I moved into town over a weekend without lining anything up ahead of time. Jennifer was awesome in assisting me with the perfect sized unit. I recommend Cube Smart on Ashley Phosphate to anyone deserving some extra space

The staff is kind, when I do see them. I do, however, find the auto shut-off on the lights a great inconvenience when Im loading and unloading. At least, 15 to 30 mins of constant lighting would be helpful. As well, I am disappointed that i have seen the price increases growing larger year over year. Smh

My world crumbled, after I sold my duplex out of town and drove to North Charleston, believing I had a place to buy. The home contract unexpectedly fell through and things looked bleak. My UHaul was loaded with all my belongings but I had no Home to empty the contents. Then, a true angel appeared! Trying to use contactless registration forces you to purchase insurance that you may or may not need. Their systems do not support the new reality and they do not enable their people to solve problems. There must be a better unit to use somewhere.

The clerk was very knowledgeable and very helpful when I need to figure out the size I need for my move.

The manager is super friendly and very helpful! Needed my lock replaced and they were very accommodating to schedule a convenient time for me to come and have them fix it. It took all of about 15 minutes! Easy fix. Very pleased with the service and customer service.

Very quick, easy, and friendly place for storage. My company warehouse was completely full and I needed a place to store some product quickly. I went out on the website on a Wednesday night reserved a large unit for a low price and the first month free. Stephanie at their office called me first thing the next morning to confirm. I went there signed the paperwork and began loading the unit right away. I ran out of space and she rented me the unit right next to it as well. The locks i had were too big, but they had locks there in the office for sale and priced very reasonably. Thanks Stephanie, you were a pleasure to work with.

This was an easy reservation. The lady working there on 9/1/18 was amazing and had a beautiful personality! She was very helpful and was quick to get us into the unit we wanted to rent. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs a great, clean place to store their belongings.👍👍

Stopped into this facility yesterday after driving past a few others because the driveway and space between the storage units best met my needs and accommodated the size of my U-Haul and trailer. After communicating with Mr. Ronnie my mind was made up on renting the space. He provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable with the size of the unit and my decision to rent. They have a great move in specials and the property is well kept and managed. There are 24 hour cameras and management lives on the property which is also a plus. Moving from Texas its hard to know who to trust with your things this place was a great find all around!P.S. if you ask really nicely they will even provide you with water bottles while you move.. 😁😁

I would like to give a review of my experience when I rented at Cubesmart with Tina. My actual first experience with Tina was at a store. We were both in line and she was in her uniform, we said hello to each other and that is when I noticed she worked for a storage company. We were actually in need of storage due to our recent move coming up. I asked her where she worked at and Tina had no problem answering my questions about storage and gave me a business card with her information on it. I felt bad because I know she was off however she didnt skip a beat and answered all my questions and offered to help me reserve a space being the office was closed (it was Sunday evening). I didnt reserve one because I had to speak to my wife first but then when we talked and I told my wife how friendly Tina was we decided to go to rent. When we pulled up Tina greeted us at the door with a smile and she remembered my name (that was great) she shook our hands and we really felt welcomed. Tina answered all of our questions and never stopped smiling. When we were finished she walked us out to check our code and again she shook our hands and thanked us for coming by. My wife said Wow you do not see many people like her everyday . If we know of anyone who needs storage we will send them her way because of her our moving needs were made a little easier. You could tell she takes pride in her job.Sorry if this was so long but she deserves to know that we appreciate her and all she did for us. Way to go Tina!!!

Clean, pest control services maintained, security on grounds and inside, and climate control for the one I picked. . This facility and location, and unit seemed to work well for me within the surrounding area that I reviewed. Suited me best, except for price little high for area, but close by. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only had few weeks at this point.

Great, new place that was actually well thought out while being built (the doorways are wide enough to fit a couch through without cutting it in half) and the humidity levels were so low my water absorbers were barely used (for 8 months of humid spring and summer) . great knowleagable staff also. HIGHLY RECOMMMENDED
