I will give zero points and will not recommend them. I have bats nesting in my house. Justin, owner who came to assess was terrible. Did not do complete assessment and refused to go to attic to check. No follow up on any planning or timeline from them or any guidance. No sense of urgency or any responsilibity. I had to call their office multiple times to get an updates. When they came up with a plan they proposed using lift (other companies I consulted were using ladder to reduce the cost). Sheer unprofessional from them. Don’t waste your time and money.

Called 3 times and never got a call back. Even a wk later, never a follow up call or is everything ok. Whoever answered was working from home and had no idea what the person that goes out was doing. Thank you. I know who not to call when an animal is in need!

I had a black snake on my screened-in porch over the July 4th weekend and Justin from Palmetto Wildlife Extractors was the only 1 of 2 companies out of 7 that actually took the time out of his weekend to call me back (the guy from the other company was beyond rude & condescending). Justin took the time to hear my concerns and offer various options -- in laying out my options he was able to calm me down enough to be able to convince me to wait until the upcoming workweek to avoid having to pay the emergency fee. We scheduled an appointment for the following Wednesday, which he showed up to on time and ended up not charging me anything since the snake had already gone and his checking was more for my peace of mind. I highly recommend Justin & Palmetto Wildlife Extractors.

Not even a 1, I just went through a lot and told him, he hung up on me Im not stupid enough to know when ur phone rings it dont hang up on the person which is what he said. Trust and belive there will be more reviews. I had five eggs I found. He was NO HELP.
