I don’t like going to the dentist. Was super pleased and satisfied with my treatment. Great service and professional! dental assistant Cindi made me feel calm and not anxious prior to seeing dentist and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Daily is great, very knowledgeable and helpful for understanding my teeth issues, correcting them and facilitating healing. Going back for a comprehensive appointment. Looking forward to it! Had my teeth cleaned and given a fluoride treatment, my tech was awesome and my teeth feel great. They have a long waiting list but so its worth it!!!! Thank you for your time and the fluoride is surprisingly not too bad lolThe admin staff we very nice also when I asked to have my fillings done at their office. Our daughter is almost 5 and she went into the north bend office today screaming how excited she was to go to the dentist today. Chelsea was giving her a cleaning and Dr Collins had already given her a filling about a week ago. But dr Collins has recently moved over to the north bend office for this week. I sat with our daughter as her cleaning was done. Any questions that our 4 year old had was answered clearly to HER. They’re completely accommodating and answered any and all questions our girl had. They patiently waited even with their tools in her mouth and took every second to let her talk and ask a question no matter how much time it took for her to talk. Lol. I seriously wouldn’t take my babies anywhere else. Hands down to the north bend and Coos Bay office. ❤️

This was the best tooth extraction in my life ! Dr. Hu had my gum numb and it literally took less than 5 minutes to pull the whole tooth out in one piece ! This was not a little tooth ! And it was broke off at the gum line so for Dr. Hu to get that out in one piece is amazing to me besides the fact he did it was quickly. I’m healing up good.. I was in serious pain and my jaw was swelling so Thank you so much ! Your the bomb !

Went in had 3 teeth pulled and was out in an hr. With no pain! Not even when they gave me the shots to numb it! I like the staff, nice and will talk you through everything! Today had 2 fillings and he talks you through every move. I was out in a half hour. Still no pain! Awesome team! 👍👍

On 11/13/19, I entered the dentist office scared to death because I was having 2 teeth pulled. I hadnt been to a dentist in a couple of years but this had been the plan the last time I was there. The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming & reassuring. The one had checked with my insurance and had informed me on the previous Friday that these extractions were covered and I would owe nothing for this appointment.In the back I met Harley & Dalton who put me right at ease joking with me while still acting very professional. When Dr. Greg came in things changed. He looked in my mouth, ordered a Bite Wing and suggested I keep the one tooth and have a Silver Crown. Panic mode kicked in ($$$$$). One of the ladies from up front came back and explained all the financials with me, while calming me down. Insurance covered the exam, Bite Wing, & the crown. The other tooth or root will wait for next year.Dr. Greg, Harley, & Dalton were absolutely awesome, as were the ladies at the desk. I apologize for not remembering the ladies names but Im 65, having a Senior Moment. :)

Maggie was very rude and mean with my 6 year old. The dentist himself was great, but Maggie was not. They were supposed to an extraction, and expected my 6 year old to sit through it quietly. He was scared to death in the first place, and when she was belittling him by telling him that he wasnt a big boy. Instead of rescheduling his extraction with anesthesia, she banned my son from the office. Very unprofessional.

I have always liked the front desk staff. They are so nice and pleasant. Every dentist has been great with my girls over the last 4 years that Ive been talking them there. Honest and straight forward. The Hygienists and Dental Assistants have also been very thorough and explained everything clearly to us. Appointments can take some time to get in but they always seem busy so i get it. Overall, Im happy to take my kids there and never had a negative experience.

Thank you Advantage Dental! I have a significant amount of needed dental work and have had five teeth removed thus far. Dr. Benati is excellent. I had my teeth removed in under an hour and nearly pain free. Assistant Harley was great as well, always making sure that I was ok and if I needed anything. Even the office staff was professional and kind. I am looking forward to having my partial made.

He answered all my questions and was very friendly. I am going to be heading back now with my family and signing up. I think its worth my time to post this very positive experience. Was super nervous because I was sure I was going to have to have my tooth pulled but Dr. Benati was able to save it for me at no additional cost to me and was one of the most gentle Drs I’ve ever had!!! Dalton (who is super cute! Lol), Harley, & Gentry we’re all so much fun to work with & Beth & Tiffany at the front desk were so amazing and informative when it came to my insurance and scheduling! I wish I could just stick with this group all the time!! Highly recommended Advantage Dental and their entire crew!! 🤩

Ive had a swell in my gums that makes it very difficult to eat and Is very painful, so I came in for an emergency visit. The receptionist was very kind and sympathized at the fact it could take an hour. After waiting an hour with this egregious pain, I come up to the reception to let them know its been about an hour. Only then does the receptionist let me know that there are no openings any time soon, and that I could wait up to another 3 hours to get in. No emergency priority, even if you show up at the times for emergency visits.

If I could give this location minus stars I would. Worst run dental office I have ever experienced. If you have an appointment you could wait up to 6 or more hours to be seen, which I have had to do several times when taking my grandson and daughter there.. The appointments you make there disappear, so when you show up you no longer have an appointment. The appointment person is (if course) never responsible for the problem, she always tries to call you, except that call never came because your call log on the phone would have shown the call. If you have an emergency appointment you will be there most of the day so bring your cooler and lunch. To get an appointment to actually walk into the place takes over 6 months if you are lucky even if you have a cavity or pain unless you use their emergency services (which of course cost way more), and that way is usually the only way you get in to be seen due to the length of time before you can actually get an appointment because the problem becomes more aggravated. If you have to wait almost a year to get to see a dentist (after you get past all the appointments that disappeared or are moved around constantly and put off). If you are on any program for the disadvantaged your appointments will be moved and moved and moved, plus the wait times when you get there. If you need a dentist, go anywhere but Advantage Dental especially in Coos County. All their offices are awful.

Idiot at the front desk. Waited for an hour before I asked to see when I would be seen. They couldnt give me an estimate of how much longer. Another family waiting there said they were told 11:30a was their appointment, but when they arrived were told their appointment was actually at 11a and were now walk-ins. They had sat there 4 hours waiting, with a kid and no idea when they would be next. I was told North Bend was better than the Coos office. Man Advantage Dental SUCKS!!!! What a bunch of rude, stupid professionals

There’s really no point on making an appointment. You’ll just get reschedule and they don’t try to squeeze you back in ASAP, they’ll make you wait another 3 months because they made a mistake at their end. I scheduled an appointment for cleaning 3 months ago and they called six days before my appointment telling me that the hygienist is going to be on vacation for the holidays and I need to reschedule. They didn’t try to get me back in ASAP, they told me I need to wait another 3 months. So what’s the point on making an appointment?

When I went to this dentist office the doctor had flirted with me which I am married he did not take care of my gum problems that I had and my TMJ problems and yelled at me and I am special needs yelled at me in my chair to the point I was afraid to leave and I was so shooken up and this doctor was trying to get every penny out of my insurance and he doesnt understand about TMJ problems and he didnt seem to care about my TMJ problem he told me I dont care about your TMJ problem his assistant after the problem I told her assistant about my gum problems twice she did not hear me and she went into the doctors office and talk to him very privately and told her side and the doctor did not want to hear my side of what happened he just yelled at me in my chair and I was not very happy with the staff or the doctor also when I was out in the waiting room I started crying because I was so scared of the doctor and the woman that was his assistant went into the other room and called everyone to tell them what I had to hold her and I had to repeat it three times that Ive had gumball problems and she didnt seem to understand then I noticed she the cleaning bleach cloth had fallen on the floor and she picked it up and used it on x-ray machine and the table were all the Theeth tools were and I was just not pleased see what she was Doing her behavior and doctor I will never come back to that place again or my husband after I told him what it happened he was not very happy about it and told me to change to another dentist and when I called the front desk ask why was I canceling my appointments nosing into my business which I did not appreciate the front desk asking me and and the assistant would be looking over my shoulder when I was calling on my phone in chair to look at my privacy on my phone to see who I was talking to pretending like she was working but looking over my shoulder to see who was I calling went to another dentist office and they solved my problems and helped me with my gums issuesand they got me back on the road to recovery for my gums which Im very grateful and I feel very comfortable with them now

Got a tooth extracted for the first time ever. Along with some little girl who also got a tooth pulled for her first time and it was just traumatic for her so it had me a little shook. But the extraction went well with minimal amounts of pain afterward. I recommend this place to anyone.

As the most pickiest person you could imagine, much less meet, I was impressed. That usually only happens in heaven for me, as other towns have proven the dentist office quite the deep opposite. Mind you, fancy is not my care, over pain, respect or understanding. And this dentist had it all.Not a million dollar building, but cozy and clean, where even the corners of my eyes couldnt find the usual dust. While a fireplace would have set it off, the pretty faces and personal attention to this new patient was tranqulazing. Still, theres work to do, but that sure helps.I was new here, but in other states Ive screamed through the worse, and learned much from long winded corrections. I do so well now, little is needed for decades as they blow and poke away yearly. FLOSS IS KEY, and those three words could save every life (long term), yet here now new around, I have some past work that gave out after 20 years. Yea Im an old man. Fighting the insurance over a cap, I just asked the dentist. Mostly the assistant, Amy, knew her stuff and concisely dissolved my ignorance. She felt so easy to talk with, and honest, with my very complicated and precise concerns. Now the work, enters a tall young professional looking Doctor. It just helps when I feel tiny, but can communicate. He did tests I dont see often, nor did I feel them, though it looked a little sci-fi. Honestly a little scary looking from past childhood stories, but my faith in his training did not disappoint, with impressive test results. Being good is comforting, but the science is demanding.Now, the cap I need is sure getting close to pulp friction. Proof, not good. But understanding and communicating through few options, this Dentist was so affordable (compared to others), I could skip even insurance hassles. WHAT! really? I had to keep asking like a kid it was so unbelievable. Maybe a combination bonus, but unique enough to just say it seemed they care more about patient care then mere profit. I locked that in with relief. Even if I misunderstood, it was more caring then any other asking over years, and I ask everyone. Busy, busy, I left oddly jumping in the air as I walked out the door. I felt kinda stupid, but was that happy. Maybe it was a good day for me, or years of trying to correct this problem might end, or finding a price my budget can absorb, but that seemed to be the best Dentist appointment I ever had.Now scientifically I sure cant say it will be the exact same for you, but if there is a chance God wants to shine for you, he can do it there. They proved that potential for me. I should write a book about this place, only cause Ive seen so much worse and often, yet everyone should know a pain free professional place exist, that might care more about you then its whole existence. Maybe Im reaching, but the best of this pro couldnt prove otherwise. Worth mentioning in the least *winky. Let me just add... Even if they were all different and just doing their jobs... they have the tools, technology and education to still get you over it smilin, and not broke (that helps me smile), yet even this place with all that, plus the pretty and professionalism, its just bonus better like icing on that cake. If we could clone that, fears would be trivial. Still, I found this one a few days ago, and even though the next appointment was set a few months out is my biggest complaint, I was ready to be the next in line. Thats most unusual for me, and for a Dentist visit unbelievable to me. Maybe Im dreaming because forever turns into that, but I would testify to it. Im glad God saw that, and would advise it to you surely. A.D

REVIEW FOR THE CURTIS AVE COOS BAY OFFICE!The Coos Bay office is terrible! They give you an appt where you have to wait 2 months and when that appt comes close they call and say they have to reschedule! They did this THREE times and with appts that couldnt wait because of the pain. But they say oh you can come in and wait to see if they can fit you in! NO THANK YOU! I made an appt because I have a life and cant afford to just sit in your office hoping to be fit in but they always reschedule your appt after you have waited for months! AWFUL customer service. It seems this happens mainly with people who DONT have private insurance or pay in cash. They should be ashamed of themselves!! Reading the other reviews it sounds like ALL adavantage (ha! joke of a name!) dental offices do this!

They did a decent job on an implant for my husband so dental work is fine. The problem we encountered was rude staff. My husband has a recently discovered immunodeficiency disease that leads to nutrition loss and tooth decay. One of the dental assistance made a very noticeable disgust face upon examining my husbands mouth which embarrassed him greatly. She made a comment about how if he brushed his teeth he wouldnt be encountering the problems he had. Upon stating that he did (which he does floss and brush twice daily) she just scoffed and clearly did not believe him. Just today, my husband went in on his lunch break to make an appointment for some tooth pain hes been having . He waited in the waiting room for 40 minutes while the receptionist typed away never asking him what he needed and stating shed be with him when she was finished. We have switched dentist. What a terrible office environment!

My daughter is on Oregon Health Plan because its too spendy to cover her through the insurance my company offers. On August 15th we may an appointment with Advantage Dental Clinics for October 21st during my lunch hour. We showed up and waited an hour and a half only to be told that the doctor would not be able to see us because he was too busy. They said we could continue to wait and try to squeeze in over the next few hours. I couldnt miss anymore work so I made another appointment for Thursday, October 24th.When we arrived on Thursday for our scheduled appointment, the office was just returning from lunch. There was an older man, a teenage boy, and a family of three children that were walk-ins who had never been to this dental office before that arrived when we did. We waited over an hour again as they helped all of the above people, and somebody else that was scheduled an hour AFTER us because they had better insurance than we did.

Wow. Very unprofessional and my personal belongings were moved out of the room without knowing. Dust on the equipment... And on top of that I was told that I couldnt schedule a cleaning because they dont have a Dental hygienist. Wow. Unprofessional.

This place sucks the doctor wasn’t in both times I went in im having throat problems cause of my teeth and couldn’t be seen twice cause they had no doctor then when I went to reschedule my appointments cause they had to cancel them they said it be months out . So they punish people for doing nothing wrong.

Unsanitary, staff touch everything with their gloves on and then put their dirty gloves in childrens mouths!!! Disgusting!!
