The guy that did my pedicure was gentle. I was trying out a new place because the other nail salons charge way too much for below average work. He wasnt stingy with the nail polish. So Ill be giving them another try. Really nice setup. I look forward to going back.

I have been going here for years because of the quality of service I have received. I regularly get pedicures, and although they are perhaps a little more expensive than other places, I feel like the quality is worth it. I took my boyfriend for his first pedicure and he was really surprised with how great the experience was. I also get full sets with dip here, and I like my nails with a super short stiletto, and while other salons have argued with me about how it would look “bad”, tips 2 toes has always done exactly what I want without and judgement. They also have their cash back rewards program and it’s super worth it to pay with cash (4% back) versus card (2% back).

I love this place. It’s the only nail salon that I will go to and I live in Plano.I always see Elaina and she always has amazingJob on my dip or gel nails! Love her! So clean and lots of colors to pick from!!

Last Sunday I received nail service by NARY. I explained to Nary she was hurting my nail bedding on my finger nails. Others techs in the past never hurted my fingers. I asked Nary to double the polish due to the polish looked very thin. Nary didnt give the polish long enough time to dry. She smeared the left finger nails polish. Before leaving the shop, I scheduled appointments for both my husband I for Saturday August 7, at 430pm, and Tina will fix the nails from the past Sunday situation.Tina agreed.This past Saturday both my husband and I was informed by Tina she doesnt have any appointment for my husband only I. Now this is the third time Tina has different information I requested for service. I told Tina she could cancel my appointment.You never get the service you requested.For one Tina over schedules, and robs the client out of getting the service requested.Tina uses excuse, you only scheduled for only to get your feet, and or your nails done never a full service.I scheduled for full service for my husband and, repair several nails on my left hand with a pedicure.Well this time done it for me.Tina has lost my service after traveling 3 towns over to get there and be turned down.My personal preference was VAN to do my manicure and pedicure, unfortunately that Sunday she was off. Tina has a bad reputation with her business rushing, greed, rudeness.

My mom and my nieces love tips 2 toes nails. They always make us feel welcomed and very well taken care of. If you’ve gone there before, they always try to greet you by your name. They offer you a water bottle, ask if you’re doing okay and ask if you’re liking the service so far. They’re very attentive to details; they noticed my mom had an ingrown toe nail during her pedicure and took care of that for her without her having to request it, and when she got up to walk over to dry her toe nails her shirt was slightly tucked in her pants on her side and they kindly pulled it out so she wouldn’t look funny. They also have something similar to a rewards program, they can search your rewards by phone number on their iPad, for example they can tell you if have rewards turned into cash available to use towards your service which you accumulated from a previous service and it doesn’t expire. It took a long time to land on a place that does great pedicures and manicures with a great atmosphere, everyone is also happy to be there and glad to offer their services. Their acrylic or gel nails are always beautiful and they won’t have your nail tips lifting up off your finger like some places. We don’t go anywhere else anymore.

Ive been coming to this Nail Salon for about 10 years. It has changed ownership but the quality of their products and work has remained. I highly recommend Elena! Shes awesome 👌 ask for her when booking your next nail appointment!

I definitely dont reccomend a gift card, bc they expire after 6 months- I received one as xmas gift last year and I came in to redeem it, but they only gave me 1/2 value. The lady who attended me did a good job- I got classic pedicure. I had to ask a couple of times for water, but my feet came out pretty decent.

When you have working mom, 20years of typing hands and run in to see Kim who gets you together while you fall asleep in her chair. All the techs here are great, Kim just knows how to maneuver my hands so this working wife/mom can get a quick nap in.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I just moved from Colorado so I need to find a new nail salon. I came in for a fill about a month and a half ago and I was told over the phone when I asked and when I checked out and PAID that a fill with gel polish was $25. I paid $28 total because I was told it was a few dollar up charge for my tools like the nail file etc. Okay, no problem. I come back for a second time, this time with my best friend, and I did the exact same thing with the same polish and my total was $41! I asked why it was so much more and they said it was always the case and it must’ve been a mistake the first time although the same lady who checked me out the first visit was sitting right there. I was so upset. Also my friend has never had an issue with her nails falling off but after 2.5 weeks, 3 nails fell off (she got a full set put on) and the lady who did her nails also cut almost all of her fingers. Do not recommend!

AMAZING REWARDS PROGRAM!!I was driving home and ended up stopping in with my boyfriend. He had a mani pedi and decided going with one of the premium pedicures and really enjoyed it. It was his first time in a nail salon and was very pleased with how large the salon was. Also with the amazing time and quality the technician put into both procedures. Service was prompt without an appointment. My dipped acrylic set came out beautifully !! We will defiantly make the drive again to enjoy the experience again!

My foot doctor told me about this place, my second time I got the entire service for nails and feet. I love it!! they are clean, know what they are doing, very nice personality. Will recommend to a diabetic to get service here very careful about your needs.

This is the only place I go to for my acrylic nails. I have been to so many nail salons in the area, as well as surrounding areas, and they have all disappointed me. Tips 2 Toes is the only place who never disappoints and always does an amazing job. All of the technicians are amazing, but I personally love to have my nails done by Elena. My mother personally loves to get pedicures done by Van and she raves about how amazing she is. They are polite, the facility is clean, and the work is phenomenal. 10/10.

I love Tips 2 Toes!! I happily drive here from Glen Ellyn every 2 weeks. I could easily go 3-4 weeks but I get bored fast. They have so many dip colors but Im pretty rough on my nails and I like them pretty long so I switched back to gel nails with gel polish. They have an awesome selection of gel polish and matching regular polish for toes. They are super busy so I recommend making an appointment even if its calling ahead. I make sure I book my next one when Im there. Fun fact when they ask if you want a water its a full sized water bottle! Little things like that stick out to me. Oh and PAY CASH they have a rewards program and you get more points each time for paying cash Ive been going there since May and I have almost $30 Im just waiting till I get a free new set. Ive never heard of a place doing this. You can tell everyone likes working there and love what they do which I cant say about most places Ive tried. I highly recommend it!

It was busy so we did have to wait (but it was on a Saturday) But overall great service great people. The actual getting your nails done is super fast and it was super fast for two sets of acrylics. Would definitely recommend. Very nice people. Keep up the good work.

I live in Plano and I drive out there every 2 weeks when I could last 3 to 4 weeks but I get bored with my color so easily and they have so many colors to pick from. I only see Sandy for no chip gel manicure which she has now talked me into getting dip which is more durable. Yes they are higher priced than the 15 salons by my house and I have to drive 30 more minutes but I won’t go anywhere or see anyone else but Sandy. It took me 6 months to find a reliable, friendly, clean nail salon where my nails didn’t chip in a week and having someone as funny and personable as Sandy is such a bonus. They are very very busy so no walk ins please make an appointment. If you walk in you will be waiting an hour no matter the day or time. I always make my appointments in advance. If Sandy is busy or not there, Elena is another very good nail technician there. Those 2 are the best there is in this area. I know because I’ve tried 15 other salons before finding this one!! Did I mention they have over 100 nail colors to pick from??? So happy I found them that I had to leave a review and I’m not really a review type of person.

Ive been to Tips 2 Toes before and they are always very kind and accommodating. I had never had Hayden as my nail tech before today and he was INCREDIBLE. My experience with him made me want to leave a review because it was so great. He was so gentle and detail-oriented with my nails. I had an acrylic fill, new sets put on for two broken nails, and a color change. My nails have never looked better. Thank you, Hayden!!!!!!

Feel like he rushed doing nails keep finishing things he needed to fix now im home and I see more two of my nails are missing sides being covered should not have to go home and fix my nails after getting them done professionally this is the 2nd time Ive been there since they reopened due to covid and ill be finding a new place

I used to love coming here but I think they have new owners and now they are just rude. So, I walked out... The girl who sits up front in the ring leader of the rudeness. I wish I could give negative stars. I will be glad to take my hard earned money elsewhere while they sit and wonder why business is so slow....for a Saturday!

Will NEVER go back to this place. Myself and 3 others that I came with asked if they had time for us. Told us they could get us in right away, even as it looked mildly busy.. 25 mins later they told us that they would only be able to start on the girls that wanted their nails done. We all wanted to do our pedicures together. I was one among who wanted my nails done. I asked for acrylic full set, this man did not give me a manicure. Didnt even bother to ask even though I hadnt gotten a manicure in forever, and my nails and skin around my nails looked horrible. This man was rough, and did a horrible job. He put nails that didnt fit my whole nail, so it was very noticeable on the sides of two nails. Not only did I tell my technician I was unhappy with my nails multiple times, he continued to tell me wait until the end, if youre not happy talk to my manager.. he also told me continuously he knows what hes doing. FINALLY time for a pedicure, hoping it was going to be better.. it wasnt. I had the same person 🙄 My water was cold, asked twice for hotter water, that never happened. He didnt paint the edges of my toenails. Worst experience ever!! Also another one of us got white or so they thought white nail polish on her toenails but turned out to be bright YELLOW in the sun. The manager offered to change color, but we didnt have time for that. Would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE.

Buuuut, I got a pedicure by someone else and I asked for white on my toes and inside my toes looked fine but when I stepped out the color turned into a bright neon yellow!!

Came here for a nail appointment a while ago & they were great. They took care of me right away, gave me what I asked for. Did a good job at that. They were a bit pricey but its okay

I always love coming here and they do such a good job, but Im so irritated Im writing this review as I sit in my nail chair. This is ridiculous. I had an appointment at 11 and they didnt start my pedicure until 11:40. Now its 12:45 and nobody has started my nails.

Each employee seems to remember you, even of theyve never done your nails themselves.Many salons Ive been to, the employees speak to each other in another language the entire time they are working on you. Ive not experienced that here. They like to have a conversation with you, if you want, or are respect the silence.The mani-pedis are top notch too. They all have done a wonderful job every time Ive gone over the past year.

The nail techs are attentive. The facility is clean. Parking can get a little tight during busy periods.

I go in with a pic and they are pretty good at figuring out how to replicate it. This is kind of another general nail salon though.

Great service. I got my first ever manicure and pedicure here and I got my wedding manicure and pedicure here and they have never steered me wrong. The staff is nice and even the other customers here always seem more relaxed and nice than other salons I have visited.

I have been getting my nails for about 6 months now. I have tried a few different places and my nails needed to be repaired all the time. The price was right with others but after you keep going back and paying well not really a good deal. I started going to Tip to Toes because my daughter talked so highly of the business. I used to go every 2-3 weeks because of breakage and just getting ugly. I pay a little more now however my nails are solid. I go about every 3 weeks to get them filled. I bowl and my nails stay on, even at the 3 week part. Sorry to all that didnt like the price but you DO get what you pay for. If you want cheap go somewhere else. I like the quality and the fact that I do not have to go 3xs more often. Thank You Sandy for wonderful service and quality work.

I always feel pampered when I come here. Great place for a manicure. I typically get no chip and each time I go they really take their time to make sure my nails are flawless. Just this last time I went for a pre-birthday for my sister and they were very accommodating. We didnt have to wait and they made sure we were still able to sit close together. We even brought champagne and they opened and poured glasses for us. I would definitely continue to recommend this location for all your nail needs.

Wow! This is my new nail place! I was going to a different one for about 4years. But the past 2times have not been happy. After reading reviews I thought I would try this place. I did a deluxe ($37) no chip ($25) pedi. Could not be happier! Feel so pampered and they did wonders on my ingrown toenails! Another thing I love was they dont reuse the scrubby foot pad or nail files! My old place did not do this!

They are awesome here. Everyone is really nice and does a great job. On multiple occasions I have bumped a nail on something on the way out or to the drying table and they will repaint the nail with out hesitation.I get a Mani Pedi here on a regular basis and they are always busy with a lot of repeat customers.they like tips in cash just an FYI.

Came for a pedi, definitely a goto spot because it was busy but from the moment you walk in your greeted and ask what your in for. I didn’t have an appointment but only waited like 15 mins if that on a Saturday. The only thing I always hated about getting my feet done is you always wonder .. are they talking about you or other customers because they speak a different language to one another. But other than the Language barrier and the annoying fly that kept landing on me it was a great experience. They were nice, attentive, a professional. Will be back again!

They were nice, but overbooked their schedule. My mom, sister and I walked in and instead of telling us they couldnt take us right away they made me wait 10 minutes then rushed on all 3 of our nails because they had 3 appointments come in right after us. I paid the extra $20 for gel because the lady convinced me it was better. By day 3 of my nails were already lifting and had air pockets. I ended up taking off the nails less than a week later because they looked so bad. Dont know if its worth the money to go back and give them another try.

Great pedicures! Manicures are not bad and the people are friendly. Ive seen some great fake nails come out of there also.

Here’s all you need to know: They said they wouldn’t remove the callouses on my feet (just normal dry heel callouses) unless I paid for the $37 pedicure. Two days AFTER my pedicure, my friend asked “hey, I thought you were getting a pedicure?” I have never been here before, I will never return.

I got a no chip gel fill done by Hayden. Absolutely amazing, the first fill Ive ever had that is flawless. The shape is perfectly symmetrical and the attention to detail that Hayden had was fantastic. I would reccommend him and this salon to anyone I knew who wanted a perfect manicure. Request him and you will not be disappointed.UPDATE 5/30/19 For a week after this I had pain in my fingers and noticed an odd smell. In the past 2 weeks 3 of my nails broke off and almost all felt as though they were lifting. So, I went and got a fill at Whitneys Love on W Galena. Lilly informed me this is not gel, it is MMA Acryllic. By the way it soaked off I can GUARANTEE this is MMA, which is illegal and known to cause cancer. DO NOT GET AN ACRYLLIC FILL OR SET HERE THEY USE MMA ACRYLLIC. They took advantage of my lack of knowledge and I will never go back.

I have been coming here for the last 6 months and coming here today was awful. I came in for a pedi and a fill. My pedí was fantastic, my fill, was awful. I sat down with Jimmy, and I explained what I wanted which was a french, and he seemed to understand, during the process I kept reminding him of what I wanted and he was so annoyed by me. Once we got to the final stages of the gel process I reminded him again and he reassured me it was fine. He ended up painting my whole nail white, mind you a french is just white at the tip. Anyway, when I told him that was not how I want it. He flipped out. I refused to have him finish my nails, luckily another tech was there to save me. Once done with my nails I asked a woman whos name I dont remember to do my eye brawl wax and she refused, mind you the place was empty only my sister and I were there and she blantly refused.Needless to say my experience overall was not very pleasant. Not sure if Im going back.

The 4 stars is to make sure everyone see this... I have gone to tips to toes 5 times in the past 2 months first was to get a set of pink and white gel nails put on. After everything was said and done the price was $55 I left a $5 tip mind you. I got home I was not happy with how they looked. I could have done a better job at Laying the gel down and filing the nails myself Within 3 days they were falling apart and had air bubbles that were very obvious on each nail because the person that did them filed them down so bad and Cricket that the gel was already starting to crack on the sides of every nail besides 1. I couldnt believe the price I paid for the job I got so I called them and complained the manager was nice enough to redo my nails. So I will give Cindy credit for that but literally besides when she worked on the nails to fix them I have never been happy with my nails when I left this place. I went for touch-ups a couple times after that asking for Cindy each time but every time she gave me to somebody else so the work was never good. This time around I have a nail crack and the pain was completely unbearable I knew there was something wrong and I needed to get the nails off. So I paid $25 for a nail removal and a medicure how she took the gel nails off was almost like pure torture given to me purposely because I told her I wanted everything off my nails and to let them breathe they were getting too sensitive. She took nail clippers clipped part of the nail to let air underneath it and proceeded to use another fake nail to Jimmy and pray the gel sets off. I asked her there isnt a less painful way to do this? She said this is the fastest and easy way after I told her I thought there was a problem going on with my nails. The nail bed was severely tender and was like that for over two weeks. Right before I almost passed out from pain she finally got all of them off and proceeded to tell me that I couldnt just get a basic manicure I had to get a no chip manicure. I look down at my nails and saw that there was something severely wrong with them. parts of my nails werent there anymore and was softened up and down to the wick. I told her no way look how bad they are I need to let them breathe. This is Kathy by the way thats working on my nails. She told me that was not possible that was from someone filed down too much even though she was the last person to work on my nails so she would have been the one to file them down that much. I told her to be honest I really think Im having a allergic reaction to the nails Im not putting any other gel products on my nails. They hurt so bad the air is making me want to cry every time it hits it she tells me again over and over gel will take the pain away you need gel no chip nail polish. She didnt stop pushing the gel no chip til I mentioned going to see a doctor before putting another gel product on my nails cause I know Im having allergic reaction. I said its so loud because I was starting to get irritated the manager came over and said something to her but of course I couldnt understand it . Once Cindy walked away After that she told me okay just do whatever you want then but Ive never heard of somebody having allergic reaction to gel but I guess it as possible. I just suggest that to everybody because this nail polish will come off in a day or two. I told her thats the whole point my nails need to breathe theres something wrong with them. She was so rough and irritated about me not getting the gel tip I left there with a few cuticles bleeding. and when I mentioned the cuticles bleeding that has happened every time I have gone there. They are not careful and pay attention to what theyre doing like they should. The nail polish never covers my whole nail theres a little bit of each side that shows every time on every single nail. And the job gets worse the busier they are. It is very clearly only about money to these women. Even though I have been getting my nails done study and my eyebrows once I told them I was going to stop they were not happy.
