I’ve been coming to Ajita for a couple of years now, but just recently started getting my nails done with Sue. She is incredible and always does my acrylics thin and even. I appreciate this more natural look to my acrylics, and appreciate how great of a job she always does. Sue is super friendly, and I love her reminder texts. I recommend the whole staff, as everyone has always done a great job, but I definitely hold a special place for Sue! Ajita is clean, has amazing color selection for no chip, and they have great, flexible hours. Their prices are great too and very competitive. 5 stars!

One of the most terrible experiences I’ve ever had getting my nails done by a professional. I am so upset that I am actually writing this review as I leave the salon. You can see the pictures attached. I paid $120 for the nails in the photo below. $120! $30 simply for the designs on my nails that a 10 year old could have done better. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and the nail technician STILL did what he could muster up and then the language barrier does not make the experience any better. The manager tried to say it was my fault for not telling the tech that it didn’t look like the photo I SHOWED him, when he acted as if he couldn’t understand anything I was saying. I’ve also attached the photos I showed him as a reference. Please explain to me why any PROFESSIONAL nail tech would even put that design on my nail that didn’t match the picture in the first place! Why did he paint over the black instead of using tape? Not to mention my cuticles were BLEEDING after he finished and I told him and he did absolutely nothing but continue and rub lotion on my hands!I paid FULL price, sat in the salon for over 2 hours... even TIPPED the nail tech but please please please save your money !! This experience is a COMPLETE rip off.They cater to “favorite” clients who I watch receive a completely different experience than I did. I’ve given them several chances and have worked with multiple techs here and the results are just too inconsistent. SAVE YOUR MONEY !

Horrible service today! Ive been receiving services from here for awhile and my experience is not always completely to my liking but I give them the benefit of the doubt most times. The place was extremely busy and I was asked 3 times what services I wanted each time stating no chip manicure and a polish change. I even checked in via their sign in procedure. Had to tell the tech that I did not want dip powder that he was trying to give me after not understanding my nail design choice and it was like he got an attitude and started working on someone else and just left me sitting there with no explanation with foil on my finger tips. Then the staff proceeded to talk about the confusion in their language which was very rude. My nails ended up being rushed misshapen and lumpy. Then I had to remind them of my toe polish change! When the tech was done he walked me to the front dropped my shoes on the floor and pointed so I seated myself under the drying table and made sure the fan was on. After paying I asked if my services would reflect under my rewards account never got confirmation. I really dont think Ill be going back. Todays experience was a bit much for me.

Great job on the nails but sadly poor customer service. They need watch how they talk to people and need to talk more clear. This is sad since it was my familys favorite spot.EDIT:The Reply is exactly my point they cant find a resolution to fix what the customer actually wants.

I love my nails and have received a lot of compliments. They offer phenomenal pedicures and manicures as well.

Wow. worst nail experience of my life. guy who did them was rude and ignored my concerns. he complained about me asking for them shorter, and when i pulled away in pain after he cut my cuticle and it started to bleed, he literally mocked me. the acrylics were sheer and uneven in surface texture. save your $ do not go here.

I’ve come here a lot and every time it’s not the best decision. I keep coming back because I live across the road! But after leaving a $20 tip + paying 65 for my nails I’m disappointed. After leaving I noticed my nails were had imperfections. After 8 days my nails started chipping. Not even at the two week mark yet my nails look absolutely terrible.

Ive been going to ajita nails and spa north aurora for a few years now, you definitely get executive services without the executive prices.

My daughter and I went here for the first time today. Beautiful and easy to get to. Prices were standard for the services and the area they’re located in. Very clean, hygienic, and professional. Kevin and Tom were great to work with. We loved the atmosphere, the treatments, and the results. We’ve already booked our return appointments.

Worst pedicure ever!! He cut my nails on my toes so short I mean short when I clearly said just a tiny bit. My French pedi is so slanted it’s horrible!! I was also getting a fill he cut me so many times I literally did not even get polish I was so aggravated! This was my first and last time. Don’t let the 4 star fool you.

Absolutely love this nail salon! The ambiance is perfect. The nail techs dedicate their time to giving you an experience. Most of them take their time and make sure youre 100% satisfied with the service youre getting. Their rewards program is a bonus to the excellent service.

Beautiful place that really feels more like a spa than just a nail salon. They do COVID contact tracing, social distancing, masks, and plexiglass barriers for guests. My pedicure was lovely. Highly recommend.

Staff was rude and not using best practices at all. I got a pedi and gel mani and staff was rude to me for wanting different colors (not hard at all, not asking for any crazy designs). Pedi was not good quality and super quick. Gel mani was horrible, they are not supposed to be super thick and it was. It is like they are not paying attention to best practices. Gel mani has already chipped after a week. Peeling off. Would not recommend.

My first time out for a mani/pedi in two years. I loved the service and the facility setup! Ill be back again soon.

This nail salon is convenient to go to but the services are always bad. Ive gotten my nails done a million times in general and everytime I come here, there is something wrong. I went to get a fill and you can see how lumpy my nails are under the polish because they overbooked their schedule and had to rush through my appointment. The way they schedule is terrible. I went with a group for pedicures at a 1:30 appointment and they finally got to us at about 2:10.

I love this salon! Out of the many that are around us, this one, by far, is the best. Quiet, clean, relaxing atmosphere and a friendly staff. Its my go-to for dip manicures and my pedicures.

I was there for over 2 hours. They got my color wrong did a terrible job on my nails didn’t do anything I asked of them. They didn’t even give me money off for such a poor job. Will never be going back again they sure lost a client

I left a previous salon after a botched nail job and the worst customer service experience. I called Ajita nails from my car from the previous shop parking lot. I was able to schedule an appointment for the following morning. Although my appointment was scheduled for 9:30am, I arrived at 9:15am to a nail salon that actually opened before hours. Feeling defeated I exited my car and headed inside. I had no clue I was going to be transported back into time (think days of coliseums and Roman). My first thought was “this place actually has the right to use the word SPA”. I was greeted immediately and in seconds someone came to see about my hands. After being seated and dreadfully showing them my hands I think they convened on finding the best technician to tackle my major problem. “B” came along and became my nail tech savior. She and a few others glanced over my hands, partook in a brief chit chat and she went to work. I closed my eyes listened to the soft music playing in the background, took deep breathes in and felt all my worries float away. No television, no loud obnoxious customers tapping on their cell phone during my well deserved and over due zen time. Wait for it, they offer you a drink and it comes in a plastic cup, with a lid accompanied by a straw!!! Needless to say “B” worked her magic and as I looked around the room at my fellow zen queens, their hands were looking ever so fabulous. One tip for you before I go, bring cash to tip your tech as cash tips are a no no. Try Ajita, you’ll thank me.

No one else compares! Truly beautiful, relaxing atmosphere. No tvs or obnoxious loud patrons. Just peaceful pampering. Quality expert manicures and pedicures you wont get anywhere else!Thank you Ajita!

Had the $55 pedicure in Sept with Heidi and it was awesome. Excellent value and excellent service. Ambiance was very calm - some places you face everyone else getting pedicures - but they had a fire place type scene and the area was private - only two chairs. Music was very calming. Great experience and will 100% go again. Told my mother who is local and she will be going there as well. Great shop.

I’ve known the owner for a long time she is amazing and so is her salon! Very clean and the staff is so friendly and inviting. Nick did my nails and they look better than I’ve ever had them! I did the dip powder and they’ve lasted 2 weeks and still look like I just got them done. Strongly suggest this place. I will definitely be coming here every time I need my nails done!

I love this spa! Its not only beautiful but amazingly clean. I found this spa because Nick, who has done my nails for years has moved here. I drive 30 minutes just to come here for his great work and humorous jokes! Quite the funny one he is! The pedicures that I have had here are by far the best. I’ve had dip done many times at other salons and never once have other salons used a drill on my nails. I choose dip over acrylics because it’s supposed to be healthier for the nails. However, my nails are still throbbing from the pain of getting them done yesterday, not to mention they are super thin to the touch as she used the drill to file/buff my nails at least 3 times. This was almost 2 hours for the service will keep me from ever returning!

Let me start of by saying this is one the most beautiful salons I have ever walked into. I got a deluxe pedi and a full set by BE this morning. I have never received service like this before. They took there time and made me feel comfortable. I will return for future services. Words cant say enough about this place and there staff. Thank you ladies !!!

Their shaping needs WORK. And the curved tips are way too curved. Need some flatter tips, not everyone likes curved tips. Overall not happy with the way my nails turned out. Too chunky and not shaped nicely.

Beautiful salon! The ambience makes you feel like you are transported to another place. Employees are friendly, pleasant and conduct themselves in an appropriate manner for this upscale salon. I like the separate rooms for two or four people to enjoy the experience with one another. One even has a fireplace! Would be nice for a husband/wife experience, mother/daughter, bride and her wedding party, or just for a girls night out experience. Quality of service is spectacular. I have enjoyed mani/pedi and brow treatments. I would recommend trying this salon and spa once, and guarantee you will return time and time again.

I had an eyebrow wax and a full set of pink and white ombré dip, and my friend got the no-chip tiger’s eye manicure. Everything turned out beautifully: the color, design and shape of my nails is perfect, the brow wax was gentle, and my friend’s nails look amazing.It is on the higher side with respect to pricing, but you get what you pay for! Be aware to bring cash to tip your amazing salon techs, as they do not accept gratuity on cards, and you should DEFINITELY show them some appreciation for their lovely work.

Yes Its been a full month since my last service. And it has taken multiple issues for me, to realize this is not the place for me. Yes the interior contents are BEAUITFUL! However when a service preformed requires tweeking, some of the staff made a big DEAL! Seriously, lighting inside and once your outside if their are flaws, you will see them. Which I did. In my last 2 SERVICES flaws were found. Certain staff were sharp in their tone, and actions. ALL that additude after I PAID And TIPPED. So Im not going to be returning as a client.

I love that fact that I came in with broken nails of my own and they fixed them and suggested a better way to care for my nails instead of trying to convince me into a full set. I will ALWAYS return to get my nails done here. They are absolutely amazing!!!

I got a dip manicure 3 days ago and it looks great but i also got a gel pedicure and the polish has already chipped and it’s sticky like it wasn’t cured long enough it was my first time going here i’m just kind of upset that it already chipped when i payed $75 plus tip
