Realized my mistake after three trips to a competitor where part was incorrect all three trips.Once I opted to skip proximity and go for quality care and services Auto Zone got it right the first time. I even bought an additional product sold there as accessory that was essential and not sold at competitor that I stopped at first due to proximity.Id also bought license plate locking key screws. Also decided will return for frame upon next visit. Pick up parts for my charging port and its fuses needed.When treated well return visits are a must.

You could not find better service thenThese guys a Puerto Rican guy that works here that would go out of his way to help anyone I need nugs for the rims on our companys car he did not stop until he found them even walked outside to look in the trunk of our company car 2 see how many I would need I just wanted to say thanks to all the employees thats doing such a wonderful job

Really bad I really hate to say that, but the personal that was working did not seem to care or even know what I was looking for and I was made to leave in the middle of looking for something cause they wanted to close not once did they offer to help me look, it was like I was not even there until it was time to close

Needed windshield wipers. The young lady was very helpful and she installed the wipers for me. I may have been there 15 minutes at the most.

Called told them be there before they close the woman was very rude didnt let me get the part I was needed and kicked us out at 9:02 didnt want to do her job cuz she wanted to go home my husband goes there a lot it was a part for him now his vehicle is down for work I think the lady should be reprimanded for being so rude to her customers

I came to get a battery replaced and did not get any help at all so experience was north good

Nadine was standoff and unwilling to serve me as a customer because I wasnt wearing a mask. Its not mandatory to wear one; not in writing or signage. And despite her wearing two masks on top of each other, she still refused to do her job and provide me with service and parts.

True professionalism and courteousness from start to finish. The ladies at the counter speedily took care of me and Mr. Jeffrey meticulously and skillfully replaced my battery. Thanks to all, especially Mr.J for his efforts!

What a great experience I had. Only time I think of wipers is when it rains so I called AutoZone asking if they would come out to change my wipers. I have problems walking and gal said just toot horn. Within ten minutes had new wipers ready for my trip. AWESOME

The wait was a little long but the staff recognized it and apologized. The store manager Kitty was really nice and talked me through what was going on with my car so that was nice.

Walked in, didnt get a single glance, greeting, or need help from any of the employees. Shopped car batteries for about ten minutes, got tired of the poor customer service, and discovered a place down the road has the same battery for cheaper. I will not be using this location again.

Wish the management here was better. Check out person was busy when I got there, I was in need of a Nut extractor but not sure where to find one or what size to get. Manager offer to help me but only pointed across the store to the area it might have been. I did find them but was not sure of the size so i got them all. Took them up to the counter to pay and the manager offered to ring me up half way through this her employee asked her if he could step away to get a drink before she left the store. Manager told the man no that he needed to finish checking me out. Then she promptly clocked out and left the store. The man finished my order then took care of his own needs. As I was walking out there was the manager outside smoking. I personally thought that was pretty rude to not finish my order or allow her employee to get a drink before she left only to find her outside smoking. But I guess she values her needs above those of her employees or store customers. Glad I dont work for her. I cant believe that this is the image that AutoZone allows to be set for them. But next time I need tools or part Ill stop at advanced auto just one block up, maybe even get better service.

Had the right part at the right price with great warranty.

They had what I needed, I bought a replacement headlight for my vehicle. They had the exact bulb and offered some grease for installation. Decent price for everything and looks good. The guy behind the counter was a little strange though, and I had to seek him out to ask for help. Store is clean and otherwise organized and Id probably come back again.

This is a quick and convenient place to shop for the basics. Unfortunately the majority of their products are made in China which is of poor quality and does not last as long.

Theres a black female employee, who is a raciest . She told me to step aside while she could let a black customer walk in front of me and pay for his items . I was in line first, and she committed a act of fraud by charging me for a item I didnt want and without my consent or knowledge. She has talked to me like a child on other occasions before, I should have pressed charges for ringing up a item I didnt know I was buying. Other than that one employee, who needs to get right with God and treat all people right, its a awesome place to shop and no problems with any of the other employees.

Their parts can be expensive sometimes, but they have most of what i need.

The manager Victoria always has a frown and is always mean when I come in .I do NOT recommend this location to anyone. If you can avoid this AutoZone please do so. Save yourself the disappointment, especially if you are having a great day. Victoria will turn your great day into an aweful one. It happens every time I visit this location .

This is where I worked two years in high school so Im definitely not impartial here. However, the staff is helpful and is ran much better than Advance and OReillys.

I went in for a windshield wiper after one of mine flew off on the interstate in a sudden huge downpour. I was given options and made my purchase. My wiper was replaced for me (of course it was still raining). The entire process from the time I walked in the door took about 7 minutes and I was on my way.
