Do not get their serve card its American express you can not put your money in a account get no money back not even walmart will let you use it to get your refund off the card.. So your refund is just stuck on the card and after 2,000 dollars you cant get no more off for a month and jackson Hewitt is no damn help either.. Never had a problem with H&R block cards just saying

Recently when I did my taxes there the guy that I had ruined my experience with Jackson Hewitt. I can’t remember his name right now but he messed up my taxes and now because of him I have to do an amended tax return. Not only did he mess it up by not putting me as independent, which I am, he didn’t wanna add the form stating that I was in college practically. He was completely rude and wouldn’t explain anything or tell me about what he entered and I had to find out it was messed up from calling the irs about why I didn’t get my stimulus check.

We met with David Myer this morning and the experience was great. He was very friendly, knowledgable, and went the extra mike with us. In fact, our refund was higher than we expected. If you want excellent customer service, visit the North Augusta location and ask for David.

Probably the most rudest guy ever. Had issues with enthusiasm and had the most babbling “over the phone” linguistics skills I have ever seen. Simply had an issue with inputting the appropriate EIN number and wanted to give a local business my money for his services to make sure my taxes were done CORRECTLY and to be approved in a timely manner versus having to wait two days for Turbo... I am rating this experience a 1 star for wasting 1 minute of call time and my breath calling this place. ;) call the Augusta one. They were better!
