Horrible experience two years in a row. If you use this location for your tax returns you better get that insurance guarantee also because they have messed ours up twice and we received letters stating they filed incorrectly and we have to pay them months later after the IRS catches their mistake. BEWARE WHEN USING H&R BLOCK N NORTH AUGUSTA!!!

Great service, great options that work with my schedule instead of against it. You guys always manage to get me back more money than I would have by doing it myself.

Too expensive. I started online and couldnt finish but nothing I did online could be used when we went to the office. Software had issues so we had to leave before signing. Finishing online was a hassle and we ended going back to the office. Up front pricing is useless. We dont know the forms we need to fill out so theres no way to know pricing. Even so, WAY too expensive.

I dont like the voice set up for appointments. I want to talk to a person and know that I have the person I usually deal with on taxes. Talking or punching buttons is not good practice.
