Been to Tori multiple times now and I keep coming back because her service is superb. She is so great at what she does and I definitely recommend her.

Had a wonderful experience with Tori for my waxing needs. The salon is super clean and she is taking extra precautions to make sure it is safe for everyone. Masks are required and she also asked me to wash my hands before filling out a form. The waxing area was also super clean and she does extremely clean work. I will definitely be returning to Tori in the future!

The place is always clean. Tori takes great pride in her work and workspace. The waxing services are amazing. She went above beyond to help me with waxing issue. So happy with her, I started getting my nails done as well. Thank you!

Miss Tori is excellent .My mom and I both love the way that she does our nails.Her salon is very clean and she takes pride in her work.We never have problems with nails breaking.

DO NOT get your brows done here. Tori is a *very* sweet person but she does not have the skills necessary to do brows (shaping, trimming and cleanup). I wish she would have been upfront about her skills set when I was making my appointment. She was 25 mins late for my appointment, only halfway cleaned up my brows (asked if she needed to get the hair between my brows but because she was late I didn’t have time), never trimmed the brow hairs so my brow line is still messy, and then tried to charge me $20. I had to point out that she only halfway did her job and most brow places charge $10-$15 for full service (my brow place in Atlanta charges $8), so we agreed on $10 — one reason why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. After the fact I looked at her website and saw brows are not listed in her pricing and now I know why.**EDIT TO RESPOND TO Tori***I’m absolutely positive you do a wonderful job doing nails and even waxing legs. You are NOT qualified to do brows. I’m posting on here because I used the google reviews to use your services and THAT is why I drove from Aiken to receive your services.*****Tori told me she would only be 5 more minutes when I arrived early for my appointment. She took an additional 25 minutes after my appointment time to even try to help me (I was not sitting in her waxing chair until 12:27 for my 12 appt). Why should I have to tell the merchant that I’m working in Aiken for her to take my appointment ON TIME? She decided to ASSUME that I work downtown based on the fact I was dressed in scrubs and then chose not to let me know that she mismanaged her time and couldn’t perform up to standard given the amount of time I had left. I even said I would come back at a later time if she wasn’t able to take me. Once she realized I was working in Aiken, she made it a point to do my brows right then. Completely unprofessional if she knew she could do a better job if given more time. If Tori was AT ALL QUALIFIED to do brows then she would know that a trim, clean up (including between the brows), and have the ability to shape is necessary if asked for. I’m not going for the Frida Kahlo look, I don’t want a unibrow and I shouldn’t have to say that I want the hair between my brows to be removed, only how much hair I want removed, but like I stated earlier she didn’t have the time to even consider doing that. And I did ask for a reshape if my right brow because the arch had grown in too much, and Teri responded saying she doesn’t shape brows. I paid for services received and I was still late for my job in Aiken. After she told me it would be $20 for her services I pointed out that she failed to live up to the smallest expectation of any brow customer and that I pay $8 in the city, and Teri responded that Augusta is just more expensive (which is BS). I don’t want my money back but want to warn future customers that it’s not a place to get your brows done. Brow Bar at the mall does shaping, cleanup, and trimming for $16. I paid $10 for getting a halfway cleanup job in a constrained time frame because of Teri’s inability to manage her time and be honest with me. I didn’t want to go to the mall and THAT is the only thing I regret from my experience here.

Does an excellent job and her work last. Highly recommended.
