Just a warning.. they can’t shape nails correctly. They also can’t do ANY designs regardless of how simple it is. Three of my friends and I went in there today and were all disappointed with the outcome. The staff is sweet, but we each payed over $50 for nails that werent good at all. When my nails were being done I expressed what I wanted repeatedly and the older man doing them just wouldn’t do what I was asking whatsoever?? My nails are literally crooked. So disappointed. Money down the drain.

When you come in asked for Tony or Kevin, these two had me laughing the hold time I was in there....

Every time I come to this establishment I am not serviced. I feel like it’s because I’m black. They don’t speak,or anything. I went in today to get a fill in(my second time attempting to get a service) and they had 3 customers in the shop,and was not super busy at all. was asked to come back in about 2 hours......this happens every time I come to this nail salon......I will not be back. I don’t see anybody else being turned around. I would give 0 stars if I could. I am a business owner and no one should be treated this way. I’ll take my money somewhere else.

Lisa is the best! I dont think Ill ever let anyone else touch my nails. Shes always super sweet and always has a great attitude. The environment is so soothing and makes you feel so calm. This is one of the best nail salons for a great price. They knew me by name after my third visit. Theyre really amazing people and very attentive.

I used to go here many years ago when Kenny was the owner but stopped to venture out to experience other places and plus he was leaving the salon. I started going back on Easter weekend. That particular weekend was pretty busy but they squeezed me in. There was a wait of about 35-40 minutes but I was a walk-in and did not mind. Ever since going back I have been very pleased with how my nails and toes turn out. I will say their prices are better than most salon’s. I’ve been to salon’s paying $100+ just for a basic gel pedi/mani. I don’t pay over $65 for both here (I do tip so it is more than just a flat $65). I will continue to go back!

Kenny and his staff do an excellent job. He has changed some staff and released the ones who werent performing adequately. I keep going back because of the courtesy and home-feeling I have when Im there getting my nails done. I dont think Ill find another place like this one. Worth the trip from Aiken to North Augusta to have beautiful looking feet and hands. Keep up the great job you guys.

The staff are very polite. They take their time to make sure everything is perfect you dont feel rushed or uncomfortable. My nails have never looked as good. I will definitely be going back.

Ive read the reviews, but thought Id get my own opinion and try them out. I started out asking for a manicure and gel, but was talked into the dip. I actually liked the dip, and with that she did a good job, so no complaints with that. But what I will complain about is I wanted a full manicure, and all I got was the dip. She didnt soak my fingers, cut cuticles, or even give me a hand massage with lotion. Then was charged $40 with the absence of those things. Ive never had a manicure where they didnt do those things. So Im torn, my nails are pretty, but the whole experience was lacking. If the rest of the basic stuff was done Id feel like it was worth the money. Im left feeling confused...

This is my third time coming and the quality gets better each time so far.

Very friendly staff! The store is always clean. My nails are always done perfectly. Kenny is very honest about the wait time, even offering to make appointments for the next day if they are busy. The prices are great and they have the biggest selection of colors for SNS and Gel.

I rarely give 5 stars but this is a really great place to get nails done. Ive never seen built up nails done to look so natural; they offer hot waxing among other services. They are really nice people too.

I have never had a pedicure where they didnt file your nails after cutting them and not rub feet or legs. Was charged $30 for it and explained I had a swanky wedding to go to and really needed it perfect. When I asked er to please file the edges, she said she buffed them and I told her they were too sharp to please file them. Then, when I asked her why they dont rub feet anymore and she said because the lotion will make you slip. Unfortunately, she did my nails, too. I asked for thin, oval and got Thick square. I cried on the way home, knowing how bad they will look for the wedding. New owner who never talks to anyone and has a scowl on his face, and workers that dont care. Kenny come back!! I will never go there again.

First off the wait was very long. I signed in and I swear someone who came in after me was saw before me. The lady cut my cuticles to hell. It was bad. I liked the end result, but I will never ever come back. After all that only a week and a half later and my nails are popping off...

Kenny and his staff are very friendly, someone speaks to you when you come in the door. Think its great they tell you the wait time or if he thinks he can see you that day, in a timely manner. Even gives you the option to shop once you checked in instead of having to sit in the salon for your wait. SNS nail power is wonderful. Kim is an awesome nail tech as are they all. They do take appointments if youre short on time.

Usually pleased with the work here. Not today. Not satisfied with the nails or service. Didnt have time to sit any longer. Workers too busy interacting with themselves and not those spending their money to be there.

Linda Johnson here. Love this salon and the staff. They are always kind and helpful. They do excellent SNS nails and awesome pedicures. Staff is very friendly even when they are extremely busy. They always let you know how long the wait will be upfront so if you are in a hurry and cant wait you wont waste time.

I’ve been here twice before. The first time was the weekend before the masters, scheduled an appointment yet there was still AN HOUR wait. It’s Masters and Spring break time so the shop being busy is understandable. Though the second time was a Saturday evening, had an appointment at 5, didn’t get seen until about 5:50. They did a great job with my pedicure but the wait time is ridiculous. Not sure if they’re short on staff or what.

The owner was not there when my daughter and I went in a hour and an half before closing. A courteous employee told us there would be a 45 minute wait. We told them we would be back in 30 minutes. Another employee said we could not get pedicures, that they were closing early. There was one other lady waiting ahead of us, who got up and walked out due to the bad attitude of the second employee. I sure hope they got to close early after 3 patrons left. I will NEVER visit this business again and hope this information is beneficial to others.

My daughter and I have been going here for many years and for the most part, we have always been satisfied. Today was a different story. My daughter chose to get a set of acrylics, which she has done many times before. The nail tech did a sloppy job of it and cut my daughter three times. Once, she continued and cut her after my daughter told her to stop. To top it off, my daughter sat under the dryer for thirty minutes and yet, two hours later, her nails smudged because they werent dry. This has been our worst experience there by far, but it is enough that my daughter doesnt want to go back. We had to remove her nail polish and polish them again ourselves.

Owner Kenny is great always is very polite and will let you know if the wait is going to be too much. They always do a great job and I know he strives to get quality help in his nail salon.

The staff is not particularly friendly or customer focused. Since the moment we walked in the door, they were cleaning all around us rather than acknowledging us once they put my mother and I in chairs, making us wait a good 10-15 minutes before being seen. Not a big deal if they were actually with other customers but they were not. They rushed through the pedicure and then proceeded to clean the station by removing the towels from under my feet and the plastic lining from the tub and then dumping bleach into the tub before I had even gotten out of the chair. At 5:30pm it was very clear that they were in a huge rush to close up by 7 resulting in a very unwelcoming atmosphere, they even turned away two customers who walked in after 6. Not to mention the two bugs that the technician killed during my 15 minute pedicure. I would not recommend a friend to come here.

While I have not personally had any nail work done here, my experiences thus far have not been pleasant! I received a gift certificate for Christmas for Classic Nails, and so far, in the past 4 months, I have tried to use it 4 times. Each time that I have been there, all at different times of the day, they have been unable to do my nails. I have been told there would be an hour or more wait, to straight out, I sorry, we can no do your pedicure, we too busy! Now what nail salon have you even been to that says they are too busy, and doesnt even try to go are head and put you in a chair and start helping you! They are rude, impersonal, and not customer focused at all! I will give away my gift certificate before I would go back there!!

Terrible service!! Lady was rude, cut up my cuticles and wasn’t friendly, wasn’t even remorseful about hurting me. Made me bleed multiple times, spent 140$ and don’t even like the design that she charged me for. she didn’t tell me she couldn’t do it but she did it and it looks like a Easter egg instead of chevron I’m very disappointed I heard very good things about this place but I will stick with da vi nails (tony) and luxury tan and nails both excellent places.

The owner greeted me as soon as I walked in.and .told me how long the wait would be..(10min) I had pedicure done the young lady was great..and at same time Tammy came over and started my set up SNS nails ..she was awesome, The owner explained to me the difference in getting the powder vs gel..very polite..I will be returning, and also recommend others ..Thank you for such great service.
