Nick with ProTech, is the best I have ever worked with. He set up my system and solved every tech issue I had, and did it with an ease and speed that was incredible Add to that a friendly personality, business-like, efficient, and responsive to emails and phone calls. I’ll never use anyone else.

Nick is the absolute best! He is always available to help us with our computer and networking issues. He also designed our company website and is going to be our phone system provider soon. He is like our personal company IT department and is always a phone call or email away.

ProTechWork did a great job of setting up our security cameras and burglar alarm at our new office. The owner was very nice and worked with our contractor to ensure a seem less installation. We will most likely use them for their IT services as well. Highly recommended.

Great service from ProTechWork. We were using another local provider and they were not very responsive. A friend recommended ProTechWork as they used them at their company for the past several years and were very pleased. I called and the owner of the company met with me the following day. He fixed our issues that our previous company was not able to and all while he was there on our initial meeting. I highly recommend.

We were in hot water with our computers and had someone else come check things out and really didnt help us. Pro Tech work is by far the best and most reliable computer shop in town! They not only are experts at troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with your computer but they also fix those issues promptly! Nick Gentile with Pro Tech Work is top notch when it comes to your IT and website needs. When we first contacted Nick, we had major IT problems. We also had a website for a couple of years that we paid a large monthly fee for but did not even show up when you searched for our firm on Google. Nick fixed our technical problems and designed a new website for us and maintains it monthly. We have a lot of traffic through our website. He is very timely when there is an issue. Whether the problem is big or small, he always fixes the same in a timely manner. The fees are very reasonable. I highly recommend Pro Tech Work for all your computer needs!!!

Nic with Pro TEch work is amazing.Recently, I began experiencing issues with my MacBook Air and what I refer to as the color wheel of death. Simply stated, my computer would freeze up and I would have to force a shut down.Nic communicated with me on my level without making me feel inferior about my lack of understanding of computers and knew right away what I meant by the color wheel of death.Nic corrected the issue with my MacBook and returned it to me in a very short period of time.ProTech Work was approachable, reliable and very reasonable.
