Staff are friendly and helpful. Store is located in safe area of town and easy to find. There is always plenty of parking. Bathrooms are clean. The self service print center is stocked with tools to assist you like cutting mat, large paper cutter, pencils etc. The quality of the printer documents is excellent. The interface for self serve payment is straight forward and easy to use.

The staff in this location is just awful! Everything else is fine .! The ladies on the cashier are just really rude every single time none can help ever and one time i ask if the was any computer i can use for printing and a young gentleman in the front desk told me no. Without looking at me . When he was using the computer. I go here because is to only place that i know i can do. All the things i need. Near me home

The location on Walton way in Augusta Georgia carries a smaller variety of items however, the employees and management seem to be far more knowledgeable and helpful. The prinnting department especially. See David there in printing in fact. You will be pleased. I dont take any printing to this store. They never have it ready and always say they can not meet my deadlines with new or refill orders.

Derek, Michael and Allie could use more trainniing in customer support and dealing with elderly.I was blatntly ignored by all 3.I did request their names from Michael after questioning him about printer machine payment and addressed Allie by her name to initiate assistance with printer.Derek when I initially walked in store to explain what I wanted, sped thru instructions. As I was searching for my emails to sent to your printer.Not only did he walk away. and disappear, but when he came back had the audacity to ask the young couple standing behind me could he assist them. How rude.

I took my brother to Office Depot yesterday to send a fax. After about 10 minutes, he called me and ask if I would come in and help him. I go in and hes having trouble sending a fax. I walk in, on my injured knee, no customers in that area, but three employees standing around talking to each other. I pointed that out to him and asked why didnt he ask them for help. He said, he did and was told to read the instructions.If you see him standing there for 10 minutes, hes obviously having trouble. I had to call an employee over to help him. Even then, they werent thrilled to assist. They would rather get paid to do nothing rather than their job! Ridiculous!!!I had the same issue, same store last year!I wish I could give no star!!!

Online pick up. I was way early.everyone seemed nice, they didnt have the chair I wanted in stock new, but had the floor model. It looked fine to me, so I took that one. 5 stars for the staff at the store. 3 stars for the inventory being off.

I have had problems here before. Tonights service has been the worst. 10 customers in line, 4 more at print services. 3 workers-none with experience or customer service skills.

Each time I have done curbside pick up there have been issues. I email and notify them I’m there. I call them and no one answers. It’s frustrating. Customer service needs improvement.

Horrible customer service! Put an order in at 10am for same day pick up. Website says same day orders have to be in by 2pm stated pick up would be after 5. Show up at 6:30 order not done and there is nobody there to print.

Had a lot of supplies to buy and could have spent a lot of time finding items but had a very helpful sales lady that had me out and back at work in no time

The employees work Rd is they really werent a whole bunch of help and didnt really know what I was talking about but they were nice.

Tried again. 3 hours after submitting a simple job, no one knows anything about it. while standout at counter waiting, copy clerk took phone calls leaving me waiting more. Finally left to find a real print shop.

The lady went out of her way to help me and I appreciate that very much

I went to ship a unusual size package and was very happy with the service and help and Trust I received from the staff.

They DO NOT support real artists! They also dont notify you that they cancel your orders. Close minded company that thinks sheer means nude. I will never shop here again and strongly advise you to do the same.

I went for printer ink for my Brother. The choices for Brother printers are very limited and I would love to see more compatible choices. I did however, find ink that would work for me.

Great place to get your office supplies and computer needs

This was a horrible experience. Came to get a deal on a printerrible on tax free weekend. They wouldnt go well me the $20 gift card even though I spent more than what was required. Cashiers were clueless. Rung me up multiple times before getting prices right. Shop on line for better customer service

Made me drive 15 mins just to tell me the copier was down after my online order was suppose to be ready an hour earlier. I called corporate because it’s inconvienient and the associates seem to not care. Someone should have called to inform me.

Customer Service - I have called several times this morning and no one every picks up the phone. I called once previously this morning and was put on hold with loud music for 10+ minutes and no one every came to the phone not did anyone ever check to see if I was connected to the department that I was asking for this morning. This is poor customer service and I have gone elsewhere to get what I needed.
