Bea was very cordial. She did a great job letting out my sons pants and hemming them. Very professional work. She was cordial and she got the pants done sooner than we agreed upon since she knew my son might need them earlier even though she was going out of town.

Very rude and snappy. She basically turned me away before I could even ASK about what I would need done because she doubts that she would be able to find time. I guess new clients are an inconvenience.
