I would not recommend Bobbies Alterations located up highway 25 to anyone. The service is absolutely hideous. I dropped off a prom dress for my daughter. I was told the dress would be ready the following Wednesday. We never heard a word from her. I called numerous times and the voicemail was full. I drove to the shop on several occasions to see if there was a problem. She was never at the shop. Out of desperation, I left her a note. She did reply and say the dress would be ready Wednesday. The prom is Saturday. The note was written in a respectful manner. I simply asked.... If the dress is not ready please let me know and I will come pick up. She called my teenager daughter and talked her as though she was a grown woman. My daughter asked her repeatedly please just give me my dress. She WOULD NOT and she continued to yell at my daughter with other people in the shop. My daughter called my husband in tears. He immediately went to the shop and her dress was given to her. Imagine if an adult would not have been there. When my child called me in tears I immediately went into mom mode. She had the audacity to call my child disrespectful. The only reason my daughter held her composure is simple. I taught her to respect adults. We had a conversation and informed her all adults don’t deserve respect. She called my child 4 times. I finally called her and trust me, justice was served. She had the nerve to call my husband and apologize. She even told him to bring the dress back. She called me 3 times. I finally spoke my mind. I lost all respect for her. She is not dependable. The funny thing about the situation is so many notes were written and stuck in the door. Other customers trying to make contact looking for their items.This is one business I would not recommend to anyone. An adult that will have a child in tears is one I have zero respect for. The appearance of the shop should have been my indicator to drive pass it. The building is old and unkept. The inside left me speechless. Please do not support this business

Absolutely amazing! She was able to provide services on a very short notice. Very accommodating.

The customer service is awful. You drop your items off and you are givena pick up date. When you arrive no one is there and the voice mailbox is always full. It’s playing cat and mouse trying to get your belongings.Awful experience!!!!

Used many times from men’s suit alterations to patch sewing. Great work
