I have been a loyal customer for 2+ years with a premium membership. Recently new management denied me service. I cancelled my membership and do NOT recommend this car wash to anyone. Apparently your car must be clean before coming to this car wash.....makes sense.

By far... the best car wash in the csra! I have Lulus passes on 4 of my vehicles and love the service. This location in particular, is the best of all. All stalls are always open, clean, and operational. The staff keep clean and dry towels out with spray bottles full and available. I always try to think Joy for the great hospitality and her team members are always respectful.

I absolutely love this car wash! Demonte is the sweetest. He always takes the extra time to hand scrub my car. He ALWAYS has the biggest smile on his face. I have a membership for both of my vehicles and it is MORE THAN WORTH IT! My cars stay pretty inside and out.

They do an AWESOME JOB at washing my van! I cant do it myself, so I usually drive thru here whenever I need to when Im in North Augusta. I recommend it to anyone!

I was denied twice for my car being too dirty. I find it quite idiotic that a car wash can deny MEMBERS because their car is too DIRTY. Its a car wash for dirty cars. If I am a paying customer, a member at that, I shouldnt have to pay more money to go to a self serve car wash before I come to you. I am very disappointed, and will not be returning, or recommending this establishment to anyone else.

Check your statements!-Good car wash, bad customer service. After being a long-term member for the “LuLu’s Best” service now and checking our previous bank statements it appeared that during the entire membership period we were being billed twice for the service EVERY month. As accidents happen we reached out to management for a possible credit in hopes that this would be an easy fix. While they did credit us for 3 months, the manager said that they would not credit the remaining difference due not having ownership of the wash at that time and no records of transactions. After offering copies of the statements we were still told that nothing could be done to resolve the issue and that a credit could not be offered in place of for the upcoming months to make everything wash out. Further conversation lead to the manager recommending that “maybe we should check our statements more often and this wouldn’t happen.” It’s very disappointing that such an establishment while admitting to being billed incorrectly offers no resolution to the problem and elects to keep the extra money in their pocket rather than taking care of its loyal customers.I’m posting this review so that hopefully everyone who is a member will be cautious and made aware to check your statements!

Love Lulus. I have a monthly membership and its definitely the way to go. This location is always clean and friendly. Joy is a pleasure to work with. Her team is well trained and have always been amazing. Thank you Team North Augusta Lulus :)

Great car wash. The staff is always helpful if you need anything. The monthly pass is a bit more expensive than at other places but I feel its worth it because the quality is consistent.

Not as good as other automatic washes. Doesnt scrub well and drys half way. That was the top package with the 5 dollar ceramic finish add-on.

Wonderful place to get your vehicle cleaned up. Especially if you sign up for the monthly auto payment and receive unlimited car washes and vacuum

I have a monthly Molly Wash membership but have paid twice for bug prep and not gotten that service. When I call the customer service line they state that a bug prep station should be set up for the customer. It is not. No brush or sponge was put to my car to help with bug removal although I paid extra to have this done. Seriously thinking about cancelling my membership.

Me and my fiance love going here the vacuums have amazing suction when they are clean inside the washes are amazing too but sometimes they just dont get all the places

One of the best places to clean your car. You get a great wash for $6.50 and you can vacuum as long as you need to, it comes with the wash.. the employees are nice always smiling. Even in the cold, they are out there pre-washing your car before sending you through the real wash. Its so much better and cheaper then the old car washes. And your feet stays dry lol... You would be crazy not to give Lulus a try....

Generally a great experience but sometimes the machines are not working correctly. I’ve had my truck come out covered with soap several times in the past year.

This is the best place to get a vehicle clean up and the price is right.

Great for trucks but tears something off my car everytime I go there. So I go to Sunshine. Their vacuum is not as strong.

For a non-member it is a little pricey. Top wash costs $20, and others mention that is what they pay for a month in the loyalty program. It is very evident that they are trying to upsell the washes. On the screen when you go to select a wash, the $20 wash and $17 wash take up about 75% of the screen. The $7 wash is very small and at the bottom.Attendants were fine and scrubbed the car down before entering the wash. Not sure if this comes with the higher priced washes or I got that service because I purchased the $7 wash. They did an ok job, and missed a spot on the hood.Layout is generally not confusing and there is plenty of space for a line to form to get into the car wash. Also nice they have two kiosks for people to purchase washes. Plenty of stations for vacuuming as well.

This one in particular is my favorite. This location has the nicest staff and it seems to be the one that cleans my car the best!

I am usually very satisfied with LuLus, however it was busy and it seemed that I was pushed through the wash too fast, my vehicle still had sand on the running boards and dirty patches on the side panel and hood after completion. I always pay for LuLus Best.

I felt like I got a very good car wash for $7 and being able to vacuum for free is great they even Supply bottles of spray and towels so that you can do the inside of your windows

In regards to Mr Herbert Johnson review.. I’d like to say that I’m sorry you feel that way, but that is absolutely NOT the case.. If you’ve seen me sitting at the desk it’s because I’m helping customers, running reports, or fixing issues that my attendants can’t do WHICH IS part of MY JOB.. I’m on the line helping every chance I can.. but If something messes up or a customer requires my attention I do have to step away and take care of the issue at hand.

The wash does a good job. Vaccums are free which is a plus. This g I like best is they provide compressed air so you can blow water and soap off that the wash missed.

The wash seems to be having issues again. And I can say that...I am a monthly customer and go there a 2 - 3 times per week on the norm. I still like the convenience...it just needs a little energy boost.

The carwash itself worked pretty good for cleaning and leaving the car shiny and dry. The roller brush at the exit did leave a sticky streak from front to back down the center of the car but it was easily wiped off with a rag. The issue is the dirty brush that the attendant used prior to entering the car wash. Its a nearly brand new car that I have taken a lot of care to keep that way. Now thanks to the brush that was used on it, The entire trunk lid and hood is covered in swirls of scratches. Very upset and disappointed about this. Its very noticable. Im not a fan of paying somebody $20 to scratch my car. Hoping that some rubbing compound and a wax job will take care of it. Yall really should put some effort into making sure the soapy water and the brush is clean before you go scratching peoples $30000 investments all to pieces.

My car has never looked better!! Ive visited this location a few times. The minimal staff interaction had been pleasant. Ive had two issues, my aftermarket VW wheel cap went missing in the wash. I notified the staff and the young man did his best to locate it; however it was never found. No fault to LuLus, I just appreciate the effort. The second issue was I paid for the fill service was, but my tires didnt look as if shine had been applied. I notified the staff and someone came out to apply it for me. Im really considering purchasing a pass, even though this location is, what I would consider, out of my way.

I purchased the top wash. Afterwards I pulled around to start the vacuuming of the car. It started an afternoon shower. Afterwards I proceeded to continue my detail of the car, when two employees questioned me about did I pay for a wash. I said I did. They left and sent the manager to requestion me again. I again said I paid and I showed my receipt. This place is NOT customer friendly.

I’ve been through the wash a couple of times, and it seems as if every time I do, The manager(at least I think she is) is always in the office sitting down while the other workers are outside working their hardest trying to get the cars in and out. It’s not right and I don’t feel as if that’s fair.

I have come to LuLus a few times and always had a good experience. I paid with cash this time and the machine shorted me $5. I counted my change twice and by the time I looked back up at the screen to print my receipt it had gone back to the home screen for the next customer. Rodriquez opened the machine and tried to see if the extra $5 had fallen or gotten caught in the gears but it had not. I was about to right off my lost $5 when Rodriguez the cash was associate came over and gave me $5 out if his wallet to make sure I did not have a bad experience. Lulus is lucky to have such a great employee working for them.

I love this car wash! Get the best package for only $20! You vacuum and towel your own car (they supply the towels) and I find I like that because I do a much better job than most car washes! Try it out!

The worst car wash ever. My car basically looked the exact same way as it did before I went through the car wash. Bugs were everywhere on the front and side mirrors of my car. Paid $11 for a car wash with tire shine, and there was NO shine on my tires at all - it was too hot to stand out there and complain, so I just won’t be returning. The vacuums work pretty well, but that’s about it.

A lot better than Too Notch on Washington Rd, which is currently closed for remodeling.Its $3 more but I dont cringe when I go through it like I did with Top Notch. All four of my tires got tire shine. I only got two shined at Top Notch.I really hope Top Notch will improve when the remodel is completed.

Decent car wash for the money. The basic wash didnt remove the bugs from the front of the vehicle.

Visiting from Texas and this place was recommended to me to wash my truck that just spent 1000 miles driving here. We have washes like this in Houston but this was SOOO MUCH BETTER. My truck came out more clean than I am used to. The vacuum was very strong and the slim vacuum was amazing (we dont have the slim version) and for all the crevices that dog hair can get into was nice to have. The Rug Beater was a time saver as well. Great place. Highly recommend Lulus!

The worst two car wash experiences ever! I purchased a $10 car wash and when I drove around to enter the car wash the workers told me that the machine was down. At that point I asked for a refund and the employee told me that it was not possible for him to give me a refund because they did not have any cash on hand. I asked the employee to let me speak with the manager and they called the owner. The owner instructed them to give me a $18 car wash code for the next time I came even though I originally purchased a $10 wash. When I returned a week later to use redeem the car wash the code that was given to me did not work. I then paid for another $10 car wash and before proceeding into the car wash I told the worker that the code for the $18 car wash did not work and showed him the receipt that was given to me. The employee took the receipt walked inside and when he returned told me that there was nothing he could do. I asked him could I have the receipt back and he told me no. I asked to speak with his manager and when she came out he had already told her that I wanted the receipt for the car wash back and she also told me no. Therefor they took my money, did not give me a car wash, did not give me a refund, and the owner would not make it right by fixing the mistake that his employees made.

Seems like they sped up the machine. That Leads to problems such as, no tire shine on one side or the other, and the car not getting the proper drying out.Theres no rush, there was no one behind me.I would understand if you had customers stacked up but dang, I was the only person there. I purposely dont go during rush hour.I lift top notch for the same reason.

Price is a little bit more than the average wash and wax with no assistance for a wash upgrade

Car wash machine itself was pretty standard, nothing special. Staff were incredibly rude though. As I was exiting one tried to run into me with their car by entering the exit going the wrong way. They then got upset when I stopped out of fear of getting in an accident and angrily waved me to hurry up. As I passed them I let them know they were driving the wrong way and they yelled back that they worked there and implied that made it ok to ignore traffic directions.TLDR, rude staff who break rules and yell at customers ensure that Ill go to the shell station next time.

Hey, take a 6 to 20 buck automatic car wash and vacuum and detail your vehicle for free. Thats a good deal.

Usually ok but tonight not the best....pulled and paid about 8pm and had to wait for the two employees to finish chatting on the back end of the lot, so I could enter the wash. Upon exiting the wash I pulled into one of the unblocked spaces to find all the vacuums off on this side and the blocked side had the vacuums running. I walked up o the front office and saw no one so I unblocked a space and pulled in where the vacuums were on. Blowing off the car and then the employees, who have seen where I am located, turn off the vacuums where Im at and turn them on in the unblocked area. Its obvious why I pulled where I did, given they realized they had forgot to switch over the vacuums. Might wanna invest in some better staff, because they just cost you a regular who paid each time versus the monthly subscription, because of the options I wanted and did not want.

Unless you spend 20$ it like a waste time the tire shine is good quality but it gets all over the rims and lower body which makes you have to do what you didnt want to do clean your own car
