Not very good quality wash, be prepared to wash your car yourself again. $25? Spry it off at your house and save $24. Wont waste my time or money again.

Employees are upbeat, friendly, and helpful. The wash did not even touch the back of my truck. There was soap still dripping down my sides after I exited. I saw a big jug of dawn detergent inside. I hope they arent using that... It destroys your clearcoat. You cant see any damage immediately, but you have to rewax to protect your paint. I dont think I will be washing here ever again.

The quality has went down over the years of the wash and the vacuums. My front bumper never gets clean. The vacuums always are terrible. I have a monthly membership because I drive my personal vehicle for my job. Its also gone up in price since I first joined. But the workers are nice.

A small sparkle express with no drying wheel in the tunnel. But it has good service

It was quick and easy and the attendants were ready and helpful from start to finish, the only thing is the vacuum suction wasnt all that great.

This use to be a good car wash. However, the brushes needs to be changed out so your wash can be better. Depending on what option you choose on the wash menu, you might get all that goes with that particular wash. I thing the rinse cycle needs to be improved as well as the dryer. I visited Sparkle in Martinez and its like night and day between the 2 locations. Much needed work for North Augusta

Employees are nice, car gets cleaned well. Im getting my moneys worth on my membership. The vacuum hoses might need regular cleaning throughout the day though. I had to pull masks/receipts out of both of the ones I used

Nice carwash friendly staff. My big surprise was that one can vacuum their car free if you get your car washed there. Towels and window wash solution are provided too. Love it!

Machine broke down they were fixing on the part, should have told the customers sorry for inconvenience so that the line would not have back-up or just told us so we would not have wanting to get out of line after we paid. Yes, I will go back love the convince.

Absolutely horrible place the staff stands around and talks while cars are getting backed up and wont help about 15 of us pulled out of there because the machines would not lift the arm to let you in went up to Lulus at exit five had no issue wont be back bye-bye sparkle

Loved the wash and the option to vacuum your car after.

Just prefer lulus. The vacuums never have good suction. The outside of my car never really comes clean.... have to wipe whole car down after. At least they have towels and window spray. The workers are friendly which is probably their only redeeming grace...

Excellent service.They even had carts stocked with Terry cloths and bottles full of cleaning spray onhand near the vacuums so you can detail your car. I must have spent at least thirty minutes there making sure I had everything perfected before I left.

Great customer service. I have the monthly full service plan. It works out to a dollar a day and my car is always spotless. I highly recommend this service.

Purely average, only automated drive through, otherwise you clean and vacuum your own car. Boy do I miss full service but dont know of any here anymore. :(

Been going to this Sparkle car wash for awhile now and Ive seen the same pattern with majority of the workers. What im speaking of you may ask!!! Im speaking of how they only pre wash only the drivers side of your vehicle before it goes into the base. Very unacceptable!!☹😡

Best drive-thru car wash around and my husband and I are very meticulous. Always gets our vehicles sparkly and looking fresh. The ONE time my 4Runner came out less than perfect, I pointed it out and they sent me back through free of charge and threw in a tire shine for my trouble. Sparkle Express is the only drive-thru car wash my paint and body husband trusts his beloved Trans Am to.

Cleans my car and truck very good. Other local carwashes leaves the center of the vehicle dirty. Lost antenea and back wiper on other local carwash even after asking them to tape it down. Sparkle Express is the best in North Augusta!

Im not sure why there are all these positive reviews.. decided to take my car here for a wash and I dont know what dirty water/wipers they used but it completely messed up my windshield. For the next day I could barely see out of it and had to buy product to clear it up.At least the vacuuming worked and it was free so 2 stars from me.

This is for the owners of the carwash. Let me tell you. Any car wash that ask me to pressure wash my vehicle before I bring it to them is absolutely crazy. This has happened to me and another (no longer) customer. When you go out of business, do not wonder why.

This location in Sparkle Expresss portfolio is not managed well.. Vacuum area isnt kept clean and staff is smoking by where your waiting to go into the wash.. As busy as it has been the handful of times Ive went through they need more staff or hire two people that care about the business.. I like Belair Road, Grovetown and Washington Road in that order better. The downtown Augusta location doesnt do the fast pass so I never use it although it would be very convenient to work.

Please please please do not and I repeat do not wash your car here. I went in about 2 weeks ago. There machine damaged my car, and the owner Gary and his son Lee Anderson were very rude to me. Instead if fixing what there machine broke, they had the nerve to say my car was old and it was time for that piece to break off. I have a 2004 Cadillac Escalade, which gets detailed and is well taken car of. Both of these men made racial slurs and were not helpful at all, thinking if going to the media. 500 dollars I have to kick out to fix my truck, for a 5 dollar wash. Never going here again. Even the staff member Steven stated that the machine tore my item up and admitted to the machine having many problems. I was not helped, even ignored on a response. Gary and Lee are horrible owners of this company and dont have any customer service skills or loyalty to there customeres. They have no morals, how could they sleep in good conscience. SMH!!!
