HorribleI dont recommend state farmWe sent the payment but it never went through on their end for some reasonInstead of contacting us and remedying the situationthey sent a letter to the dmv to suspend our license claiming we didnt have insuranceWe had to pay $400 each to get it reinstatedTotal of $800 to be able to driveWe immediately switched over to progressive which is much cheaper, communicative, and courteousState farm would not fix the problem or take accountability that the mishap was on their end
