Anytime i have called the office, whether it was Hap or someone else working there i have been treated like family! Their rates brought me in and their customer service kept me loyal! Highly recommend.

Mr. Hap Greenway helped provide me with the most affordable home and auto insurance, just when I thought all hope was lost. Mr. Rod Greenway even took the time out to call and wish me a happy birthday!!! Brandy Kelley is super sweet, responsive and caring, she helped me to get my policy ready in less than 24 hours time for my home closing. Brandy & Angie are always there to answer any questions you may have and offer there professional advice on any insurance topic you may have. Hap is an all around wonderful guy and agent. I received an estimate in the mail for home owners insurance from Mr. Greenway. When I called to inquire about switching both my home and auto insurance I was turned away quickly from the lady that answered the phone. Im more than a little surprised that my business was turned away so quickly without further investigating into my circumstances by an actual agent.
