Today was my first time I went with a member and its very clean and spacious all the machines were wonderful I look forward to coming back.

Great staff, they have dividers around treadmills, and seem to be taking social distancing very seriously. Staff has also been enforcing the mask policy, since some people seem to think it is optional.

The staff is just terrific there always there for you. The cleanliness is excellent. Its the best place ever . If you havent already experienced it your missing out. Thanks to the staff for all the help and time and support. I wouldnt go anywhere else

I like the environment. I love the price of the black card. Ive had a membership for 2 years I dont use it as much as I should. But for 23 dollars I get to work out, tan and use the hydro table massager and chairs!

Can you work out here? Yes. Is it great? Nope. The stair master has been broken for over a month, no one fixes it, and they only have two. Staff greets you like they are supposed to but its almost never genuine and you can tell they are made to do it. 3 under utilized tanning booths take up tons of space but you have to battle for a place to stretch because its so small. I never see anyone use the massage chairs but you would have to climb over the people stretching do sit in them. They had a great manager but now shes been gone for months with no replacement. I do like the new water bottle filler when they change the filter.

Love it, staff are friendly. Always acknowledge you when arrive. They consistently walking around picking up and cleaning to make sure its clean and sanitary for everyone. Im grateful for that.

I go primarily for strength workouts. It has just about everything you need to get started. North Adams location has no freeweight benches though, only Smith Machines.

Edited:It gets worse! I canceled early January in person, and they keep billing me! Dishonest, incompetent, take your pick.Unethical scam artists. I joined about a month and a half ago. They only have 2 treadclimbers and one has been broken the whole time, so I had to sit and wait 10-30 minutes whenever I wanted to use it. They occasionally had a repair guy in who would fix it for about 5 minutes. The lockers are rusty and dirty. Ive seen cleaner high school lockers. So I canceled my membership, which happened to be 4 days after their annual $39 fee. They refuse to refund it, hiding behind their contract. They are happy to collect your money, yet clearly have no sense of obligation to give you what you pay for. Lazy, dishonest, fired.

Staff is awesome. i feel very comfortable there, and they always have the answer to any question i may have.

I love the this gym, go in there whenever you want and do whatever you want . Very spacious, no people congestion, youve got my vote . A very fun and enjoyable place, happy with the service.

My daughter loved the summer program for teenagers.

Equipment isnt checked and the bulbs for the tanning rooms have never been changed. On top of that they only have 3 stand up tanning rooms and thats all they have for tanning. Gym equipment is falling apart and looks dirty inside.

Easy going place to workout.

Dirty and worn down. Ive been to many Planet Fitnesses that were cleaner and maintained better. The belts on the treadmills are worn, there are always candy wrappers in the cup holders, and the petal on the bike I used had a bad bearing.

Not upfront about fees. Apparently staff was new. Did inform about cancellation fee or annual fee. Ended up with over draft fee because I wasnt informed of annual fee date. Approximately 2 months after you sign up theres a $39.99 annual fee charged to your account on file. SMH
