I was looking for a portable hot tub and couldnt find any stores with one in stock.Then I found Leslies. They had a model in stock at their Norristown location.The staff were great. They had my purchase pulled and even helped carry it out for me.They are now my go to for spa/pool supplies

I needed a part for my pool, ordered it online for pick up. Went to get it and apparently the computer showed it as being available and it wasnt at this store. The Manager Matt sent his employee to another store to get it for me, he made my grandsons very happy. Thanks Matt.

We recently purchased an above ground pool and Matt couldn’t have been more helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the different types of pools and made suggestions based on our needs. He spent a lot of time with us and answered all of our questions. He even called the next day to thank us for our business and followed up to make sure the pool was delivered when it was supposed to be. We will definitely be returning for all our pool needs and are looking forward to working with Matt again.

Got an unwanted lecture on cyanuric acid.

We have had a pool for 7 years and have used a few companies to get supplies, including Leslie Pools. However, my son Noah Smith started working in the East Norriton store this Spring so we’ve had a chance to frequent the store more.The entire staff is great and we have been super impressed by what they recommend, especially when they are willing to direct us to less expensive items when they think it will be a better fit for our pool. 5 stars isn’t enough for them!

Employees are not very helpful, nor friendly.

Dave P. in the East Norriton location off Germantowm pike was so wonderful. He is extremely knowledgeable. I am a beginner at this and he helped me buy the appropriate things for our pool. He is extremely patient and kind and this showed throughimmediately. Very happy with my service over and beyond thanks Dave!

Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Solid solutions to every problem. Patient with all my questions. No pushy salesman. Just fact, and opinion! Highly recommend.

The manager David has helped so much with the pool and equipment problems, and we recommend the Norristown location to most friends we talk to. The last few years Davids assistants Eric and Anthony have helped myself my wife and daughter through a lot of problems with the pool and deck, and although Leslies can be overly expensive for some parts, they look past making the sale to help.

I’ve used the Warminster, Jenkintown and Montgomeryville store before, and after going to Norristown I will drive the 45 minutes back everytime. Nothing but knowledge and kindness and friendliness. If you go, ask for dave, anthony or josh.

Great place for pool supplies, chemicals, floats baby ducks that light up in the pool my great grand daughter loves them and the other games and toys they sell and I love their coupons

Dave and his team are very knowledgeable of products and very patient with all my questions. I am a first time pool owner and very thankful for all their help to assist me with getting my pool up and running.

Ok., so Burnell (?) is my new best friend. He is like a walking google for pools. As a new pool owner -aka clueless - I have been visiting the store 1 or 2x a week. The pool water analysis is free and there is never pressure to purchase chemicals. Store is well stocked and staff knowledgeable. They also have a good website, informative instructional materials, and reasonable prices (not the cheapest, but reasonable)They dont get 5 stars because most times, only 1 person is there - making the wait a tad long for a quick purchase or analyis.

Good and well respected store...!!!!! Burnell and Austin are thee best..!!!!
