Im on disability and needed secondary insurance so I got a part time job working for Assets and Protection. I had yo bring my pay stubs.gas receipts.toll receipts and my rent .rental insurance and auto insurance which all went up in price. But I received a call this morning from my case worker stating yes I now have secondary insurance and it will cost me about $72 a month.So now I can get the proper care I need to feel better

Well.. when you need something you dont want to have to make multiple trips when its tough to get things straightened out over the phone. So it is understandable why it was so crowded this past Tuesday because the weather was awful on Wednesday February 20... But Id rather be there a while and wait and get it right instead of having to go go back. I might get brave and try compass...

I have called multiple times and spoke to someone who wasnt my caseworker because I need the form to have my doctor sign for proof of disability because they cut off my benefits. He said he would send it. I got a packet that I already filled out to get the benefits. I called back and was told to call the 888 number. I did and they gave me my caseworkers number. She was very rude telling me that she sent the form out in December. The woman who gave me her info looked into my case and saw that nothing had been sent. When I told the caseworker that she got angry at me. She said she was putting in the mail right then. Its been 3 weeks and still nothing. I want to work and get off the benefits as soon as I can but I need them while I am not physically able to work. Im already stressed and in terrible pain and have no money for food and this treatment is absolutely unacceptable.

WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have health insurance and they are sending me Medicaid information (okay so not that bad) but I tried to call them to tell them that I am covered. It is always busy. I tried calling on several phones and cannot get to them. So I let that go and in the mail TODAY I received a Medicaid card. Dont these people check to see if there people are covered. This not only makes me upset but I tried to call the help line and they said sorry office is called. Please call back during business hours. Didnt say what their office hours are. This makes me angry, upset. No wonder why our government doesnt enough money. It goes out to people who have health insurance and they also have Medicaid.

I visited only couple weeks ago.the person i was with,knows her stuff.something is fishy.we had given the clerk,my benefits review papers all filled out honestly. They had said everything was fine.and we left.now,i find out,july 4th,2019,somebodys lying.maybe its a whole bunch of people.

Worst service possible!!! Can never reach them. Feels as if they do that on purpose to discourage you from using their services. I cant ever get a hold of my case worker. I can never get anyone on the phone. The people who work there are rude. Black females who work there are very racist toward whites. Instead of trying to help you they make it hard for you to get anything. Do I not deserve anything because I am white? Do I get treated like I am sub-human because I am white? People behind the counter act like they are too good to help you and you are not welcome to come there.

No one answers the phone, you don’t know who your case worker is, one of the worst experience’s of my entire life!!! I can’t even get off of it because NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONES, need either better workers or they all need to be re-trained in customer Service

It is so hard to get ahold of people at this place. One day I was sitting in the office and tried calling them from my phone and they still wouldnt answer. Nobody else was on the phone with them because I was watching

Worst customer service! I have been dealing with very rude and disrespectful case workers for over 3 weeks. No one wants to help and they speak to you like your not even a person! I do not plan to receive benefits forever, this is just until Im back on my feet so please speak to your clients with a respectful tone! Your bad day is not ours and the nasty clients you may deal with does not mean we are all the same. I would be happy to have their job!

My previous visit, about late nov.,December. ..I actually had a very pleasant rep. She tried her best to help my situation. BUT,this place is Soooooo not clear on (Dont call because we Will Not Respond)...Apparently you need to call the 1-888 #, put request to speak to casework. ..Then maybe theyll call. Wasted so much time leaving detailed V-mails. As well as losing my Snap benefits due to bad information, plus somehow my documents did not reach them,more th as n once.

Place is horrible!! Dirty and ignorant ppl that work there and it seems like everyone there is a supervisor, you ask for one and rite away they say they are. If you hate your job go work somewhere else with your supervisor skills.

I need medical assistance right away due to just getting out of the hospital but they have it all meesed up n i still have to wait another two days at least til they straighten it all out. N the ppl have been nice to me cuz ive been nice yo them just like i was in the hospital. Its how u treat ppl n then thats hows they treat u back. Yall should try it sometime it really works.

You have to arrive very early if you want to be treated the same day, have a lot of patience and bring all the required documentation, it is not a place to go with children since they will get bored soon.
