The worker only wanted to be friends with our foster child. She did not communicate with us and did not want the best for us as a family. She went behind our backs telling the child she could do things that were against our rules, which led to the child running away and being removed. We stood no chance to succeed because of this worker.

At first its horrible.. youre stressed and confused... Its not fun to have someone else telling you how to raise your children, however when youre finally placed with the right caseworker and other agencies that truly care and want to help it becomes easier to accept. I thank God for the encouragement and positive thoughts Ive received from my staff during this tragic event. Love your children with your heart and soul and I assure you God will provide... Even if at first you dont understand.

Reported a woman that hurt my child while she was watching him (In home day care) and went through hell trying to do everything by the book and they never even met with her, brushed me off and nothing came of it. I do not trust this system to keep children safe or have their best interest at heart. If I would put 0 stars, I absolutely would.

Not very clear on outside of building where you specifically need to go, circled around once before I just entered a building and got lucky that it was where I needed to be. Service was fine
