Why is there only ever one person working at the window?? Its in downtown and the country seat. Its always busy and you ALWAYS have to wait.

The Norristown Post office awful! I cant reach anyone on the phone,and I get mail for other people. They get my mail too! They have lost my change of address notice too! They say we will look into it means itsost!!!!

I live on Astor St.. Lately Ive been getting the wrong mail. Yesterday I received mail for Locust St. Today I received mail for Pine St.Both streets a mile away! Same house number but wrong street!! What is going on.

THEY DO NOT DELIVER THE PACKAGES NOR DO THEY RETURN THEM FROM THEIR PLACE OF DEPARTURE, WHERE ARE THEY, I ASK ME🧐🤨

Norristown Post office is terrible. I sent a 5 pounds box to a destination in Norristown from Audubon (I should have driven it!) last Thursday 6/18/20 it has been sitting in Norristown post office for 4 days! Mind you that the final destination is 4 miles away from them😡

They lose mail consistently and I only received my utility bill when its a shut-off notice also they lost $100 gift card from Comcast twice.

I called, spoke with Janet. She was able to give me the info that I needed and was very polite and helpful. My service was great! I dont know what the deal is with these other reviews but maybe it is the reviewers and not the employees that are terrible.

Absoultely terrible. Why do these people even have a phone? Been trying all week to get them to pick up to absolutely no result. Ontop of that a letter on hold here just seemingly disappeared. Either hire employees who care or more of them. Answer the phones once and awhile

Theresa answered the phone on the 3rd or 4th ring. She addressed my questions professionally and with kindness. We had a little laugh and she ended the call with have a nice day. Couldnt ask for more than that. Short, sweet and efficient. I know they are busy and probably understaffed to boot. Most questions and concerns can be answered on-line. If not, walk your butt over there. (or drive). Give em a break!

Nice staff and friendly never got a bad staff when I got there but the line is sometime long 2 or 3 ppl at the front when line too long

Everytime I send mail to my family, it comes back to me even though the address is correct. Then when they do deliver it, it is all ripped up. I dont trust the people working there with our mail, somebody there is going through peoples mail. Need better management and retrain workers on how to handle mail and packages. Im using a different company to deliver mail to my family in Norristown now.

Your experience here entirely depends on who you get. Ive had horrible service (1 person) and fantastic service (2 persons). Good luck.

Its very easy and fast. This place has nice staffs and a clean environment.

I think they are fantastic at the counter. Ppl just dont forward their mail anymore it seems.

Awful - they dont know anything about anything. Theyre supposed to be my local post office and dont know how to track a package and redirect me to another office. Pitiful. I wish I could give them a 0.

Remarkably poor and pathetic customer service, the waiting time can take forever, coupled with the fact that they are always understaffed. Please, dont bother wasting your time using the poor excuse of a post office. My chrismas gift to a family memeber never got delivered, and when I went to them for help, all they could do was to give me was some stupid customer service number.The customer service phone line can also take you addition 30 minutes of waiting. I am done with USPS

Many bad experiences. Very slow and understaffed. They tend not to answer the phone. They can be rude. You have to pay for parking to use this Post Office.

I ordered a package on 3/2 and it was delivered to Norristown Post Office on 3/5 where my package was then lost. The delivery confirmation information was never updated and I never received my package. (Its now the 3/23). When trying to contact the Post Office, the phone lines continuously rang without answer.Ladies and gentleman, this is why our postal service is failing and why people no longer see the need to use postal mail...

This postoffice really sucks the big one. Even the mailperson take for ever to get my mail sometimes its 11:30 am or might be 5pm or never get it at all. Ill check a tracking number and it will say notice left and there was no notice left and the item should of just been left in the mailbox anyway.

I want to know why my mail dont come to 5 pm and the mail carrier is dressed in pink booty shorts and a see thru top jumping in a mail truck never do i get my mail at a reasonable time unless there is a diffrent mail carrier this one carrier I see her all over town on her phone in the mail truck instead of delivering the mail can we get a new carrier?

My experience was horrible just like everyone else. I was suppose to receive my package April 29, 2014 I was home all day never heard the bell or a knock at the door. However, I did receive a notice so I called for re-delivery the phone would just ring. Finally someone answer I ask to have my package redelivered on the 3rd a day Ill be home, so they set it up for me. Saturday comes but still no package now here we are 5/5/2014 Im on my way to pick it up myself

This post office is the worst. They deliver things, but I never get them. They left notice and none was left. When I go to pick up my mail, because I track it, they say I need the slip - WHICH WAS NEVER LEFT. When the policy is, very clearly, that you need your license and thats it. They are slow, rude and unresponsive. If you can, use another form of delivery, because this place is a JOKE.

They are simply rude and unhelpful. Its will the trip just to go to KOPs post office.

Worst post office ever! They are not willing to deliver the packages to your door, even when you are at home. Then whats the point of having delivery while I have to pick up the package at your post office by myself. Not to mention that you only open from 8-5 on weekdays. Thats why you are going bankrupt.

Very slow at registers, over crowded post office. Staff is not helpful and very rude. The doors close five minutes before the actual 5 p.m. closing time and they wont let you in.

Absolutely pathetic!! I have had my phone sitting on speaker for almost 20 minutes and no one has answered, why have a phone number at all?!?!?

Terrible customer service. The postal worker was not knowledgeable about the process of sending a package. The postal worker tried to get me to pay for services I did not need.

This post offices open on Saturdays only for PO Boxes from 6 to 2 no windows service

They lost my package and the lady on the phone ( i dont even know her name) was VERY rude and did not need to work there with such an attitude
