I had my patio sliding doors replaced in 2015. Four years later in 2019 the windows are completely foggy, apparently the seal is already broken. They obviously gave me junk, the previous builder-grade doors had lasted for 15 years ! Another thing to mention is that during the installation they damaged my hardwood floor, in spite of the fact that I specifically asked them to be careful. When I wrote to Mike about it he never replied. Say away from this company, the quality of both the glass and the service cant be any worse.

Outstanding service at an unbeatable price. Ten years ago, I had ordered from these guys a large glass tabletop to protect a wooden slab table. So, when it chipped from impact a decade later, I knew who to call. Since I was going to get reimbursed for the damage, I thought it was fair to call around for estimates. One shop quoted me 530, another 370. Mike was 270! So, I pay him in the afternoon. He says itll be ready tomorrow, and Im thinking: yeah, right. I even called him couple of times to change the specs, and he got back to me within 15 minutes each time. Sure enough next morning, Mike says theyre ready to deliver. All under 18 hours for a non emergency application. Glass was cut perfectly, and they took out the cumbersome old piece free of charge. Cant beat that! Highly recommend.

Ordered a piece of glass and specified polished, rounded edges on 3 sides.Piece was shipped with only sanded straight edges....NOT what I had specified.Called the owner (Mike) and asked for a partial refund. 2 weeks later, I am still awaiting it.I even visited the shop and there was no receptionist....and the place was a mess looking in from the outside.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FIRM.

The glass in my 110 year old front door broke yesterday. Another glass company said they could come out in 4 days just to give a quote. Norristown Glass was able to schedule the work for this morning. The gentlemen who showed up to replace the glass were friendly, professional, and quick. They did an amazing job and were done in less than an hour. Im very pleased with their work.

In April 2019, I saw Norristown Glass recommended and things seemed good until installation. The men who came to do the work were very polite and friendly but we were not able to communicate due to language barrier. I peeked into the bathroom when they were finishing and saw the lead installer looking at the job with clear displeasure and concern on his face. The owner ensured me everything was fine but he was not there to see the job. I quickly saw one installed hinge was badly and obviously scratched and the glass shaked agressively when the door to the shower was opened. The owner did replace the hinge but did not come out to see the other concern and would not talk with me about it. Now two months later the tile and caulk along the wall that meets the glass is cracking from where the glass starts all the way to the ceiling. Another recommended glass company came out and said our glass does NOT meet safety regulations. The door should have been hinged to the wall and if not required a support bar since the glass piece was 43.5 inches (way over the 22 guidelines). I am now am having the tile and caulk repaired and a stabilization bar installed. I have notified the owner Mike. I wish I had utilized a more reputable company.

I called Norristown glass at 9:30 in the morning on a Tuesday to inquire about having a piece of glass cut for my table. Within the hour, they had two guys at my house taking a stencil of the table top. Within 5 hours, I received a call from them letting me know that my glass was cut and asked if they could come back to install. Great service, highly recommended.
