They had a heated, rain sensing, headlight sensing, solar coated windshield available overnight and installed it quickly and cleanly the next day. Easy to recommend. ThanksAsk about their warranty. I was under the impression that it was a lifetime warranty but thats not obviously the case.

Terrible customer service! I set an appointment to get a windshield replaced on Tuesday August 11th. My appointment was set for a week later on Tuesday August 18th. I received a call on the 18th from the representative stating that the windshield came in damaged and they would need to reschedule. Your representative set my appointment for Monday august 24th. I called the office on Monday the 24th around 10am since I had not heard anything yet and was told the part has not come in. When I tried to understand why I had to call your company to find out that you would not be here to replace the windshield the supervisor Violet was her claimed name hung up on me after telling me to have a good day. I called back to see if I sill have an option to reschedule the appointment and your representative got rude and hung up on me for a second time! Ive taken my business to a company that will be here within 24 hours!

This is the worst company to deal with. They cancelled my appointment 4 times, extremely rude customer service. They should not be in business, do not wast your time making an appointment with them. Total garbage

Auto Glass Fitters was responsive and had the window replaced the next morning. It matched perfectly! The technician was wonderful and he vacuumed all the broken glass from the interior and any that fell on the ground outside. It was quick, efficient and much more reasonable then the dealer. I would definitely recommend them.

Mark came out to my job this morning and was fantastic. Their quote was significantly less expensive than all of the others I received. I got a call early this morning saying they would be at my office within a two hour window and they were here even before that window. They worked extremely fast and explained that I shouldnt slam the car door or drive for at least 45 minutes to allow the glass to set properly. I paid with my debit card and was able to pay right on the spot. I would recommend their service to anyone needing any kind of glass for whatever reason.

I set up an appointment with Auto Glass, 2 days out, 10:00 AM, they showed up on time, replaced the windshield of a Honda van. So far all is fine, nice new clean beautiful windshield. Only been about two weeks.

The window seemed great until the entire molding began falling out within four years. I called to see if they could fix and they said the entire windshield would need to be replaced. So, their prices seem cheap until you add in the fact that you will need to do it all over again in four years. Use a more reputable organization. A good business would have stood by their work and offered to repair.

Time is a construct that doesnt seem to apply to Auto Glass Fitters. AGFs price to replace my windshield beat most of the competition, but I missed work on parts of three different days waiting for them to show up. I got fleeced when I take that into account. The work seems to be fine, but I dont suppose Ill know for sure until it endures some weather. UPDATE: 2/14/20 - a leak was discovered & repaired by an AGF tech after I had water get into my fuse block and create all kinds of electrical problems. The tech cited an improperly installed sealant by a new tech...

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I called them on Saturday to schedule a same day appt. However I was told my windshield would have to come from the distribution center, so the earliest appt would be Monday (2 days later), which I agreed to. Monday morning I get a call from someone (didnt get her name) stating my appt for Monday was not valid, once I give her my VIN number she would then reschedule an appt for later in the week. When I tried to explained to her I had taken off from work to have this done today (Monday) she begin to tell me the people I spoke with on Saturday was JUST a customer call center... I guess as customers we suppose to know if we make an appt with THEIR customer call center is not valid, WTH? This lady was rude, short, abrasive, and she hung up while I was still talking.... I wished I had gotten her name, but the area code of the number she was calling from was 609, somewhere in southeast New Jersey..... DO NOT USE this company!!!!
