I am horrified of dental work and of course I need a lot of it. Dr. Rosen and Dr. Shore are the best of the best. Always entertaining yet get down to business and get me in and out fast which is most important to me. The staff is friendly and always willing to work with your schedule. If I have to go, I go here exclusively!

I actually enjoy going to the dentist again! The staff are all friendly yet incredibly professional when it comes to the dental care and experience. They do a great job of creating a comfortable and personable experience as well. Im always shocked they can understand me with my mouth pried open but they usually do. Two thumbs way up!

It was amazing. Went in for an emergency at 11, by 12:15 I was done. Had a root canal and a filling replaced. Robin Shore is amazing! No pain AT ALL with any of the procedures OR the needles!!!

I have extreme dental anxiety after a very complicated dental history with other dentists and services. I was referred to Dr Rosen by a friend and have been seeing him for the last 10 years. I still make the hour drive to schedule with him specifically because hes very reassuring and I trust his judgement. Also, sometimes I still have anxiety issues with other dentists in the office because Im less familiar with them. The staff has been also very nice and has worked with me to continue to prioritize Dr. Rosen on my schedule when I explained my anxiety issues.

I moved recently but still make the trip - I won’t go anywhere else as this is the best dental office i’ve ever been to. clean, professional, and caring staff. Dr. Rosen has a great sense of humor and you can tell they really care about their patients.

Through the years I have gone to numerous dental facilities. I have found the staff and Dr. Rosen to be outstanding. The staff is professional, courteous and willing to make you as comfortable as possible. Dr. Rosen has true concern for his patients. He provides excellent dental care, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly. The office is always clean and comfortable.

They are always amazing. I’ve been coming here as since I was a kid. For this visit I am 7 months pregnant and needed 2 fillings and they did an amazing job. It was quick and painless. The entire staff is always so warm and friendly and of course Dr Rosen is awesome. He stopped in on his day off and took the time to “catch up.” Would always recommend!!

A Family Dental Care is extremely professional including how the staff and office approaches the CDC guidelines in regards to COVID-19. I am a new client, pregnant, and needed more than just a cleaning. They were extremely thorough and kind. The dentist checked with my physician to make sure that the work that needed to be done would not be detrimental to my health, or my babies health. She was also extremely knowledgeable in what medicines I was and was not allowed to have. I felt comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend A Family Dental.

This place is amazing! The staff is really friendly. I was scared I was going to be paying a lot but they did everything they could to get me out of there without too much out of my pocket. I got a crazy cavity filled and it looks great! The doctor was an artist.

I highly recommend this practice!! I have been seeing Dr. Rosen for over 12 yrs. I was blessed with terrible teeth that would literally break into pieces no matter what I did. Before Dr. Rosen there was an embarrassing number of years I refused to see a dentist because my last experience was horrific!!! I saw him based on a great recommendation from a friend and have continued recommending his practice to anyone who will listen. Going to the dentist is no longer filled with anxiety, it is welcomed not only by an amazing and helpful staff, but a well educated, kind and experienced dentist who makes everything so easy with the only pain being a little pinch,.. literally. My last dentist made my gums feel like ground beef shoving the needle in so many places to make it numb.., now I barely feel anything and the experience from check in to check out is painless in every way! I have needed every service from a cleaning to dental implants and I love not having to mute my smile because Im embarrassed about my teeth!!! Huge thank you to the entire team!!

I was furious after finding out that my kids were not scheduled for today. I made the appointment since November 27, 2019... I still have the business card w/ me. This is the third time that your employees messed up my appointment and my day. I have been your patient for 10+ years and I decided just to quit your office and go to somewhere else.Thanks for your time and business and I hope I dont have any problem getting my records back when I need them.

I cannot express my gratitude enough for this office! Dr Seth and Michele were absolutely amazing, as well as their team. I called first thing this morning for an emergency appointment for thee most painful, throbbing toothache. They got me in as soon as I was available. Not only were they amazing with the care of addressing and correcting my problem, but they were phenomenal with their patient care as well. Very professional and clean care! Down to earth and entertaining too! I’m sure at some point of our lives everyone has received some sort of bad dental which may have created a little bit of fear, well let me tell you, they were amazing with my anxiety and guided me right through their exceptional work. Earlier this year, I was seen by Dr. Yasir Siddique and we worked out a treatment plan. However, Covid-19 hit and it was not until yesterday that I could begin getting back on track. I needed to have 3 teeth extracted and although I am in some pain (expected), it is not as bad. Prior to injecting the novocaine, Dr. Siddique numbed my gums with a topical, never felt the pain at all. First time a novocaine shot has never bothered me. He was able to extract the tooth in one piece, which was tremendous. He and the dental assistant were professional and made me realize this was a good pick for a dentist (former dentist retired). The Covid-19 precautions were noticeable and I feel confident in getting my dental health back on track

Dr Rosen and his staff are hands down the best in the area. I would drive across states to stay within the practice. I trust Dr Rosen without a doubt. He is caring and loves his work.

My appointment to have a cavity filled started 15 minutes late without explanation or apology and was mostly uneventful. I thought it odd that Seth didnt say hello or goodbye and talked with co-workers more than with me. Lauren was great and open to suggestions on improving the patient experience.

If I could give him negative stars, I would! We only went to him because he was the only dentist in the area who took our insurance. Rosen did root canals on me and my husband. Both had to be re-done. Once by him and then when that failed, by an endodontist. Initially he said we did not need to go to a specialist that he did these all the time.Even worse, he’d touch my cheek or brush my bangs aside and tell me not to hide my beautiful eyes! Totally inappropriate and creepy. As soon as we got different insurance, we quickly left that place.

Ive been a patient here for 10 years. My hygienist, Fran, has always been friendly, patient and professional. I had my first root canal done this month and Dr. Siddique was wonderful! He talked me through the entire process and was extremely gentle. The next day - zero pain or discomfort in my tooth. In fact, it feels better than it has in months. FDC has an amazing staff (front desk is fantastic!!) and I would recommend them to anyone.

I just finished the final step of my tooth implant yesterday and I couldnt be happier. I have had more teeth issues than I can count and finding Dr. Rosen has been a blessing! It can be upsetting to have ongoing teeth issues but Dr. Rosen and his staff help to keep me sane! Dr. Rosen is also a perfectionist, when my crown wasnt right, he sent it back, and hes never hesitated to do so if something didnt feel right. Love A Family Dental Care. I have been going there for many years. Its ALWAYS a pleasant experience. Everyone who works there is friendly and professional. My crown popped out while flossing and I had it repaired less than an hour later. Amazing!

When my husband and I moved to the area years ago, we looked around at the various dentists offices and decided Dr. Rosens office seemed like the best option. We figured we would know after a visit or two if it was worth returning. It was definitely the right choice. Dr. Rosen was (and still is) funny, warm, welcoming and an excellent dentist. The combination is rare and it makes going to the dentist enjoyable (odd but true). After several years, the experience is still one I highly recommend. The office is very clean but has a cozy feel to it. Unlike most medical offices, it seems like someone sat in the waiting room chairs before they bought them. Everyone in the office has the same good sense of humor and is very professional so youre in good hands regardless of the chair you sit in. As a side bonus, Dr. Rosen has really good restaurant recommendations.

Amazing attention and care is spent on the patients at Dr. Seth Rosen’s practice. He and his staff are upbeat, fun, and make me (and all of their patients) feel like we are their most important client. The dental hygienists are very gentle with my teeth which is hard to find these days. I also have Invisalign through them and hey have been very proactive in ensuring the best outcome. I moved my dental care to this practice about a year ago. I have been extremely happy with the care I get given that I have been very picky in the past as far as dental care.The other day I had a dental emergency however Dr. Rosen who I normally see was out of the office. A little hesitant I made an appointment with Dr. Siddique. I am so glad I did! Dr. Siddique and his assistant took the best care of me. I required a root canal which is a lengthy procedure. He was able to accommodate me and got me out of pain. He was very professional and gentle. Took his time to make a proper diagnosis . I could not ask for a better provider .Thank you Dr. Siddique!

Today was my first visit and I was greeted by a great staff and Dr. Rosen was wonderful. Being retired military and working full-time, I carry two dental insurance policies. Knowing that my dentist office will work with and bill both insurances makes it so much easier to feel better about the financial side of a visit. I can’t say enough about how excited (if you can get excited about an extraction) I am to continue working with Dr Rosen and his associates.

Doctor Rosen is the BEST DENTIST EVER!!! I’m such a dental phobic, but Dr Rosen always puts me at ease. His entire staff makes you feel important to them. I called and got an emergency appointment the very same day, in fact they told me to come right over. Doctor Rosen pulled the offending tooth, totally painlessly, and fixed a crown that had previously fallen off. My next appointment is to set up a plan of care for all my dental problems. I am actually looking forward to it! I totally trust Doctor Rosen, and hopefully my days of of being a phobic will be a thing of the past. Made an appt 2 weeks ago to have Cavities filled. Called to confirm appt for tomorrow and they said I am not on the Schedule. I have the Business card from them with the Date and time on it. I did not Call you conshohocken of office. I called the Norristown office. You did not tell me to come in for the appointment. You told me I would have to reschedule. Also no one called me at all.

My hygienist for todays appointment, Leanne, is just the most pleasant person and very skillful at what she does...actually all of the hygenists Ive met at FDC are genuenly nice people, but most importantly, very professional. After getting epically screwed over by a New York dentist, I turned to Dr. Rosen for solace. He is not only a rockstar dentist, he is a one-of-a-kind person who makes the world a better place.

No longer worrying about having to find a good dentist in my area.

I used to be terrified of going to the dentist. After several horrific experiences as a child I had sworn off dentists -- until I met this one. I could see some of my fillings were becoming problematic so my sister sent me to Dr. Rosen. Not only did he fix all of my cavities, but I could tell he cared. He is such a sweet man, and all the people who help run his facility are amazing. Because of Dr. Rosen, I have invisalign (which was very much needed as my teeth are extremely crooked), which will make my teeth straight as time goes on, something I thought I would never see happen. Not just that, but knowing full well I could not afford the $5000-$6000 it would cost for the invisalign, Dr. Rosen chose me as the person to receive a christmas present in 2014. My invisalign is completely free because of this gift, something I will cherish forever. I have never been more blessed to know that there is somebody as wonderful as Dr. Rosen out there with such a kind heart and a true desire to take care of each and every single patient. I recommend Dr. Rosen and his team 100% and beyond that.

I am continuing the story of Daniel OBriens situation. Just to set the record straight, Dan was never informed about the risks or complications of dental implants from Dr. Karen Wasko, the dentist that ripped him and I off for $5000. We might have thought differently about things if we had been informed. Maybe not though. But, any dentist who did what she did has no conscience anyway, so I guess the last thing she was thinking about was protecting her patient. Our fight with her should not go on Dr. Rosens review. While it is true Dan saw Dr. Rosen in his office after the implants were placed, Dr. Rosen is the dentist who placed the implants. I need to clarify this so that the story presents itself correctly. Since Dan has been under the care of Dr. Rosen, I would say he has tried his very best to correct what has happened to Dan. He has made every effort to make Dan a priority and maintain his comfort level. He has even invited me to be a part of Dans recovery process. Sadly, two days ago, Dans second implant failed. It had to come out, which leaves Dan one implant. It was painful and infected, and tingled when he shaved or scratched his face. Dr. Rosen backed the implant out, free of charge, as everything he has done has been. We have not had to pay one penny for any work that Dr. Rosen has done for Dan since our ordeal began. I think this speaks highly for his character and professionalism. He has also made Dan a top of the line cosmetic denture for him to wear while all this is going on. Very kind of him, above and beyond what most would do. He could have walked away from him, especially after the reviews I wrote in Dans name about him, but he didnt. My purpose in writing this today is more to warn people about the risks of these implants. It was my idea for Dan to get implants, and I didnt do my homework well enough before dragging him off to get them. We really hadnt been informed that there could be so many complications and pain. We are lucky that Dr. Rosen has chosen to be so caring. If he werent, Im not sure what would happen... we dont have another 5,000 to redo... what would Dan do if he had to go elsewhere? Financially, we would have to go into a hole and dig our way out. I just feel like Dans story may be more typical than you might imagine. All the reviews we read before going ahead with this procedure led us to believe it would be a piece of cake.... not so true in Dans case. Our first review maligned Dr. Rosen because we needed to vent and blame someone, and since he placed the implants, we reviewed him in the worse way we could. Probably not the best way we could have handled it, as, once your review is up, its pretty hard to take it back. But I can retell the story to include Dr. Rosens kindness and professionalism during Dans recovery process. I am thankful now, to have Dr. Rosens interest in making Dan whole again. Do your homework, though, because you might not be so lucky.

I had implants done in my lower jaw by Dr. Rosen one month ago. The night I had them put in, I was in complete agony. The second day, I ended up in the emergency room, getting pain medication and three shots of lidocaine in my jaw. When I called Dr. Rosens office, no one seemed alarmed that I had spent the night in an ER. The pain was so severe, I drove to Dr. Rosens office in such pain, and he did see me right away. He said everything looked good but put me on an antibiotic. Two weeks later, he saw me again, for the awful pain I was in. Again, everything looks good, he said. Well, today is one month, and I saw a periodontist this afternoon, who could not believe what I was telling him. He said I was butchered. He said you never place posts without a cat scan, which I didnt have. He said you never put three posts in, its either two or four. I have three. He said I probably have permanent nerve damage, because Dr. Rosen placed the posts completely wrong. One is outside the bone, instead of in it, and the horrible pain is because Dr. Rosen put the posts in right on top of a nerve. Thats why you get a cat scan. And on top of that, the posts cost me $2100.00, and today I found out its going to cost me $1800.00 just to fix Dr. Rosens careless mistakes. I wouldnt let Dr. Rosen work on my dog. If you are considering implants, GO ELSEWHERE. He might be an ok dentist, but he doesnt know a thing about implant surgery. I hope this gets posted, because if you read the reviews that his office has posted, it looks like Dr. Rosen walks on water, when, in actuality, he sucks.

Dr. Rosen has a great demeanor, I love the atmosphere of his office. Danielle at the front staff is very friendly.

Felt very comfortable the entire time.
