Service has really gone downhill.... past couple of times have asked for wax and rainx and they couldnt get the order right :( The excuse I was given was new people.. how about some training?? I always watch to make sure its done right......

Ok my car I keep pretty clean at all times I just drove up from Florida and had the nasty bugs that stick like glue to your car and my windows definitely needed cleaning when I got here the gas station didnt have any cleaner in the window wash tubs and my Dad has been doing all the driving since I got here 2 weeks ago so when I had the chance to take my car through the drive through I paid for the best full service car wash on the menu expecting a quality car wash, I have to say I was highly disappointed when I got into my car after they were finished... I had to clean my windows again myself as soon as I pulled away they never wiped down my interior dashboard or inside windows still needed a good cleaning. The vacuum job they did was not a vacuum I would call a good vacuum still had debris on my carpet and leather seats. My car is still very new has the new car smell even so they didnt have to really do anything major other than removing the bugs stuck on the headlights grill and windows they didnt even get half of them off. Poor quality for the money I wont be returning after having to do it all again myself. Waste of $35.00 plus tip.

The only place I will ever get my car washed. Always do a perfect job. I travel with my dog a lot so... dog hair... in every crease. Muddy paws... everywhere. They always get my beloved car looking new!

I just cleaned my car and it really was just as dirty, it is not the first time that has happened, maybe it is my fault for going and trusting again.

They do a pretty decent job here. Its not perfect, but at least its clean and I dont have to do it! Im impressed with how fast the service is here.

Does the car look a lot better outside after the ultimate wash ($26)? Yes. Did they do an even adequate job vacuuming the inside? No. There were still little pieces that easily could be easily vacuumed on every seat.If you have small children don’t even bother paying for more than an exterior wash—they didn’t vacuum the car seat at all and these could have VERY easily been sucked up in one swipe. Super disappointed.

I was very disappointed with the service I received on 9/18/21. Ill admit I was a little embarrassed at how dusty my car was (we live in an area that was heavily flooded from Hurricane Ida) and I waited in a long line for the attendant to come out. I stated that I was willing to pay whatever they recommended because I did not want to trouble them for too little money. They stated they didnt have time for anything like that and they could only do the Ultimate Wash. I even tipped 20 dollars for their trouble and how dirty the car was. This was before I saw what a pitiful job they had done. So ~50 dollars out of pocket and there was still a MOUND of dirt on the back seat, bird droppings on the outside, and mud on the seats that was not there before I got to the wash. The carpets were filthy and the floor mats were not even affixed to the floor just thrown in. I get that it was busy, but you can be sure I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Been taking the cars here for two years now. Always fast. Always clean. Always happy. However they are also always busy so be mindful of the time of day you go.

Doesnt deserve any stars. Total hacks. Charged over $200 for full detail. Hand wax and full interior cleaning. Where do I start..They told me 2-3 hours. Took over 5 hours. Interior was decent with a couple exceptions. Windows were streaky, they blew a hole through my drivers floor mat and there was a half dollar my 5 yr old put in the center console that magically grew legs and walked away. Exterior..wax residue everywhere including flat areas that you can easily get to, wax streaky over entire car, swirl marks that they said theyd get out still ther and they left the car running just about the entire time they had it. Looks worse than when I dropped it off. Just a amateur job all round and to steal belongings out of customers cars on top of it all. I will NEVER go back again

Overall I’m happy with my experience my wheels look great and car is pretty clean only reason it’s not a 5 star experience is I paid for all mats to be cleaned and my trunk mat was not done and also my cup holder was not cleaned out as well.

Great customer service, quick and really and shiny. I got the Express Polish package wich includes their top of the line wash, the Works, and had no regrets. Been coming here for years and not disappointing at all. If I notice that they missed a spot and theyll either fix it before I leave or will rewash it for free. Only place I know that offers 24 hour clean car guarantee. I only needed this once because it rained right after I washed the car and had left some mud spots. But, Im definitely happy the guarantee is there when I need it.

Just called to see if if I could get an appointment for full service detail but first available appointment was one month out. Yikes! For the prices they charge, might as well take it to the dealer. Guy on the phone was friendly but not accommodating.

I have a 2007 Hummer H2. I live down the street from this business and never used them before. I called to schedule my truck to get a full detail and was very happy with the customer service from beginning to end. I dropped the truck off on Sunday morning and it was done exactly when they said it would be done. Most of all the work they did was absolutely top notch. I am extremely happy with everything. The truck looks beautiful inside and out. Perfect work. Highly recommend. Special thank you to the manger that handled my truck.

The car itself came out good but the rims tires and door jambs are another story. They did a Horrible job on the rims. The same rag they used for the tire shine they used on the rims coating them with a a thin layer of grease causing brake dust and road debris to stick to them. After cleaning the rims and tires on the driver side I watch the guy use the same exact rag to clean the door jambs. They skipped the passenger side altogether. For $26 its the same wash quality as the $18 option. Ill go to Waterworks Car Wash in Plymouth Meeting next time.

They did an amazing job with my full detail. Service was wonderful and everyone very friendly. Little pricey, but I guess you get what you pay for.

My car was cleaned very well on the outside and most of the dog hair inside was picked up by the vacuum. Ive given this business time to correct an error. A huge one at that. An employee stole $300 out of my car. They insist they sent me a refund check but Im still out $300 several months later. This happened in January its now almost may. I said I would correct my review for making it right, I did and still dont have my money back so its going back to one star.

Hi. I used their services few month’s back, i paid $20 for car wash and vacuum. Today I thought will do additional service so i paid $27 for ultimate car wash. But i has the same services as $18. I had no clue wats the difference between now and then. Do know what to say. When asked the person who asked me to pick my car, he did not reply any. Just wiped my car and said its all done.

I get my car washed here time to time and usually pretty good but this time was the worse. Dont know if I will return again.

They just detailed my car and I am shocked that the young lady Nicole, who did my car, completely erased a rusted spot where the paint had chipped AND she somehow completely removed 8 by 8 scratches from when I sideswiped a metal dumpster. The inside, which was really crumbly from eating most meals in my car, is immaculate. IMMACULATE. Very much worth every penny I paid. 3 year old car, now like brand new. She did an excellent job.

These guys and gals are great. I drive for Uber and I dropped off my 2012 Toyota Avalon. They did an interior detail, and exterior wash. When I got the car back it looked like it hadnt looked in years. They cleaned every nook and cranny of this car. It is like brand new now. I also left a key behind and they held on to it for me until I returned. They are very professional, and nice. Worth every penny and highly recommended.

I wanted to give it 3.5 stars. Would have went 4 but there was still bug debris on my windshield when I left. Nothing major just not 100% clean of all debris. But they do the inside and out really well. Just a oversight on windshield I think.

I had 2 vehicles in our Pestmaster Services pest control fleet detailed interior and exterior. The previous employees that drove those were smokers and the trucks were a mess. When I got them back, they looked brand new and the inside was spotless and smoke free. The price was very reasonable for a full interior and exterior service. The woman that is always there, I forget her name, greeted me when I pulled in and asked me what I was interested in and gave me details on each package. Dropped vehicles off the nights before service and they were done early the next day. I already take my personal cars there and now will be taking our fleet trucks there as well!!

I would travel religiously from limerick to have my cars cleaned and was normally very satisfied. my last two visits have been very poor. to the point my last visit on friday my new rav 4 was damaged. i was the first person there in the am. it took over 15 minutes for my car to go through the car wash. usually less than 5 minutes. i had suspicions and when i saw my car, it was clear why the delay had happened. i asked to see video footage and was told the manager would call and they would open a claim. 3 days later no call from anyon . so unprofessional. my car is new. garage kept. really did not need a cleaning. i need answers. not sure if ownership change as the staffing looks different. clearly not worth the trip from limerick. hopefully ownership will man up and call m .

They do excellent work. My mother travels from the city to come and get her car washed here. Due to covid 19 they sanitize each car prior to washing them as a result it’s a 30 min prep time per car.

Good service, bad drivers. My car came out of the wash to be dried. The guy driving it floored the gas and them slammed the break and I watched the weight of my SUV go back and forth. I was not pleased to see this. I guess they want to buy me new break pads.

West Norristown Auto Wash is literally THEE BEST AND ONLY CAR WASH FOR ME. I never used to have a nice enough car to to care enough but I’m telling you THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO BE FOR CAR WASH AND DETAIL NEEDS....I will gladly pay for the excellent services I receive here but even at that their prices are beyond reasonable....every single employee is fantastic, and being a Store Manager if a business myself I personally ask about owners of businesses I frequent, and every single one of these employees without being prompted has talked about how the Father-Son owners are the best people they ever worked for. Always glad to give my business to someone that knows how to treat good employees! Please come here!

I have been to many car washes and the attitudes and work ethics of the employees here are significantly better than anywhere else. I dont know what they do to keep enthusiasm up, but these guys are the real deal. Equipment is always well maintained as well as the building. They keep things looking good and operating well. Always professional results with a smile! Their customer service whenever something isnt up to par is always a plus. They always make sure you are satisfied with the clean. If something was missed, asked them to get it and they will do it no questions asked.Thank you! If you can expand locations with the same service that would be awesome!Reason I am not giving 5 star on this is because you have to ask for them to wax the roof and clean the ceiling on a $254 full detail. About a week or so after I had my new truck pin striped, the pin striping was damaged and they would not do anything about it. It was probably an issue with the pin striping needing to cure longer, but no one is perfect and they are the best there is around here by a long shot.

Incredibly fast service. They were genuinely concerned that the quality met or exceeded my expectations. They took the time to address any concerns I had regarding the possibility of damage to my car’s tires (there wasn’t any). Price is reasonable. Staff are professional.

Paid for full wash, wax, and interior clean. When they sprayed my dashboard, some of the cleaner got behind my radio display screen, which I pointed out while they were still drying the outside. All I got was a shrug. It is there to this day, everytime I look at the 4 inch drip, its a reminder to never return. Place is too rushed, employees cant do their job well. It seems to be more about quantity than quality with them.

Very bad services. Stopped for the first time last Saturday, March 16th, and paid $20 for the whole package. The interior of the car poorly done! Crew did not bother to remove the mats for vacuum cleaning! Lots of dust under them... I had to clean it myself back home. Mats were poorly cleaned as well... they seem to rush every car due to many customers. I could not even ask someone to review it, because the long line there was behind my car to leave the place. Terrible services.

Just stopped for the first time paid $20 for the whole package, not worth it. The interior of the car was done with no effort so I came home and did it myself and the tires werent even done they are still covered in salt. Ill keep going to king of Prussia to wash my car.

This place use to be the spot but have fallen off over the past year. I actually had to wipe my own car because there were some leaves on the roof that they were walking away from. It’s a shame. Will not return anytime soon. There are too many other spots to try out.

They do a good job just need to do a better job with the drying the car aspect. When I get home I have to go over the car with wash wipes because it’s water streaks all over the car.I did appreciate how they addressed the issue when one of their employees accidentally broke my windshield wiper. That was good business and how you address a issue.

Went for a Hard Surface Detail that is supposed to only take 30 mins per the board. He said we could have it done by tonight or tomorrow. He said they only had one guy working the detail center. Understandable. So then I asked if he could just give me a good vacuum and wash my floor mats and he said no problem. Sure enough I go to get in my car and floor mats were not done. Seemed like a pretty simple request. Will not go back.

For $20 it should be a top notch car wash with great results, it was not. I had to point out several areas where there was soap still on the car. Needs to be much better for this price, will never return.

This place did amazing work. My cars interior was a disaster, with all manner of spills on the seats and carpet. They were able to restore the interior to something approaching showroom condition. It cost a bit - and I paid some extra because of the extremely bad condition of the interior - but I found it worth every penny.

Quick and friendly service for a reasonable price. I had a lot of salt on my car from the snow and find this car wash close by. they have several options and include many perks that other car washes do not provide like vacuuming and interior windows.

I guess I keep coming here because they dont actively damage my car. But their work leaves much to be desired, considering the fact that youre paying $15+ for an automated wash and hand dry. The interior windows are always streaky and the door panels are never fully dry.

The quality of service is not as per the cost. I have just one time experience however that was not very good one. They did not clean the car properly did not do the vacuum properly as well. Had to show and ask them to clean it. They did it later but if you don’t see and just walk away you may not get the service you paid for.

This is the best car wash and detailing place in the area. In addition to the excellent work they do in sparking your car, they have a staff that is the most honest and ethical in their business. After the car wash, I found a $20 bill right where it was (or had perhaps fallen on the mat). Contrast that with other local auto wash places where I and my friends have had their gift cards, iPhones and iPods stolen.

Had a complete detail on my car and I must say it looks practically brand new! I knew they had a tough job on my car most especially with the exterior but they well exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend and very nice staff!

If I didn’t know better, I might think this was acceptable. I have bought the $14 package in the past to clean a minivan. Today, we bought the $58 (plus tip) for a sedan and it is no better. In fact, the $14 was better quality. Bird poop still on the windshield, dirt in cup holder, didn’t move seats to vacuum dirt or pieces of paper, etc. Ultimately, we went to the $5 car wash near home and cleaned it ourselves. I have never felt the need to leave a negative review, but today was an exception! There is a car wash on Spring Garden that does a superior job for $39 - “Philly Special”

A great place to get a basic wash. The staff is friendly. In my experience they usually dont pay too much attention to detail. I go 2x per month. They always seem to miss something when I bring my car through, but they arent terrible enough to stop going. FYI: If you have a BMW have them tape the front tow cover, they pop of in the wash frequently, and its a $90 fix for a 2.5 square! Yikes!
