I called to schedule a detail, the lady who answered the phone is very nice and made scheduling so easy. My car location kept changing because of work the day before but they rolled with the punches. It was a huge relief. I am REALLY happy with how my car turned out. I got the gold detail. One of the guys detailing found $50 in my car and gave it back to me. April answered my online inquiry within 10 minutes and was notably helpful and friendly. She worked with me upon extremely short notice and was able to have the guys squeeze me in after a long morning at a commercial job. When the guys showed up (on time) Brandon spoke with me about what they normally do and how long it takes and he was friendly, professional, and passionate about the business and customer satisfaction. I purchased the Gold Package, and 5 guys spent approx 2.5 hours on my Jeep and now it looks brand new, and it was a wreck. All of this was done in my driveway while I worked. I will use them again and again, and will purchase gift certificates for family and friends. They are also local, so I was happy to support a local business!

I am blown away by how clean my mini van is! It started out in bad shape with everything 3 kids can do to the inside of a car over 7 years and now it looks like a brand new interior! One of the upholstered seats in particular was in terrible shape due to being used by a child with bad motion sickness - it was beyond gross - and it looks fantastic! The exterior wash looks wonderful too! The service exceeded my expectations.

I called on a Friday afternoon and they were ready to go Saturday morning. The crew arrived a little early and did a fantastic job cleaning and detailing my rather filthy Town & Country. It looked like new when they were done. I called them on a whim, but definitely feel it was worth the price. They are 100% self contained, they never used any electrical outlets or water at my home, it is all in the truck with them.

Mobile Auto Salon is the BEST in the Main Line, Philadelphia and surrounding areas. Every week 2 or my 4 cars are done plus my business fleet. The Mobile Auto Salon staff is very flexible, courteous and professional. The have no problem cleaning my cars at my home, office or business sites. I don’t feel like my vehicles are properly cleaned unless the are serviced by Mobile Auto Salon. Truly Five Star Service.

I recently had my car detailed here and i was very satisfied with how Brandon and his crew took care of my car. From the moment i contacted them to the time i went to retrieve my vehicle it was exceptional service. They were extremely careful and meticulous with my car. I could not have asked for quality customer service. I would highly recommend them. The pictures do not do it any justice you have to see my car in person to understand the quality work.

Real nice team. Came over for a full detail job, and it turned out fantastic! They were referred to me as the ones to do it right. That they did.I had an occasion that it was important to have proper standards. They made it shine like new!

Got my 2015 Kia Optima Hybrid detailed through these guys, it was my first time hearing about them and using them. The customer service or dispatch person (Ill call her Sally, for privacy reasons) is short on softness or niceness over email, though she still seemed professional overall. They give off a very we are popular and busy so dont waste our time vibe. Anyway she emailed me a day ahead to confirm the appointment, and then CALLED me 20 minutes before the detailing crew and van arrived at my workplace (she seemed nicer over the phone, by the way). Clear and timely communication... Now THATs how customer interaction should be!The work crew was fairly professional, or at least as much as they can be in this line of work. They detailed the car top to bottom within 90 minutes, and now my car looks like almost new! They accept credit and debit cards electronically on the spot, and I decided to give the workers a $15 cash tip just because. Ill probably use this company again, as they seem to know their stuff and can execute efficiently. And let me repeat: They detailed my car REALLY well... inside, tires, trunk, outside... I only found one little spot they missed underneath the trunk lid.. but I had to SEARCH for that spot, as its not visible under normal car use. Basically they did a wonderful job overall. Even as a 1st time customer, I am fairly confident that YOU too can trust your car with The Mobile Auto Salon!

Couldnt be more pleased. I called and made an appointment. They called me to tell me they were on the way. They arrived on time. 4 of them got out of the truck and began work. Everyone was very professional and seemed to take pride in their work. In two hours, the car was ready. Looked like new. Would recommend to anyone. Will be calling them in a week or so for the next vehicle.

I usually have Acura wax and detail my car. The wax usually last a long time and the car is shiny for some time. I would say 3 days after The Mobile Auto Salon wax my car appeared dirty. The wax used by The Mobile Auto Salon is a lower quality than used at Acura. Ill be taking my car to Acura for the next detail.

I dont know who these people are trying to smear Brandon and this company buy they obviously never used the service.I am very particular about my motorcycles. My poor Harley had sat in the garage since February when I rode it to my new house in the freezing rain. I was embarrassed to take it out because it was filthy. Today, Mobile Auto Salon came to my place and made her look like new again.5 stars all the way.

So they got some stains out and did an alright job on the outside, many things were missed, the car now has a musty smell, and the windows now fog really bad which they had never before. Really unimpressed with what I saw they missed, a quick check looked good, but then i actually looked and kinda upset by it.

The Mobil Auto Salon detailed my 2011 Chevy Equanoxx today . I went with the gold detail package that they offer, However I must say Brandon and his crew did a fantastic job .my car looks better then when I bought it .I will defiantly use their service again .
