I would give ProSource 0 stars if it were possible. I ordered 2 vanities from ProSource for 2 different bathrooms in my home. ProSource delivered inferior products that did not look like the floor models in their showroom. The vanities that were delivered were so poorly constructed and poorly finished that I could not use them in my remodeling project and told the contractor to return them.1. Five separate pieces were ordered for 2 bathroom vanities. All 5 pieces, not just 1 or 2, had many flaws. See the attached pictures.2. The quality of these vanities was misrepresented by ProSource. The sample in your showroom did not have gaps at the seams in the doors or flaws in the surface or paint. If you had an actual door from what was delivered to my house in your showroom, no one would ever pick this product.3. The size of these vanities was also misrepresented by ProSource. In the order specs and drawings that you provided, both vanities (all 5 pieces) are shown as having a depth of 23 3/4. In reality, only the 3 drawer units are 23 3/4 deep, and the 2 sink bases are just 21 3/4 deep.4. Despite many attempts to get ProSource to refund the money for these inferior vanities, they have not done so. Despite many attempts to reach them, and assurances that they would resolve the problem, they have still not done so many months later.Bottom line, ProSource misrepresented their products and refused to stand behind what they sell. I will never use them again.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went to the Norristown location on February 24th and spent over an hour with one of the representatives by the name of Steve trying to secure countertop and flooring options to update my kitchen. The rep was to get back to me within a few days after following up with a few manufactures. I emailed him the info he requested a few days later and have not heard a peep back since. I called several times and never received a call back. I emailed again expressing my disappointment with the lack of follow up on 3/13 for which I received an automated response that my rep would contact me shortly. It is now 3/25 and still not a word back from a single person at this location. Horrible horrible customer service! I guess they didn’t want my business or my money! 🧐I’ll gladly take it elsewhere!!💁🏽‍♀️🙋🏾‍♀️💰

Quality material excellent support, and great pricing.ProSource has made shopping for my clients very easy and efficient. The selection of products, style and price range has been very impressive. Very professional and a great partnership to work along with. Keeping within Budget is important to my clients and Bob can find a way to stay on budget without giving up the designer look. Bob is, always quick to be there with the support I need on my most difficult projects.

Jaz once again went above and beyond the call of duty to assist us with a second renovation in the last year. She listened to our needs and came up with innovative ideas that kept us within our budget. She was very professional and was able to problem solve as the needs arose. Our experiences with ProSource was extremely positive!

The staff is wonderful and our floors looks great! We shopped around for flooring from a few different places. ProSource had the best pricing and the most helpful staff of all the places we visited. Thanks for making this purchase so easy.

Update: We have finally gotten restitution and resolution on this. Apparently there was a change in ownership of the franchise and the new owner took time to follow up and fully refunded the money. So that gets them another star from me and we will consider giving them another chance. Thanks for making it right.I am a professional remodeling contractor and we purchased Wolf cabinetry and cultured marble vanity tops from Pro Source in Valley Forge for a project in Wayne PA. When the cabinetry was delivered, the quality was so poor that the owner refused to have them installed and very clearly said that what was delivered in no way reflected what she selected in the showroom. We returned the cabinetry and although they did not want to, Pro Source did refund the price for the cabinetry. Not until a couple of weeks later when we picked up the vanity tops did we find that the they were made incorrectly. One vanity top was supposed to have an offset sink and it was made with a center sink. The other top wasnt off by much but the faucet hole was drilled slightly off center. Tom Dority acknowledged that they were not correct and they took the tops back. However, I have yet to see a refund for the vanity tops and it has now been at least four months. I would not recommend Pro Source and have taken them off of our preferred vendor list.

They were very helpful and knowledgeable on the products they carry. It is nice when your building a house and able to go to one store to pick it all out. Kitchen cabinets, flooring, tile, carpet and countertops. They also have a kitchen designer that works with you to lay out your kitchen.

I worked for pro source for a short time in the shiping and recieving department. I was impressed at the organization of the warehouse, the procedure for orders in and orders out. The showroom is amazing and the 24/7 access to members is an awesome convenience to contractors and homeowners alike. Although I was only filling a temporary position the entire staff welcomed me as if they had known me for years. If the friendly staff quality products and efficient shipping and receiving department reflect on the service then ProSource most certainly deserves five stars.

I came to Prosource looking for a wood floor to finish my basement. This place is a hidden gem. If you havent stopped by you really should. They have an absolutely insane amount of choices for flooring. It was a little overwhelming at first but the gentleman that helped me pointed me in the right direction and let me know which wood floors would work for my basement. I had some follow up questions and was able to call my guy up and he walked me through my choices. I will be back when I am ready for my next project which includes swapping out my backsplash that I never liked.

We are very disappointed with this establishment. They botched up our order more than once and treated us as if they did not want our business due to the color of our skin. Our members only key card did not work for no apparent reason and no one would come to the store to let us in as we were promised to have 24hour access.

Ordered flooring, was told it would be ready for pick up in two weeks, it didnt show up for four weeks, when I called about it I was told they would check into it and give a call back but never did, I always had to call them back, poor customer service.
