Hiring PenVal Construction to build our new deck was a great decision. We have used them in the past to do renovations on our home and they are still just as efficient, dependable, professional and skilled as they were then. Their employees show up when they say they will and are always courteous and respectful as well as neat and organized. Our new deck is beautiful and goes beyond expectations. PenVal did a fantastic job on our bathroom renovation project. They upgraded the sink, vanity, did a super job on the floor tile as well as the shower tile. The new shower and fixtures look amazing. The PenVal workers were courteous, protected our hardwood floors and cleaned up their work space everyday. They were a real pleasure.

Back in February, we had the pleasure of having Pen Val handle some work in our back bedroom. We had previously experienced leaks in the roof that were never properly dealt with, and as such, the ceiling was stained and damaged. The response and work done by the PenVal Construction team was nothing short of fantastic. The work called for a bathroom remodel, a kitchen remodel and a basement room remodel. Had them out to quote us on a project in June 2017. Still havent heard back since the initial consultation. Was told Id hear in a week the different pricing for the different projects so we could tackle them in stages. Still havent heard back after multiple attempts of contacting them.
