A family member went to register a car and they gave him a tag registered to another car. The car was impounded and now they won’t answer the calls to tell them what happened. Also we aren’t paying for storage they will have to. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.

Purchased a duplicate car title over a month ago and still never received it. Every time I call, they tell me to call them back but give me no answers to where my duplicate is. I have a feeling they pocketed my money and didnt process the paperwork at all.
