I was absolutely amazed at the kind of service we received. Professional, Courteous, Detail Oriented and most of all the right attitude. We were waiting for the fax from the insurance company and she was quick to serve the other 2 ladies in que who were really ill mannered and rude and she handled it very well. Good Job Lady. I have been a loyal customer of Gibbons Fastags for almost 20 years I brought them a lot of business and new customers over the years. In the middle of February I decided to let my daughter use one of my cars. The car was registered with specialty NRA plate which I paid a lot of money for. I did not want my daughter to drive with my NRA plate so, I took one of my old plates to Gibbons in Trooper.I told the gentlemen who was working in the office (I believe it may have been the owner), that I would like to put the old plate on that car and in 2 week I will be putting my NRA plate on my other car which was in the shop. He checked my old plate and told me that the plate is dead and I have to buy a new one, so I did. 2 weeks later I took my NRA plate to Gibbons in Souderton to put it on my other car which just came out of the shop. In my disbelief the very nice lady who was taking care of me told the plate was dead and I have to buy a new plate.Since this was a specialty plate, I asked why the plate was dead, it was a good plate 2 weeks ago. She said that plate was dead and I would have to contact Penn Dot, which I did. Penn Dot told me that the person at Gibbons Trooper killed my NRA tag when he issued the new plate for my daughter. In order to keep that tag alive I should have put it on the other car at the same time. I was not told about this by the gentleman at Gibbons in Trooper. If he informed me of this I would have registered the other car at the same time to keep my NRA tag. In order to get a new NRA tag I would have had to pay another $100. Since we all make mistakes I suggest that Gibbons cover half the cost of the new NRA plate, which he killed knowing that I wanted to use it on my other car. I was told it was not “Their Problem” and they could not do anything for me!At this point I refuse to do any more business through Gibbons or recommend them to family or friends. I took all the paper work and my original old plate which was called dead at Gibbons to Fazio Tags Service in Lansdale. To my surprise, the very friendly lady at Fazio told me it was not dead and had no problem registering it to my car.When Gibbons was in Souderton on Main St. in the older building, they were very customer orientated. Gibbons has moved to 2 beautiful “Taj Mahal” locations in Souderton and Trooper and have started scamming people on dead plate fee and who knows what else. If you do not want to be taken for a ride like I was stay away, they are not who they use to be!The reason i gave them 1 star is because I could not give them negative 10!

Very professional and prompt service. Francesca was very good and what she did and extremely knowledgeable about the process.

Went in with a representative from the dealer my wife and I were buying a vehicle from to get a temp tag and the man behind the counter started talking about buisness with the dealership that we didnt need to hear and said that he would NOT help us until it was resolved. He did start our process when our rep left, but still a little rude. Once process was finished, he pushed the papers across the counter at my wife so we left. He chased us down in the parking lot because he didnt keep his paperwork. Jerk.

They were very quick and professional, but they messed up my very important form. I wound up having to go to another notary and spending money again.

Stopped in at 7:20 pm and out by 7:30 pm. Well done!
