I’ve been leaving at this complex for a month and I love it ! Apartment is newly renovated. Property manager is great.

I had lived in here with my family fir more than eight years with the old owner and the news owner fired the poor lady that was working in the office so she no longer working there. I suggest for you not to move this place because the hallway smell weed or cigarette, the wall it’s so thin you can hear everythiings. This place isn’t worth for the price .

Dont know havent dealt with new management so cant comment on them

If you are a contractor be cautious.I did work for this location and they never paid their bill.We submitted our invoice multiple times and they kept giving us the run around. We did quality work and they were satisfied but then ignored us when it was time to pay.

In short... I assumed that the management of any apartment complex who cared about their reputation would do their best to rectify huge issues at the very least when it benefited their own reputation and the future of the business to do so - I was wrong. I assumed that the management would do their best to be reasonably honest and civil. I was wrong. I assumed that any human seeing another human in a terribly inhumane situation would try to help them. I was wrong. I assumed that providing the basics of what was promised in a lease would be a higher priority than greed and deception. Once again I was wrong. If you are moving into this place with the same assumptions at the very least I can suggest you think again.I am looking to get in contact with any other residents who were in the building last year or currently who dealt with the bat bug infestation. I was one of the residents dealing with it and have a number of reasons for wanting to reach out. If you are still there or if you have left, if you have lost many material possessions and have any receipts or pictures or records of what was lost, please contact me! I scheduled an appointment to see the apartment room and arrived after driving 70 miles but no luck. I repeatedly called the office and left voice mails. Office dont exist at the address given. I waited at the given address for 25 minutes and was told by a local that leasing office is at a different address. Finally went to the right address but found the office dead locked. Then drove back home. No one never called to follow up on this harassment and said sorry. What a business!

Lived there for 2.5 years. Just moved out. The residents there are trash, the grounds are dirty, management never helps and just gives excuses for the poorly managed property. If you want building security then look elsewhere because the doors on this place dont lock properly. Only redeeming quality for this place is the convenience of being near a grocery store. All and all I would not recommend.

I recommend looking for somewhere else to live. Stood there for a month and moved out immediately. Worse apartment experience. Smelled of cigarettes, halls are not cleaned up, the place had batbugs when we moved in that were supposed to have been taken care of (they told us less than a week before moving that they had them but they were taken care of). The apartment we were supposed to get was not ready AT ALL and they had to give us a different one. Worse experience EVER!

Feel like they are collecting $40 fee and everyone not qualified !!!

There is no staffed office here, scheduled an appointment, waited 30 minutes while calling and emailing. No response and no one showed.
