I have a lot of kids and our carpet was trashed. So, online I went to find highly rated carpet cleaners to call for quotes. Im usually a diy person, but whenever I clean the carpets they end up only so-so cleaned and they smell like wet dog--we dont even have a dog! The first place I called was Rasing. John answered right away and gave me a very affordable rate based on my description! I scheduled my cleaning right then--for a week later! When he arrived (a little early-yeah!) he noticed the level of spills and stains and recommended we add on enzymes. That brought the fee up to what I originally expected and hoped it would be. So far, very happy. Then he vacuumed everything (we had vacuumed already, but he was more thorough), and got straight to work spraying and deep cleaning. He worked very quickly and efficiently, but also took his time to get all the spots. MY CARPET LOOKS BRAND NEW! Its ten years old!! He even showed me a video clip of a section he was cleaning-- it went from brown to light beige!! I was Shocked! That wasnt even a bad part! The carpet was almost dry when he left. It is fluffy, it smells very clean, its beautiful!! Now I have to get new furniture...Seriously, I am thoroughly impressed. He even left us some shoe booties to walk on the carpet until its completely dry, or bare feet are fine.Two big thumbs up!!

We used Rasing Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning for whole house air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. John was very professional and courteous. He addressed issues with our dryer vent and made the necessary adjustments. He took the time to clean the areas where there was debris. Overall we had a great experience getting our ducts cleaned with Rasing. Highly recommended. Pricing was competitive as well.

John went above and beyond to clean up air ducts in my 4,000 sf home! He even went up to the attic (where the main duct is). Very responsive,, accommodating to our schedule, courteous, and care of his quality of work. He & his crew wore double masks and shoes covered at all time during cleaning. Took about 6 hours to clean up air ducts (and dryer vent). The air quality in my house has never felt so clean. Much less dust accumulated in the house. Very happy with the quality of his work. Had all my area carpets cleaned and an oversized chair and they were not left soak and wet like most companies do ( you know who you are SS). He put drop cloths down to protect my hard wood floors and corner guards to protect my walls and base boards! Needless to say i an extremly happy and will tell everyone what a fantastic job he did!

Ive used the big companies for years due to safety concerns but I was never really satisfied. I wish I found this company a long time ago. Not only was my carpet well over due for a cleaning but there were stains that I though would never came out. Rasing Carpet Cleaning really helped me out and cant recommend them enough - were a Design/Build outfit and unfortunately had very sticky plastic carpet protector stuck to a carpet runner after months of construction. We were looking at having to replace the carpet runner unless someone could figure out how to remove the adhesive - Rasing squeezed us into their busy schedule and showed up a day after I called them to address the problem, and now the runner looks as good as new with no sticky residue! We used Racings service to clean a badly stained carpet with plenty of dog smell in it. Nice guy, showed up on time, and did a good job...managed to remove all the stains! Will use again in the future.

Excellent job, competitive price and on time!I recommend Rasing and here are the reasons why:1) The owner, John, responded quickly to my online request for an estimate2) He stuck to his estimate! He tried to upsell a little bit (for duct cleaning but only after I asked about clothes dryer duct cleaning) but humbly accepted my no thanks, not now. I was actually very appreciative of how he upsold - not hard only suggested then let it go3) He respected my time and my home. He asked permission to bring his equipment in and was careful around my cats4) He was honest about his ability to remove a very old stain (protein drink spill that he said he could definitely make look better but could not promise removal of the entire stain). Having said that, he was actually able to remove the entire stain which made me even happier!5) Before leaving, he noticed a few drops of water on one of my floors where his hoses had dripped. He immediately went to it and and wiped it up.John was very respectful, professional and did an excellent job at a competitive price.
