Alex was very professional and explained what he would do to make repairs and the cost. He, as well as his assistant, Alex, wore booties on their boots so they didnt drag anything into the house. After repairs were made, Alex took my husband and I into the bathrooms and explained what he had done and showed us how the faucet and shut off valves worked. He used a shop vac to clean up all the debris from fixing our leaking pipe.We will use Plum it Heat it Cool it whenever we need any other plumbing work done. We are lucky they are local to our neighborhood and are familiar with our homes plumbing.

Rob came out to discuss my issues with not having enough hot water and hard township water. He explained that my current water heater should be more than large enough for two people and that the hard water sediment building up was most likely affecting the ability of my water heater to perform. He suggested replacing the water heater and installing a water softener. He told me adding a booster later on was an option if this didn’t solve my issue. A week after the estimate, Rob returned to install the new equipment with two other guys. They were all very polite and professional. They laid down sheets to protect my floors and after the job was complete, they left the area as clean as before.I was a little skeptical that this would solve the issue because my water heater was only 5 years old but a month later we have yet to run out of hot water and I am loving having soft water. The price was not cheap but it was reasonable and the work was well done. Would definitely recommend!

Charging too much for simple repairs. Gave me a quote of 820 dollars to replace a kitchen faucet and repair a toilet. These are way too high quote wise and still had to pay a 59 dollar fee for them coming out to hit a reset button on my garbage disposal and for just coming out. Will never call them again.

I messaged at 10pm last night when our central AC stopped working (of course on a 95 degree day with a baby). Within 30 minutes we had a plan for a tech to assess the situation the next morning. Our heat stopped working. I called, and although the receptionist said the next available time was in 3 days, she put us at the top of list for possible urgent visit if something opened up. She called not longer after to say someone could come soon because their schedule opened up. Robert was very nice, professional, wore all covid coverings (mask, gloves, shoe covers), which I appreciated. He was able to determine the issue pretty quickly. This week has been an absolute challenge when my shower stopped working and my water would not stop running and because shut off valve was too hard to turn off, I had to turn off to the entire house. On top of that, there was a leak that subsequently happened in my kitchen sink. He was courteous of my feelings on the issue and made sure to not leave until I knew exactly how to work the new kitchen faucet and shower install. I am really appreciative of Alex and the tireless work as the actual work needed to be done was more extensive then we imagined, and did not leave until the work was done. Our AC unit died at 4 PM on Friday before the 4th of July weekend. These guys came out on Tuesday, days/weeks before other companies could get there, and fully replaced our furnace and AC unit the following Monday, right before a brutal heatwave. They showed up at 8 AM Monday, and said we know its going to get hot, we wont leave today until your AC is installed and working. They worked a full 12 hours and left at 8 PM, and sure enough the AC was working. I have two young kids, and without AC our thermostat was getting up to 88 degrees inside the house. These guys gave their word and stuck to it. This stuff matters. Other companies were still calling me to just schedule an inspection(!) AFTER these guys were already finished the job. All of these 5 star reviews are well deserved and well earned. Thanks guys!

Incredibly quick response and super friendly employees from start to finish! Our old hot water heater sprung a major leak that we thankfully caught before the basement completely flooded. After hearing from visitors to our house over last weekend that they smelled gas and not noticing the smell ourselves, we called Plumb It Heat It Cool It and they recommended we first have PECO confirm the existence of a leak. We were so sure it wasnt a leak, that we asked them to come out anyway and clean the burners as that was where the smell came from before when we had the burner cleaned. They cleaned the burners and found a very full cleanout for the chimney and took care of that too. Alex the repairman recommended we call PECO even though he also did not smell gas. We did call PECO (Peco came out within one hour) and they found a very small leak using a very sensitive gas detector. After PECO tagged the location Alex returned and fixed the leak. Clean, fast, efficient, honest, and informed us of the reasonable cost before the repairs. This excellent service is advertised by many but seldom delivered. Plumb It Heat It Cool It DELIVERED ! I can’t recommend this company enough! Our central AC went out in the middle of the day when it was 90 outside. We recently bought the house so weren’t sure what we were in for. We have a 2 year old, and my mother who is elderly and battling ALS living in our house. Rob showed up on a Saturday evening within hours of our call for emergency service. He was professional and knowledgeable and was able to get it going again. Unfortunately he informed is that the system was in need of replacing, but also said that he wouldn’t feel comfortable doing it himself as his company wasn’t outfitted to replace the duct work and whole system that he felt we needed; while he could replace just the unit for us, he said he wouldn’t feel right about doing just that. We really appreciated his honestly and advice, and although we it was unfortunate he wasn’t up for the larger job, we can’t be more pleased with what he was able to do for us.

We had a wonderful experience with this company during one of the hottest days of the year when our A/C malfunctioned. We called in the morning and Rob was there a few hours later. At no point did he try to sell us on a new unit, like others have. He and the other technician we very clean, polite, informative and thorough. Rob is a lifesaver! Our furnace went out, so we had a different HVAC company come to diagnose and fix the problem. After replacing a part they diagnosed as the issue didnt fix the furnace, we were told that it was now a different issue. We had enough runaround and called Rob for help. We had an emergency...our kitchen sink was clogged, which then backed up the drain and the dishwasher, making both unusable. The pipes came with the house, which was built in the late 1950s. Rob was amazing!! He was on time, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He explained everything he needed to do, why he needed to do it, and efficiently got the job done. Since the pipes were old, he explained how over time the metal used degraded and corroded. He replaced everything with more modern materials....and we are back up and running. I highly recommend Rob and his company, and will definitely call on him and his team again if the need ever arises.

I highly recommend Rob and Alex! They work great as a team, showed up on time and resolved both issues for me. They rerouted a water line outside and installed a Frost Free hose bibb. Saved money by rerouting the line to a different wall of the basement.They also replaced the main sewer line! Beautiful work! Job well done!
