Cesar was awesome!!! He truly took the time to help me with my phone. He went above and beyond to ensure I left happy and got everything I needed. I originally went to a different location, however because I remembered how great Cesars service was, I came back to this branch! SO HELPFUL!

Customer service in the store is fantasticI walked in and was greeted by 3 employeesAll eager to help than reality set in and they realized how useless their profession is. All things can and must be taken care of online all they can do to assist you is take you through their online prompts and pat you on the back. “Good Luck” one employee said. Needless too say I discontinued my business with at&t which was a mission with in it self. When I could not do it online and I had to call over the phone for them just tell me what I already knew. I dont recommend at&t to nobody. The worst service ever. People in the store lied to me about everything. After that I spend 2 days on the phone to fix the issue. Some of them just hanging up on you. Cesar Aguilar that working in this store make me get att internet and said if I buy my own router i will not be charged for theirs. So I bought my own. Then customer service said I have to use theirs . And then they charge for 12 m $10 for equipment use. Even I have my own.

I was there because I had an issue with my iPhone 7 Plus. They seemed to be very nice and helpful. He helped me to unlock my iPhone and he gave the the best advices about insurance. It’s located right inside the mall next to Pink. They are doing a great job and they are very brave!

Great customer care the representative was very knowledgeable and courtesies. Highly recommend going to the place. The staff speaking Spanish was a plus and i was impressed their high standards and how they kept social distance the entire interaction.

He helped us get service with them. He was a very nice, caring young man,, I will definitely give him a 5 star for the great service he gave us. I had a real good experience with Christian the manager at the AT&T store at the Harlem Irving Plaza store. He helped me in just a few minutes with an issue I had tried to resolve on my own. We had problems placing an order online multiple times, so we went in to the store to talk it through in person. They were very helpful, understanding, and matched the deals that we were supposed to receive through ordering online.

I went in today, and I sat down with Laporche let me tell you she was amazing. I went in to look at internet packages she gave me very detailed information. Laporche Gave the best customer service I have ever had.

I have to say these young ladies Amanda and Porche have wonderful customer service and made sure that we was well taking care of with what we came into the store for and some other stuff we had no idea going on with our bills and got everything tooking care of!!!!

Ordered a phone online to be picked up at this location. I found there were two stores in the area. One in the mall and one on Harlem. The one I had to find was the one in the mall. When I found the store, I asked the first employee what the address of the store was and he didnt know and seemed angry that I interrupted him talking to a customer about bad food service he received. He gave me a business card and I verified that was the address I was supposed to be at. So I waited at the counter and the two other employees were talking to customers, but neither acknowledged that someone would be with me shortly. I waited for about 20 minutes and two other employees casually walked in with what appeared to be dinner and went to the back room. 30 minutes passed and all three employees were still taking care of the people that were there when I got there. Then the employee that came in with the food came out to help me. I was picking up a phone that was a company phone that was purchased online and after waiting about an hour, I was told they couldnt set up the phone unless I had the credit card used to order the phone. I understand that there are security measures that cant be broken. So I dont care that I didnt get the phone that day. I was angry because if one of the three employees that were there would have asked me what my reason for being there was, they would have given me an answer in less time then it took for someone to help me. Wouldnt recommend going to that store.

Finding this store is a nightmare. Never again! They really need better details as to WHERE this store is located. There are TWO AT&T stores on Harlem Ave. One AT&T store is located on Harlem Ave across the street from the mall, next door to Noodles (restaurant). It is on the East side of Harlem Ave (few doors down from Pot Belly Sandwich Works). Then, you have the AT&T store INSIDE the mall (good luck trying to find this one). The person who assisted was very clueless and not very helpful. I ended up going on-line and finding what I needed for my Smart Phone. The employee could have made a big commission that day, but you know what, he did not. I dont expect to hear from the Manager about my experience at this store. Customer service is non-existent.

What a store. I come in and she says I will be right with you. Then she completely forget about me.... helps some other person to pay the bill,that person arrived after me, then checks out somebody at the cash register ... that took a long time. Then she comes to me and the person who came after me apparently didn’t know how to pay the bill...she coms back to make sure that the bill was payed and I end up waiting for so long. It felt that I was not treated in order that I arrived in the store. Not coming back here ever.

Shame that I can not give -10000 stars. Except few store representatives, manager especially is very unprofessional and rude.They made me a problem which could cost me $$$$ .. but thank to universe other shops At&t are educated to do their job, but above all to be a human being and help.I could write a long post, but since they are under supervision bc of their acting this would be enough.Oh, above all, store manager was very very very rude to me bc of my English and my non American heritage.And yes she cost me and her colleagues on the other location few hours solving their problems. Other people are going to Oak park location too bc of unprofessionall employees. They can not understand that we are not there for them, they have jobs bc of us customers.

Great overall service!

They overly complicate everything and signed us up for Directv Now when we directly told them we did not want to sign up for it. It takes hours for them to do anything, staff essentially doesnt know anything outside of trying to sell you accessories, they have to call corporate for every little thing. Avoid this store, otherwise you will be here for hours and you will be charged for things you directly told them no to. I hope trying to sneak in that commission for directv now was worth it.
