Just wanted to say thank you Just Tires for getting my tired patched up. I phoned immediately yesterday after noticing my rear tire was low. The male rep who answered was nice, and explained how long the wait would be and the price after taxes. Due to how late in the day it was, I decided to go in Sunday instead. I was greeted by Vanessa who was fantastic at the desk. She explained in details what I needed to do and how long it would take. I was phoned later in the day. Picked up my car with no issues at all. Great service by all. Have used for my older car as well and have never had issues. Great communication and service as always.

Lou was amazing. Called apt prior and once I arrived was taken right away. He was so friendly and a pleasure, turns out I didnt even need a new tire, I thought there was a nail in it and he didnt charge me. Great service.

Yesterday morning, we woke up to a kitten that took shelter in the engine of our vehicle. There was no way for us to get the kitten out ourselves so we went to Just Tires on Harlem and Forest Preserve to ask if they could help us. Without hesitation, they agreed to help, which required removing several under panel pieces and tire in order to locate and safely remove the kitten. We want to let them know we appreciate them, their professionalism and caring for the kitten.

So I came in for an oil change and to have a tire patched on 3/29/21. Alan was working behind the desk and greeted me with a smile, kind words, and after explaining my needs to him he put me at ease. I was nervous that my tire couldn’t be fixed, and I wasn’t sure which oil change would be best for my car. Alan patiently went through the options with me and helped me pick what was best for my car and within my budget. Thank you Alan! Now I am here today again (thanks to the previously wonderful service) and am lucky to have Alan taking care of me again. I needed 4 new tires on my other car and he got me the best tires for the best price and the job got done in great time thanks to the wonderfulMechanics there! This place is terrible and expensive never come here. They have incompetent people working here. I bring my vehicle because it has flat tire and wait hours and yet they cant fix it. I ask for my vehicle back because I have to time to wait 6 hours for a tire change. They want to charge $50 for tire repair and$275 for a new tire. Small tire shops way better than this dump.

Needed new tires and shopped around. They had the best prices by far and had me in and out quickly. Staff was super friendly. I would highly recommend versus other places Ive been to.

Just had 4 new tires installed on my car. And I honestly don’t really know too much about cars or tires. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me while explaining the different options. They were friendly as well as personable. And I didn’t even have to wait very long. My sales person was Alan Garcia and he was very pleasant to deal with. Definitely would recommend just tires and this location specifically.

Jesus and Alan were very informative and helpful. Had my car come in for an alignment and tire rotation. They did the alignment first and once they were done, I forgot to mention to them that I needed a tire rotation. They were nice about it and took my car back on the lift and did the tire rotation. They did it quickly and were able to check for any other problems with the car. They were very nice and helpful and would recommend them.

I had an appoitment at 9:30 am, there was a mistake because they had 9:00 am in the system. He told me it would take 3.5 hours to change two rear tires! He told me it was their normal time to only change two tires !!!! This is ridiculous!!!!

They left more scratches on my car. As God as my witness, this is not a scam. This was was NOT there before I went in for servicing. I take it someones keys by their back pocket accidentally scratched my ride. Very very angry about this. 😠😠😠😠After talking to corporate over the phone about this matter, they told me Just Tires is NOT responsible for the scratches. They thought they I was referring to all scratches. Im not. Im referring to brand new scratches that were never ever on my passenger side door. And then they said bring your car to a body shop and bring us the estimate. Whats the point of doing that? Corporate got through telling me they are not responsible for the scratches. So whats the point of taking it to the body shop to get the estimate when Im being told Just Tires is NOT responsible for this. 😠😠😠😠And even if they do decide to pay for the damage, who is going to pay for the car rental??? I have to be inconvenience by this?? Because someone else at Just Tires was very careless???😠😠😠😠😠😠 😠

I was that customer tonight walking in at 3 minutes before closing. But I had no choice as all 4 of my tires had become dangerously low on air on my drive home from work. Im pretty helpless with my car when it comes to anything more than getting gas so doing it myself was not an option. Enter Arias! He quickly filled all my tires and did it with a smile (I can only assume with the mask😁). Thank you again Arias (not sure of spelling)! Give that man a raise!!!

They were great. Got me in and was able to get all my tires replaced in the middle of the day.

Made an appointment through goodyear website. It took them 2.5 hours to change 4 tires. I had to sit there in this cold lobby, there wasnt any heat and after an hour I asked how long do I have and the guy said 20 minutes but I sat there for an hour and a half longer. Mind you, theres no social distancing, they have 4 chairs that are practically next to each other. Overall, schedule your service and expect to leave for a few hours.. dont get stuck like I did.

Ive had great experiences with oil changes. Getting alignment package was worth it to save money. Too much left play in my steering wheel. Fixed with alignment. They are great at letting you know if something needs fixed right away, or if its diverting that can wait. They will shell with you to resolve any issues you have. I experienced that first hand. Great place for everything except electronic issues I have to check if they do that. Anyone had it since there. Let me know.

I Called a few weeks before I went in for a service didn’t have the money at that time I called for an appraisal. When I did have the money I ended up having nine other cars inside of line ahead of me.However this did not stop them from repairing my car along with all nine on a Sunday which if you don’t know is shorter business hours then the rest of the week. I will take my van here again and again and again as I don’t trust any other mechanical service members.Just a special thank you to Alan and all of his team this past Sunday who help repair my van is riding smoothly and I just want to say thank you again from the bottom of my heart.

I put a deposit on a tire and was told when the tire was in to come get it installed. I asked if I needed an appointment to which they said “no just come in it’s only one tire so we should be able to do it quick” well I show up and after waiting almost two hours, I asked what’s going on it’s only one tire, they told me there’s 3 cars behind me since I didn’t have an appointment lmao. Total time to change ONE tire = 4 HOURS. Never again.

I’ve been taking both my vehicles for quite some time now and I’ve never had a bad experience. I will continue to do so for as long as I can!

Great technicians. They actually explained everything to me in detail on what my steering issue was with my truck. I had it a different shop starts with a N there they could not explain on what the problem was. I am very happy with the alignment now form just tires. I should have gone there first.

BEWARE!! LOOK for damage after tire install.Please check your wheels - inside and out after you get new tires installed at this place.The techs will damage your wheels inside and out. It has happened to me twice in the last year. Ive gotten recent damage on some winter rims. They say it is normal to have gouges inside and outside the rim due to the machine doing what it needs to do in order to remove the tire, really? Maybe check your equipment and tools for clearance. Wish they would have offered to get a full set of recently freshly powered coated wheels fully redone vs just getting the face refinished by someone and not having it look uniform. Basically I have to get wheels redone and pay someone else to remount.Very upsetting!!

Brought my car to replace two (almost new) tires because one of them had a bubble. I told the person to save a good tire for me so I have it as a spare. When the person called, he told me the other tire also had a bubble and asked to toss the tires for me. I was surprised andnasked him to take a photo of both tires. He sounded somewhat surprised with my request and said they will do so. After I arrived, I was told that the other tire actually looks good after they removed it. I can’t get rid of a feeling they tried to trick me. It happened today afternoon. Also, alignment was suggested. That came as another surprise because I have checked alignment about a month ago. But okay, it’s possible. Told them to check tire pressure and they left it at 39psi.

We waited for 4 hours for 2 of our vehicles for TPMS and reseal. When I asked the guy after 4-ever, he then picked our service order on what seems to be 6th behind the line of orders and put it on front.

Total joke!!!! I dont know how this company still exists. Have a brand new tire and rim went there because I was losing air. They said it was the seal. Took 2 hours was the first one there in the morning. Paid 35$...tire is worse off losing more pressure then before. I understand that its cold and maybe it didnt seal right. But when I tried bringing it back called 50 times nobody answered was left on hold and hung up on. Ive been in the automotive trade my whole life. I dont write reviews but I really hope this company goes out of business. I will get it fixed the right way at any other tire shop. Good luck any future customers.

I had a flat tire at work, good thing that, at my job they had an air hose. Called just tires and spokes to John, they took me in and fixed my tire, actually the tire sensor needed to be clean and it turn out to be both rear tires sensors. Fast and friendly service.

Just Tires is the place to go for new tires at a decent price!Quality work takes time especially with new tire installation. Most times work is completed within two hours or less depending on how busy they are. I purchased a full set of tires, had a wheel checked because I was told somewhere else that it was bent and had an alignment done.The gentleman behind the counter was very polite, we were serviced in a timely manner. He told us there was nothing wrong with the wheel and did not try selling us a product or service we did not need. He have us three options for a tire (price ranges) and did not pressure us into spending more money than we were comfortable spending. He told us all the work would be done in two hours, we were called back to advise our car was ready in excatly two hours time.Overall, great service and customer service.

Just destroy and replace my tire for free!

I was leave my tire for patch last night.....and I call them next morning to want make appointment early.but nobody anwswer the phone almost half hour .I don’t have any choice . I just drive to there walk-in. I glade they already fix my tire, but they didn’t have anybody can switch tire for next 2hour or more ....they tell me leave my car there until next day pick up....omg...I understand they busy but it’s just 5 min work....I’m paid 40 for this and without the switch....I found another place spend $15 to switch that. so mad for this experience...

Best oil change ever! The staff is friendly, courteous, and customer oriented. They make a genuine effort to get to know you and your service needs. I did not wait very long, my tire needed patching as well, and I still had my vehicle back in less than an hour. I will be having my car serviced here in the future, it was a truly refreshing experience!

I recently went to Just Tires because my tire pressure light kept coming on. They checked out my tires and nothing was wrong, it was probably because of the temp change - no charge! Jonathan and Agnieszka both helped me and were very nice and HONEST! Highly recommended!

Just Tires has been supplying and rotating my tires for over 3 years. They offer a very good road hazard warranty and the staff has found me some good discounts. They have locations around the city and have good record keeping for their services. They give clear explanations of their work and wont push you to get anything you dont need. You dont need an appointment but theyre frequently busy, so plan on giving them at least a couple of hours to complete the work. Theyve always kept within the estimated work time they gave me.

Took my car there 30 mins before close. They wouldn’t preform 2 tire change because they had already started cleaning the shop. No one else was in the lobby and the guy working the counter was sitting in the lounge area watching T.V. So I’ll take my business elsewhere since they aren’t interested in working the hours they advertise.

Agnieszka helped me tremendously. I needed a last minute oil change before I went on a 8 hour road trip and not one single place was willing or was able to accommodate me. Luckily she was there to help. Not only got an oil change but a free tire rotation. I will for sure only have my Challenger services at just tires from now on.

I had the same situation as a below customer. The same RUDE LADY basically told me I was out of luck because the technician left for what I needed done to my car. I had scheduled an appointment too. The website allowed me to make an appointment for my desired service. How was I suppose to know that their technician left and did not state that on the website. She said things to me like Well I do not make the website. I do not know what you want me to do. She did nothing to accommodate me. She basically did not care to have any business from as well. I have never been treated so terribly. I do not understand how this lady keeps her job and let alone is a manager. Just tires really needs to consider her behavior. My entire family brings their cars to this Just Tires. That is five cars. WE only have issues with that one lady.

PLEASE READ!!!PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE WITH YOUR NICE VEHICLE, UNEXPERIENCED MECHANICS, AND POOR SERVICE.I took my Mercedes Benz GL450 for a tires rotation, first they told it will take couple of hours, I can either leave the vehicle and come back, which I didnt mind waiting, with in 15 minutes later they took my vehicle in, cool. As I watch their Technician service my vehicle, I realize he has no knowledge, using the wrong tools. First when to the front desk complain about it, and they when and talk to him but he kept on doing it . After 1 hours I couldnt wait anymore, by the time told them to stop the service he was already damaged half of my log nuts. Later the store supervisor Richard came out of his office and I told him about the situation, his reply was I should have told him to stop after wheel one not three . I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!

The stuff dont really care for anything, seems just waiting for clock to be over at go home. Waited for 3 hours, said will be 1 hour wait. They havent even touched the car. Do not recommend, theres definitely more choices and better places.

They quoted us a couple hours on repair. We come back 3 hours later, and they hadnt even taken the car into the shop yet. Then told us another 1.5 hours. The customer service was horrible, and we ended up leaving without going through with the service. Just zero consideration for customer and customer history. Avoid if you can .

Unsure on the service writers name but he drivers a Lexus kudos to him for helping me out on my balance for the rear tire. Extreamly professional and great work done on his part.

ALERT---ALERT---ALERT..This place, was the first and the last time I taking any of my cars ..I took my wifes car, its a van Town & Country 2005 for a whole set of brand new tires last year and I had to take it back since one of the tires was kept on losing air ..so they charged me almost $40.00 dollars to fixed it..some weeks later the same problem about the tire losing air..I took it back in again and they charged me again $40.00 telling me that was a nail on the tire ...so the must unprofessional thing was that just this week (01/17/2017), I took the van to my mechanic to inspect the brakes and the rear brakes was in need to replace it, he called me and told me that on the passenger side was 2 lug studs missing and one was cut either with a electrical saw tool or manual and the nut could not have a good grip on the tire..so out of five lug nuts the van only have 2 lug nuts secured properly...also on the other back tire it has a missing nut and the lug nut was stripped ...Be very careful, if you take your car to that place they are terrible careless about peoples safety . Thank God that my wife did not have any accident while using the car in such of condition as it was. I will highly recommend not to take your car in that store or any Just tires, and if you do make sure you check your tires yourself and check the nuts make sure they did not strip them. Had tires put on in February. Okay for price but mechanics failed to tighten lug nuts all securely. This morning my rear tire fell off at high speed. Luckily, there was no one killed on the highway from the tire flying off, my car was relatively okay, as was myself.I would strongly recommend going elsewhere for tires and service.

Took them 30 minutes to do a wheel alignment on my 16 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Excellent job. 👍👍

Wouldnt recommend them to anyone. They damaged my oil pan and didnt want to pay to replace it. They lost a customer for life.

Best Just Tires store in Chicagoland area! I Went to a different location & they were terrible. Topped off my oil instead of changing it, causing my vehicle to drive sluggish etc. Came here & they fixed the problem with ease & a smile. I was gonna stop dealing with company altogether, they just saved Goodyear a loyal customer.

Don’t waste your time. 1.5 hour to fix a flat tire $42. Tire people learning on the job and lost valve cap. It was replaced with a different one. Stay away !!!!

Brought in my vehicle and told them their seemed to be a leak in one of my tires. They said they would look at it and they brought the car back out later never saying it was a patch fix. The front desk people never explained what the problem was or told me what the price was going to be so I can authorize what they wanted to do. They told me the price at checkout and that was it. Horrible service and poor communication to customers.

Nothing but disappointment and horrible customer service. My husband got a flat on his way home from work and unfortunately this was the only place near by. We ask if they tired could be fix and they said no which we understood so then we ask if they could put our spare on. They come back to tell us they couldn’t put the spare on because it didn’t fit, we looked at each other confused because is the pass we had to problem. So we had to other choice than to buy new wheels. Less than a month the “new” tire pops which is really weird that they only last less than month so I took the car to a closer location to our house and they tell us they couldn’t do anything about it since we didn’t get insurance on them which I wasn’t even offered by this location. The other location had to problem putting on the spare I ask this location to put on which was interesting. So you’re telling me that just tires sells tires by lying to people why did the location near my house had no problem with my spare?? I couldn’t get a hold on corporate because of the holidays but all I know if that I need my money back or a replacement on the tire that lasted less than a month. I work in sales myself and lying to people is no way of selling things to someone

These guys at the Norridge location are doing awesome work! They saved me on a Sunday afternoon with a tire that had a nasty nail in it and they got me fixed and out the door in an hour.Didnt try to upsell me anything extra or lie about needing a new tire. I dont think Ill go to Firestone again.. at least not for tire needs.

A few months ago I had a flat, could not get the car serviced at all because they were too busy-short of staff. Understandable, went somewhere else.But yesterday I scheduled an appointment for 11:30 am, arrived and was told it would be 2 hours before the car could even be looked at and then told the service would take 3 hours, and since they close at 5 pm, they would not be able to complete it/Wasted my whole day...again going someplace else.
