First time dealing with termites, I didnt really know what to do or what treatment plan to go with. They took great care of me and didnt try to sell me extra stuff I didnt need. Will use them again.

Very professional and great customer service. Called them with short notice and they showed up next day early in the morning before the concrete trucks showed up ready to spray the foundation for termites.

On July 26 around 1155 am one of their employees drove a company vehicle recklessly, passing my family vehicle at about 70 mph in a 35 zone. I attempted to call the company to report this behavior and the line goes straight to an automated response. If this is the standard character of their employees, I would not recommend allowing them into your home.

Cannot speak highly enough of Tony and his employees at Pest Arrest. They were recommended by a trusted friend to perform the termite inspection our new home and it was apparent that they knew their business very well. We live near a small lake and we deal with a lot of pests. Pest Arrest has always responded promptly to every call weve made to them. Theyve honored our service agreement promptly and professionally. Woman who always answers the phones (same one every time) gets really rude and sarcastic (I have dealt with her several times). Definitely needs to be taught how to be professional when dealing with people. Randy is very nice and helpful though.
