The gentleman just left my house. He was on time, professional and courteous. He provided tips and took the time to explain the process and chemicals used. My ant and spider problem was unbearable but thanks to Hawkins, Ill be able to enjoy my home pest free! A million thank yous!

I love this company. Randy is a character and always has the answer whether its pest control or lawn issues. This is a great family owned and operated business with no high pressure sales or run around. Pricing is very reasonable and you get what you pay for.

We own several businesses and had an infestation appear at one of our restaurants one morning. When we contacted several companies; no one could help us with the pests before opening time of 5pm. Hawkins was right there, on-the-spot, within an hour of calling them. Got rid of flying ants and we opened timely with no problems. Our patrons were never inconvenienced. If I could give these people negative 10 Stars I would!!! I had an appointment with them May 20th 2016 at 9 a.m. to treat my house for fleas. I spent two days preparing my house for them I washed every piece of clothing blankets sheets towels you name it and then bagged it all. Hawkins never showed, I called them several times I sent them text messages and never heard a word! I would never recommend this company!!!

Terrible customer service. They should by a calendar to use for their appointments... We were stood up multiple times in a 3 month period! Never called to follow up to reschedule or apologize, I had to call them. And on the last time, never even returned my message.
