Owner Priscilla is so sweet, many boutiques in Campus corner have adorable clothes but I find the staff whether it be students or the owners to be pretty standoffish and rude. Never have felt like that in here, which makes me feel good supporting.

Ordered online and got a shirt a day later than when I needed it. It wasn’t the store or the shipping where I had issues. I’ll take fault and say that I should’ve planned better. However, the quality of the shirt is AWFUL. It’s a fruit of the loom quality stiff shirt that has a “lincoln Riley” logo screen printed on it. It feels like a HARD iron on that I can peel off. I asked to return because I had been out of town, and she has a strict “72 hour return policy” UNLESS you have a special circumstance. I was hoping she would be understanding. That was not the case. Instead I was offered a store credit WITH a 25% restocking fee because apparently my shirt was custom? I bought the same shirt from other vendors and they are SOLD OUT.I didn’t realize that this was a custom order withs cheal iron on? Instead, I was pointed out of all the things I did wrong and given a “ tough luck” impression.Terrible customer service, I’m going to pass and bite the bullet and keep the shirt. There’s no way I would like to return the shirt and get a 25% restocking fee. If the quality is that questionable, I can’t imagine wanting to purchase anything else from the store.

Manager is nice until one of her cheaply made clothes break on first use and you try to return it.. after giving her business plenty of service I’m the past.
