They also clean my loft (short term rental) at least three times a month, often more. I provided a document outlining how I want the rental turndown service to be done, and they follow it great. You give quality instructions, you get quality service. Youre not sure, theyll guide you. To have clean your homes and businesses they are good. But to work for its the worst thing ever. The owner is amazing but once they send you with their cleaning chicks, you do get bullied and they just don’t treat you the best up there.

This is a fantastic housecleaning business. My cleaners arrived on time, were professional and THOROUGH. My house has never been so clean. I especially appreciate the fact that they scheduled us at the last minute and worked to troubleshoot any issues. I love the fact that they use all environmentally safe products, including rags that can be washed and reused, and brought their own equipment. HIGHLY recommend! 2 Green Chicks is the bomb! They are truly the real deal. We have the sheddingest (I know that’s not a real word) German Shepherd in all of the world. I mean, she sheds piles of hair. I don’t know what these ladies used to suck up all of the dog hair, but the floors looked better than ever! I was amazed. They get all of the thumbs up from me.

I started using 2 Green Chicks after my second baby was born, and I was struggling to keep up with housework along with chasing a toddler around and caring for a newborn. They are always on time, very professional, and work around us when my kids and I are a bit slow getting out of the house in the morning. Christine and all the others have done a great job each time! I planned to stop using them once I got my feet on the ground, but they clean so much better than I can. Its especially nice since I have pets and a baby that is getting into everything, and I have time to focus on other chores and tasks instead of constantly dusting and cleaning. Ill probably keep using their services until my kids are out of the house!

I have known Amy, the owner for about 2 years now and I finally talked to her about deep cleaning my house! She came by and looked at every detail of my home and took notes. She asked great questions and really got to know more about my likes and dislikes for my house cleaning and about my family habitats as well as about my pets. We set an appointment time and she was off. Herr staff came and cleaned when they said they would and WOW did they do an amazing job! I didnt even know my doors were dirty, but they were! They cleaned everything from top to bottom and it looks AMAZING! Very professional and friendly staff. I felt like I walked into an upscale hotel when I got home yesterday. I dont typically have someone clean for us, as my husband is very particular, but he was even impressed! More family time for us! It was so easy to schedule online and when one of my family members was sick the morning they were supposed to come, they were happy to reschedule with no problems. The deep clean was great! We will be scheduling regular cleanings from now on with them. I highly recommend them!

Crew showed up ahead of scheduled time and after a short overview of what I needed they got right on it and knocked it out. Except for a couple of minor things that was overlooked they did a great job. Will probably have them back at a later date to clean a couple of areas that I needed to do other things in before I turned them loose on it.

Thank you for handling my problem so well!I am extremely disappointed. I have had so many referrals, friends, and even people I know work here and speak so highly. I was genuinely really excited and put all my faith into their highly reviewed services. I have a super tiny house, only 600 sq.ft., and they didnt even finish a third of it in 3 hours (you pay hourly). They only vacuumed my baseboards, only vacuumed my wood floors, never mopped/scrubbed anything besides the tub/fridge/stove. My fridge, stove, and bathtub are all that are visibly clean.

Ive used the Chicks for four years and have nothing but great experiences. The current dynamic duo taking care of my place are Abby and Summer and they get five stars every time. These girls are GREAT!!! they have come on different schedules, once every two weeks and once a month depending on how much company we are having in our home. They always do and excellent job and I even have them do my Moms home from time to time as she is in her 90s. They charge by the hour which is very fair, I have used several other places but I have found the best cleaning service with 2 Green Chicks in the metro are. A++

My roommate and I have used their services a handful (3-5) of times. My roommate has back problems and I have severe allergies so a thorough house cleaning is something best left to the professionals. The women who have came to clean, while seemingly friendly, are not professionals. They do service cleaning and leave areas that are not easily visible quite dusty and dirty. I have to go tidy up and usually finish their job after theyve left. My roommate and I have never complained about this though because the women were nice enough and because the job, while not complete or thorough, was tolerable. The most recent time that the women came to clean, the card they had on file for my roommate had expired and my roommate was contacted for new card information after the cleaning had been done. It was then that my roommate realized she was being overcharged by thirty additional minutes. The woman she spoke with also claimed that her employees had visited our home 8 times. So, either they have filing and clerical issues within their office or there is some dishonesty taking place. Either way, we have decided to seek cleaning services elsewhere.
