Upgraded for interior clean with mat cleaning and such...35.00 waste of time. Missed so many places inside and out. The pictures speak for themselves but know in person, it is so much worse. I was testing the place for a detail job..they just lost that opportunity.

Admittedly I got the car wash for free by text but I just expected a good wash. I never expected the multitude of options the air freshener can the hand rinsing and hand drawing. Ill be back for more car washes even though I dont live in Norman

I took my car here for an interior clean.Once it got through the main line after an hour it sat in the finishing area for over 20 minutes with the door open without being touched. When I went to check on it they told me it was done. The windows werent clean, there was still dirt everywhere, the vacuuming was terrible, there was a bottle of cleaning spray still in the vehicle. It looked like they had barely touched it. I talked to a manager about it and asked for a refund because I needed to leave. He didnt even entertain the idea of refunding anything and did not seem to care about the condition of the vehicle. Not once did he apologize for how badly it was done.

I paid the $45 for the wash and interior to be cleaned plus an extra $10 to wipe down the leather seats. I cant even tell the wiped off the dash at all. They didnt clean the steering wheel or around the stereo at all. The door panels were poorly cleaned. The console was pretty dirty but they just half way cleaned it. And I use the term cleaned loosely. The seats were still very dirty. I didnt expect them to condition the leather for $10 bucks but they didnt even get off the surface dirt. I had taken a car in for a detail a few years ago and they did a great job, but dont bother with them cleaning the interior because they do a terrible job now. Im pretty sure I could have opened all 4 doors and let the wind blow through there and it would have been about the same.

People have been telling me the product has been going downhill. But after spending 300 dollars i guess expected a little more. I guess I expected to have an interior that looked as brand new as it could be after owning my baby for over 10 years, I was quoted 185 for an interior cleaning and i get i had bad stains to pay an extra 15 dollars, and i did the walk through and signed off on the cleaning so i had my chance, but i wish i pulled the cup holder down from the stored position and it was nasty as i left it, then i opened the center console and it was untouched! All the business ive done over 15 years is gonna be for nothing as theyre forcing me to shop elsewhere, so sad.Day 2: Received the call from the manager, offering to fix what i noticed. Thought i solved what i thought they should have noticed and said i didnt have the time to be without my vehicle again. Opened the truck to look inside and it reeked of a must that ive never smelt before, im not that dirty! I can simply take a disinfectant wipe and pick a spot and the wipe comes back flithy with just a couple of wipes, was my expectation of having a used car lot quality detail job too much to ask for? I thought thats what the detailing shop does. Im more disgusted with the truck now than whatever brought me to the point of taking it in in the first place....

I would have given them 4 or 5 stars but when lunchtime came they stopped where they were and sent my car on through the car wash..so 3/4 of my car looked pretty nice. I have a Nissan juke and the back area looked like it hadnt been touched. I paid extra $10 for the back of the seats to be cleaned and had already given a $20tip! $70 total! I called to complain and they gave me no offers to rectify. I would have offered a free detail job to keep a customer!Update Aug 30th - I havent been in yet but they did let me know to drop by and they would take care of the problem. I think thats pretty good of them. More later.

The only reason why I am giving two stars instead of one is because the staff was very professional and friendly. Also, they did a decent job on the exterior of the car. Purchased the $49 package which includes everything except a detail. I will never let them clean the inside of my car ever again. Why you ask, they used the same dirty towel to clean the interior and made a bigger mess than was there. The windows were so streaked that I had to windex them myself and also had to clean the entire dash and interior. From now on I’ll only be getting exterior only packages.

They leave your reliable vehicle running, even while waiting an hour in line to be detailed. Got my oil changed and the 21 point inspection. After they started the vehicle and pulled it into the detail lane, they left it on. I sat in the lobby while the truck was kept running over an hour. There were 4 vehicles in front of mine, so it was busy.Talked with management and they said there is nothing they did wrong. Didn’t want to have a dead battery on their hands. No consideration, none at all, to make up for my complaint. Will not go back.

Mot everyone here had exceptional attitudes. The young man checking us in even took a moment to entertain my daughter. She wanted to show him new freshly painted nails and we acted like they were the best in the world.And the car wash... I cant remember the last time my car looked so good. The man wiping it down even spotted some things the car wash didnt get off (my car was filthy) and he made sure to clean it off before I left.

Ive been coming in for quite some time now. I have always been pretty much happy with the service. It does get a little long on wait time. I have thought at different times - I lost a flashlight, I lost a mat, they were kind to my thinking such, as they find it in my car lol! Kudos to them handling crazy ppl like me! For now I will tell ppl I like them, like the ppl, like the service.- Dont go up on price! I think they are a tiny bit too high!

They did a decent job. People were friendly, there were a few things that could have been done better or were overlooked. For 195$ I kind of expected it to be spotless, which it wasn’t. There’s still plenty of dog hair in the truck of the vehicle and it looks like they completely missed my arm rest and the inside of the drivers seat. Also, when I got home I checked more of it out and noticed that the floor is still pretty damp in the back seat. Will have to towel it. Overall, it’s 98% better than it was but with as much as one spends to have it done I kind of expect more attention to detail. Also, a button is missing from my screen. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I booked an interior detail starting at $125. I know my car was dirty so it ended up being $150 and I gave $20 tip. BUT I thought the whole point of getting your car detailed was attention to detail. On first glance the car looked cleaner, but as the pictures clearly show they were not paying attention to details. I only took me 20 minutes to finish cleaning the car. For the price I expected more.

I have always loved my monthly subscription... moved out of Tulsa and had to cancel. Drew (sp?) and his colleagues have always taken great care of me. Can’t stand a dirty vehicle. Was in town today and was immediately impressed yet again by immaculate service. Highly recommend!!!!! You won’t be disappointed!!!

They were busy so it took a very long time. However, I would not have minded the wait if they had done a good job. The package I ordered included cleaning the interior but they seemed to have rushed this and every left trash in cup holders and and left the inside not much better then before they cleaned it.

Over priced and missed spots. Not ok when I pay that much and still have to rewipe down the inside of my car. Should have listened to the other reviews, dont recommend.

I brought my car in for a detail, to have just my back seats and and back floors cleaned. They were heavily soiled from not only my young daughter, but also from the recent hail storm that broke my rear glass window and left water damage and a mildew-y smell behind. My car looked BRAND NEW after they were done with it. They seriously went above and beyond and even cleaned up the front passenger seat, front floors, doors, and dashboard, free of charge. Absolutely would recommend!

Great service and employees are always nice. I like that they have a room for kids with kid books and toys and a TV with kid channels playing. And the water gun when the cars go through the carwash is a plus for small kids.

Not impressed. My Fiance took her car in to have it cleaned today at about noon. Black Rav 4. Not a huge car. Take pride in your work. This is not a quality cleaning. It is not worth the $25 of hard earned money. I am a land surveyor. Our trucks get nasty. And I can get them sparkling. You can do the same for a small SUV.

Team was Very good today. Even treated my Jeep spare tire. I have had issues in the past. They tend to get sloppy with your wheels at the end. Always check before you leave.

Great experience, had a little hiccup with their wash and car didn’t get dried. But the owner asked if i had time to go back through before i realized it and my car is still clean and shiny since I’ve left. Quick and great results!

I love this place. The reason I didnt give 5 stars is because one time, they didnt get my front windshield very clean. It was smudgy and created a nasty glare in the sunlight. However, the customer service is great, and Ive only had the one time issue regarding the windshield. Thank you! :)

While I was satisfied with the cleanliness of my cars exterior, one of the employees put their weight onto my hood and left a very noticeable palm-sized dent in it that I realized the minute I got home.

We go here weekly. The guy that starts the wash could take a little more pride in his job, but it gets cleaned.

They do a good job for the price. Recommend them and will keep going back. Always something to keep me from giving 5 stars. Last time it was a good portion of my inside driver door not cleaned. This time I sat an extra hour waiting because they never called over the intercom to tell it was ready. I even told the guy I might not there when it was ready and he said he would call. Still they cleaned it well.

Cruise in Auto is the best, the kids are great that work on your car and put out 100%. With covid right now these kids need help everywhere you go. Not to mention that the results are beautiful. May I suggest you leave a decent tip. Great place, just do it. Five windshield blades straight up.

They did great on the outside but the inside was less then expected. I paid for the cup holders to be clean and the seats and carpet to be vacuumed and they were not.

First time here getting an oil change on a brand new Silverado. Guys that helped me were helpful and knew what they were talking about. An got my truck washed. An yeah looks new again. Well definitely be back for many more. Along with my wife’s car.

The service was ok. The car was cleaner coming out than going in, but there were still a lot of bugs on the hood/front. Also, when I pulled in, the attendant told me 45 mint to an hour. Ended up being almost two hours total.

I have frequently had my 3 vehicles serviced here, but the last 4 times have been increasingly disappointing. I have recently retired and just came back from a month long vacation. I bought another vehicle out of state (CA) and took it to your establishment and asked about paying my $35.00 to have it cleaned thoroughly but get credit toward the, Free car wash down the road for one of my other vehicles. The service guy checked with management came back and informed me that, Nope, you cant do that. Previous to our vacation trip I had taken my wifes 19 Tiguan in there, and after the car was supposed to have been completed I noticed the front right wheel and tire had not been cleaned. I grabbed a cloth and began cleaning it and was rudely told that, that was not allowed. The big tall guy had another guy work on it. I was stared at by the big tall guy as I drove away and should have called then to report the situation, but I simply felt that it was one guys bad say that happened. A few times before that I had let it go without saying anything when the cars werent cleaned worth the $35.00 cost.I will not go to this establishment again, so another one will be receiving my retirement money. I hope anyone reading this doesnt experience this type of doings, just be cautious. Good day. . .

Took our car in for a complete detail inside and out. They did good on the outside of the car. The inside maybe 50% complete. They sprayed something in there, it was all over the roof. The dash was dusty. Literally no effort to do a good job. They offered to redo it and told us to come in. So we did and they put us behind hours of cars when they had an obligation to us first. We decided to not let them redo it. They also broke a piece off of our rear view mirror and did not tell us. So we asked about it and they said that it was glued up there so they are not responsible. It was factory installed. They broke this $5 part and basically told me to deal with it. The cost is not a big deal. It is the principle of them breaking and losing a piece to our car and not willing to take care of it.

There were some unclean spots. I payed $35 and it wasn’t worth it. The car wasn’t very clean from the inside.

The guys are great! Service is speedy and through and I got the car wash after the oil change, there are ghost in the lights! Fun!

Fast, yet detailed clean inside and out. They didnt bat an eye over my toddlers crumbs and debris or that I live on a dirt road and my car was covered in a layer of dirt. They just took care of it, with the result that you cant tell either is my norm.

The service here is awesome and the monthly packages are extremely convenient so I can have the interior and exterior cleaned whenever my schedule allows. I cant imagine taking my car anywhere else. The staff keep my vehicle looking like the day I drove it off the lot.

Great wash and tire clean, as usual! I bring all my family “fleet” here all the time and it’s always fast, easy and well-done.

They definitely know how to clean them up here at cruise in! We took a shop truck up there that even had a stain in the seat. We went to pick it up that evening and the stain was gone and the truck looked like it was fresh off the showroom floor! Good job cruise in!

If you are going for a simple car wash, beware of the constantly changing work force and many of them dont do their jobs right. Management needs to pay attention to the training. Towel wipe is a joke. I have been washing my car there for 13 years and have seen service deteriorating over time. The only good thing is their car wash guarantee if you spend more than $10 on your wash - if it rains during the week you washed your car you get a BASIC wash for free or you can upgrade to the better one for $5 or more depending on the level. However, your experience might be different if you are doing full service wash including interior cleaning and kind of detailing.

I could’ve done a much better job without damaging my property.I took my car in for The Ultimate Wash. I will say, the outside looks great. The inside on the other hand was very lazily done. They claim to vacuum crevices and such. I was able to stick my hand under the seat and find trash. I specifically mentioned to an attendant that my floor mats snap in & out and to be careful. They proceeded to rip them out and break the snaps. I got an “I’m sorry about that” when I pointed it out in the end, no replacement or refund. I also mentioned in the beginning that I have a car seat and would like it cleaned underneath and I was told “unbuckle it and we will be happy to take care of it.” I looked under it during my final inspection and it wasn’t even touched. They sent it back around and somehow my car came back more dirty. The kid driving it didn’t bother to wipe his feet. At this point I just wanted to get out of there so I left.My advice is to not waste your money here on anything interior related. I have no complaints about the exterior of my vehicle.

For $50 I should have received more than just a wash. The increase in price is horrible on the managements part. During these trying times you would think they would lower the price instead of raising the price. I completely understand they have to make a profit, however $50 for a lower end car wash is again, horrible

Missed cleaning 1 of my tires. Manger needs to let staff blow out behind the mirrors when asked to. Soap gets behind them and runs down the side of the vehicle. Streaks the doors up. No 👎 matter how many times you wash it, it always happens.

Not happy. Its a single cab Ram. Not much cleaning to it. The vacuums must not be working cause there was still alot of stuff in the seats. The seats still had marks on them that a little spit and finger swipe did a better job. The door pockets were not cleaned. And behind the seats were not cleaned. I knew I just should have cleaned it myself but was in a hurry and thought I would give them a try. Never again for $39.

I’ve used this place exclusively for 3-4 years for all of the service in both vehicles. Less than 1 month ago I had my vehicle serviced, I noticed it seemed to be overheating pulled in for a fluid check. The guy said we just put water in on the fluid top off. I got 5 miles away and my engine died, had it towed; found out engine got so hot it welded Itself together and had to be replaced. Be Leary of this place! The kids that change the oil are friendly but don’t take mechanical advise from them, and don’t rely on them as the place to exclusively service your engine. Maybe just use the car wash, they do okay with that.

Normally they are great every time, but this last time my wheels were not wiped down after wash. He said that they were too dirty for him to clean and for me to get a wash higher up I got the works wash which states a wheel & tire clean by hand.

Over priced and service was not that great! They need more training on price and services offered so they know what they are selling.

The previous owner of my Golf GTI had put vinyl pinstripes on the car that I removed, but the glue had remained and was incredibly tough for me to rid of. I took my car here and asked for a full exterior detail along with getting that glue off, and it came out looking better than I had rolled it off the dealers lot! These guys do an amazing job!Edit: I was thinking because they did a great job on the exterior detail and even got rid of the microswirls from before, that they would know what causes microswirls on a paintjob, so I went ahead and got a car wash there, only to find out after that they use automatic rollers. Car came out with microswirls again.

Long wait, but a job well done.

First off, they gave a GREAT wash! They made my car look beautiful and new when I haven’t had it cleaned in months! Their pricing is very in the budget with the most expensive wash only being 35 dollars flat for the deluxe package (where I lived in Texas, the basic started at $50, so this was a huge change!)On top of that though they have incredibly kind people who work here. The woman who helped check me in walked me through every option and what the specifics would be for every part of it. She was kind and was patient with me even though I was a new customer.Once inside, the cashier was very helpful and was equally as kind to me and helped walk me through the store.What’s more, an angry customer came in about 10 minutes into my wash. We will call her D. D was flying off the handle and creating a scene about how her car should be registered but they can’t find it and started yelling on the phone as well at the employees about how she was going to trash them online and remove her membership. Instead of fighting fire with fire, the whole staff, manager included, was kind and considerate despite the animosity that D was showing. They resolved the issue professionally and kindly without any issues.Overall, I recommend this car wash to anyone and everyone that wants a clean car, a good time, and a free drink!

Great wash and service! Christmas wash

I bought a full book of stamps on my way there. Put in console compartment and shut lid. When I left I opened console and they had tore off 8 of the twenty stamps I just bought. Plus took coupons I had. Not sure what else they could have taken since I dont remember what all I had in console compartment. But since I just bought stamps I knew how many I had. They had no reason to get in compartment. I called and told them about it right after and ask for manager to call me back. Have not heard back.

They did a great job cleaning my car before I got married. I even lost a hubcap in the car wash and called up there the next day. They found it and got it back to me a couple days later!

I have always liked their services. However, it is impossible for me now t spend an extra $10 for their sanitizing fog prior to cleaning your vehicle. The price increases that are going on and Covid surchages are going to prevent all of us from helping small business and the economy.

The guy doing the wipedown ay the end of the wash only did half my windshield, didnt touch the side windows or my mirrors. then he just walked away. I stopped my car, got out, and finished the job, would he help? Nope just stood there and watched me. Extra note: there were no other vehicles in the wash

The only time I ever felt like it wasn’t as clean as I thought it should be, they cleaned it again with a wash upgrade. I tried the place with free vacuums, but they do zero to prep your car on the basic wash and don’t care at all if it’s clean. Huge difference in customer service! Thank you Cruisin!
