These guys are the best!! I’m an Uber driver and after a clean 4 1/2 years, I finally had a rider that puked in my car. Managed to get most of the grossness out myself but my car still needed help. Took my car to these guys tho to get it detailed and they did a fantastic job!! My car looks like the day I bought it! Thanks Auto Valet!!

Waited for almost 2 hrs for my car to get detailed. When it’s done it’s like the car was never detailed except the car was wet. I paid for the highest washed they had and when I confronted the manager she said I have to tell them I needed my seats and rugs vacuumed and the consoled wipes. I told her everything that needed to be done was spelled out in the package. She never apologized and never offered part refund. Upon checking the car further the side windows wasn’t even wiped down . My dog had his nose there and it’s still there. Bad place to take your car to.

Took my truck in because the interior was in desperate need of a detail. Staff is super friendly and they did an amazing job. Prices were the best in town. Felt like I was driving a new vehicle again! Highly recommended.

Place was friendly, fast. Took my car in to get front seats cleaned. They look great! Only giving 4 stars because my car was unusually hot when I got in. Its only 75 degrees outside and my steering wheel (and key) were too hot to touch.

Brushless Car Wash! Great place to avoid damage to paint and clear coat from conventional express carwash.I paid for their Super Valet, Rubber Matt, In/outside vinyl dressing. I had 7 cars ahead of me and my vehicle was done in approximately 1 hr and 30 mins. The end result...not as expected. Stains from sprayed surfaces, missed spots, wet spots, slightly stained window with water spots. I had to grab a wet rag to finish what I paid for.Friendly Staff, attentive, knowledgeable on their services. Employees all very courteous and showed care when working on my car.Clean waiting area with clean restroom, free water, coffee, and Wi-Fi. Military Friendly.

Pleasant people got the regular wash and vacuum not detailed but it was very well done for the price. Detailing would have gotten every nook and cranny but it cleaned my truck well enough for the price.

Was told I would NOT be billed for monthly car washes until the accounting clerk (owner) put me in the system. The next time I came back, I was to tell the guys we were on file and the billing would start.I never came back in...found a better car wash, but they kept billing my credit card. When I spoke to the owner, she refused to believe I had not been back in, and would not refund the charges. She offered to give me a free car wash...I offered to dispute the claim. She said go ahead! I did! I WON!!

I Paid them $ 50.00 to hand wash new vehicle. They use cheep towels that are abrasive instead of using Terry cloth towels & ( they ) scratched up trim on New Ford pickup. The Contract temp worker that was working on my vehicle, told me they had to purchase the better towels from the car wash because the owners were to cheep to let them use the good towels.I spoke with the manager and it was very obvious their only concern was getting paid money $$$$. for damaging a brand new vehicle. They don’t have to worry about my business anymore. it’s sad the business that we’re built by others based on customer service & the people who purchase a good business and run it in the ground because they don’t care about customer service . They saved 1 dollar & lost a customer for life I doubt they can figure the math on that one . But look they. saved that dollar. You might as well tear down building & make it a coin operated car wash, Its very apparent your customer reviews would be a lot better.

Had my truck detailed here. They did a great job. Unfortunately cant have the vehicle detailed and tinted on the same day.

When I checked in they said 1 1/2 for a car wash. I don’t see why, I saw 4 employees under the tree looks like they was taking a break. The work is good but the wait is not. For some reason they are not organized or no supervision.I have been coming to this place for 3 years and it seems to be getting worse.

If I remember correctly Auto Valet recently (6-12 months ago?) switched owners, while it was hit or miss on employee friendly/appropriateness a few years back, now it seems the vibe here has shifted. Employees were very friendly, appropriate, and helpful. Cant beat the $14.99 (or $20?-regardless cheap) wheel deal where they wash, quick vacuum, and wipe down windows/dash. Theyre not a huge production, so if its busy expect to wait or call ahead. Considering the location & price for a local customer, they do a good job!

I have used auto valet several times and have been totally satisfied every time. The waiting room is clean, the people are friendly. They have constantly done an awesome job cleaning my car inside and out. I drive only black automobiles therefore it is simple to see the quality of their work. I will use only them for my detail and car wash needs.

I love the attention to detail and the personal service. When I went to get my car today, my guy spotted something he wasnt happy with and had me wait a few moments while he corrected it. I love them!

For future reference, auto detailing service is by appointment--which is understandable except nothing about their signage or answering service clarifies this.They do a good job but the communication and customer service needs a lot of improvement. Ive only been there twice and despite my phone calls and online research, Ive just had to take a gamble and hope they were open and available. I prefer to take my business somewhere with more clear expectations.

I am hit and miss on this place. I feel like the basic washes are a value and worth the money. But anything above that, I would say your money is better spent at a higher-end detail facility.

I hate to write a bad review, because mistakes happen, but here it goes. Went in to Auto Valet on my lunch hour because it is close to my job. I was completely disappointed. I paid for the $29.95 valet wash and left with a scratched door and an OK vacuum job. The employee that wiped the outside of my car down was using a razor to scratch off some gum remnants under my back passenger door window which left me with about 10 small scratches, i finally had to tell him to just stop and I would use some Goo Gone to get it off. Upon entering my car nothing had been wiped down. I still had fingerprints on my media screen as well as dust on the dash, steering column, etc. I expected more. The professionalism of the kids wiping the cars down was inappropriate as well. I understand we all cuss, but in the presence of a customer sitting outside waiting on their car to be finished I thought was inappropriate. I was completely disappointed with Auto Valet and will not be returning. I will just go back to the Full Service Wash on South Western that I normally go to on the weekends. You lost a potential loyal customer.

Great people and great service! I have had my car washed here many times and every time it comes out looking great. This is a FULL SERVICE CAR WASH that means they do everything for you and if you expect a good car wash it does take time. I recommend Auto Valet to everyone!!

I was hesitant after reading the recent reviews. However, I was very impressed with job! Thats saying quite a lot because Im not easily impressed. Body, wheels, glass, interior, door jams, were all cleaned by hand. I was most impressed by the interior glass (the most difficult surface to properly clean). I got the Super Valet wash. It took 1 hour, 5 min (on a Friday afternoon, with 6 cars ahead of me). Also - contrary to previous reviews, everybody was courteous and friendly.

$21.00 plus tip, car is shiny wheels are sparkling. nice waiting area.

Went in a cold Friday afternoon. It was my first time and the young man talked me patiently through all the options of the services they had available.I chose a @$20 wash.The cat got vacuumed, trash removed, interior wiped, glass cleaned tire shine, auto-drive through wash followed by a hand dry.I watched them thoroughly make sure all dirt off the car after drying and catching a few spots.The tire shine wasnt as good as Im used to seeing. I dont know if it was the product they used, but it wasnt that they didnt try.They didnt cut any corners as I watched even though it was freezing outside. Great job!

They did a so so job. I paid for most expensive wash, and they left bugs on the bottom front. I even tried topping the guy. It didnt help. I think they trying get me to come back for an expensive detail job. No way now. Sorry.

I had a basic car wash and my car looks great. My only dissatisfaction was the timeliness. It took over an hour for a basic carwash! I had to stop then before they were done so I could make it on time to a meeting.

I took my midsized SUV to get the mini-detail, which included cleaning all the surfaces, vacuuming the carpet, and a wash. When I left it, there was permanent marker on some parts of the car, along with other stains, scuffs, and markings that a family car receives after any amount of time. I dropped it off at approximately 3pm the day before and the staff informed me that since it was getting close to closing time they would have to keep it overnight, to which I agreed. One gentleman and I went over the car, and I pointed out to him the things that were concerning and which I would like to see removed if possible. He informed me of the process they would be using to accomplish the task, and what other services they would be conducting with the package. He made no promises regarding the scuff marks and scratches but told me that they would try their best to restore the vehicle.I went in at about 9am and the car was ready within a matter of minutes. Upon pulling around, it looked as if the car was completely brand new, outside and in. With the exception of the inside scratches that could only be replaced with new panels, the last time I remember the car looking that clean was when I pulled it out of the dealership lot on the day I purchased it!The staff were friendly and informative, and not only was the end product exceptional, the price was reasonable (under $65). I will continue to use Auto Valet services for detailing needs.

Extremely unsatisfied. I had my car cleaned here 3/22/18, about an hour & ago. I got the super valet package plus Amor all addition. Ive had my brand new vehicle for 2 months & have it professionally detailed almost weekly. I decided to try this location as its closer & my vehicle is still dirty in the inside! I tried to submit photos of the terrible work, but its not letting me for some reason. $45, plus $5 tip because the cleaning man said they work for tips. (Ive never had to, nor ever been asked to tip after my car service in the post from other detailers.)... Exterior was fine. On the inside, carpets still dirty/ vacuumed poorly/not vacuumed at all in areas, cup holders still dirty, door handles dirty, dash display dirty, dash incredibly streaky, trash in the door which consisted of a crumpled straw wrapper, plastic wrapper & water lid. This is the most Ive ever paid to have my car detailed & by far the worst job. Do not go to here, waste of time & money.

I have been dealing with various team members at this location for a couple of weeks now regarding damage to my stereo. After getting an exterior/interior wash, I discovered the front buttons on my stereo were no longer operational. On my first call with Auto Valet, I was told that it happens occasionally and I should give it a chance to dry out. I waited several days and there was improvement in only one button. I took my vehicle back, the issue was verified, and I was connected with the Manager who told me he would speak with the owner and make sure the stereo was replaced. When I tried contacting Auto Valet today, I was told that the Manager I spoke to is no longer with their team. I was also told that they receive so many complaints that they cant be sure which were issues before they serviced the vehicle and which werent. I am sure there are people who take advantage of certain situations but with so many complaints, you would have to believe that some of them were true. Today, I was told that they have never had this issue before so I assume that means they couldnt have done it despite the big pools of whatever they spray on the dash still remaining after I left the lot that day, or the first person I spoke with was not truthful. I was also told that they were advised by Pioneer that the number one issue on these systems is steering wheel controls (mine are not connected) and water or chemicals was way down the list. Now I dont know what planet the Manager I spoke with today is from, but if you put water and chemicals on electronic devices on the planet where I am from, they stop working. I was told that they were going to do absolutely nothing (other than call Pioneer). I wasnt even offered a refund for the wash I purchased... I would strongly advise against dealing with a company that has such poor customer service and complete lack of desire to handle issues fairly. If you do happen to bring your vehicle here, please note the sign stating that they are not responsible for damage to any vehicle they service. That way, when they refuse to do anything regarding the damage to your vehicle they caused you wont have to look over to see it when that is all you are offered to resolve your issue.

Over 1 hour to do a basic vacuum and wash is way too long. Ridiculous! The receptionist isnt rude, but she never smiles and never came across as very friendly or welcoming.Did a decent job on the wash but there are other car wash businesses that do better in less time.

I was very disappointed with the cleaning of my SUV today. The staff was very friendly but the lack of completion was unacceptable. The rear inside windows were not completely cleaned, the windshield still had bug splatter, the review mirrors were also left unclean & the windshield inside was not completely cleaned. I was pressed for time or I would have asked to have these things done correctly.

They pay attention to detail and are courteous. I always try to tip them because I know they only work for minimum wage and they work hard.

Took my wifes car in for a full detailing, inside and out, as a Christmas gift. When we picked up the car, all we could say was, Wow! The car had been quite dirty, and they made it look like new. They even got spilled motor oil out of the carpet. This is well worth the cost. It takes a while because they shampoo the carpets and you need to let the carpets dry. We will be back.

The new ownership made all the difference! Ive been coming here for pretty much my whole adult life & things were getting pretty bad until the Cathys took over recently.Ill have to say everything is back on track! Good attitudes trickle down from the top & the entire crew is great here now.I am now a member of the wash club & the value is well worth it for someone like me who really likes a clean car for driving around customers.If anyone complains about the time it takes, please remember this is not a typical drive thru carwash. Youre getting a hand vacuum, de-bug & de-mud, (auto) wash, and hand dry & dress. It takes time, especially when its sunny outside and busy. Please be patient with them, or do like I do & get there right when they open.

Just got my car cleaned here and they did an awesome job on it, I havent cleaned it in about 8 months and I am amazed at how clean they got it. It took awhile but it is to be expected when I came at a busy time, definitely worth it.

Vehicle ended up scuff marks from where no idea. Walk around by staff and myself at be going if wash process found no areas if concern. When pointed out it was like oh well no big deal. Well it was and the Vet will not be back.

Worst experience ever. The broke a knob off my rear entertainment system and left the back part of my suv dirt. They even scratched my headlights. Do not take your vechile here they at just going to damage it.

I think a lot of the reviews on here are from a few people that had bad experiences, while the many who have good experiences just dont bother to write about them. Auto Valet had been recommended by a friend, as I needed an interior detail of my car, including shampooing of all upholstery. I went with Auto Valet and was extremely pleased with the result. I ride my car hard, and it needed a lot of cleaning. It looked brand new when I got it back several hours later, and the price was quite reasonable. So, its unfortunate that others might have had bad experiences, but I, personally, will be having them do details on my car in the future.

They clean your truck did not do good job at first. We found out it was a new person the first time. They mad it right they went back out and cleaned it back right. The is a good service then.

Did some work for this company some time back. Have sent them invoices over and over again and even showed up onsite and tried to contact owner. We provided a professional service and theyve NEVER paid. Pitiful to know a business owner or company would treat another small business like this.

Even when there busy you get a nice clean vehicle. Staff always seems glad you came in.

Since I live a 1/2 hour away, I called ahead of time to verify they provide full service vacuuming and cleaning the carpet/seat interior and they told me yes. When I got there, they said they are too busy to clean the carpet/seat interior in the afternoons and that I could come back the next morning. Since I was already there, I got their Super Valet package for $29.95. There was nothing super about it. AFTER I paid, they informed me some of the services listed in the package are no longer available. The guys working were nice and did a decent job on the exterior, however the receptionist couldve been more cordial and they did a horrible job on the interior vacuuming and dusting. I ended up vacuuming my car myself while the guy watched me. The trip was a waste of time and money.

I have been taking my cars here for years. Recently went under new ownership and the owner is rude and disrespectful. I paid for my car to get washed and was walking around outside on the phone and the owner came up from behind me yelling at me to walk towards the designated customer area while waiting for my car. She then accused me of stealing vehicles that are parked out back because they keep keys in them and she doesnt want me to look suspicious on camera. I told her I was simply talking on the phone and she said I wasnt on her Insurance policy to be walking around on her property. She continued to raise her voice in front of other customers still accusing me of thinking about stealing a vehicle. Since this new ownership experience I would advise NO one to use this place for their car detail needs unless you want to be mistreated and wrongly accused in front of people by no one other than the owner herself. Terrible terrible experience!!

Horrible. They charged me 30 dollars to clean the inside only. When they were done it was half vaccummed, nothing was wiped and all the trash was still in front seat were I left it for them to throw away. This is the second time with the new owners. And it was a let down again. Dont let your hard earned money be scammed from Auto valet on Robinson St. If I could give it negative stars I would.they also put their own reviews to counteract bad ones

I went there to get my car detailed and they missed all of the details! I cant believe I spent $50 to have my car cleaned, only to have the job be sub par.

Micro scratches throughout all of my week old tint. They used dirty rags to clean the Windows. (As well after leaving I took it to another detail shop. There are scratches in the paint from DIRTY RAGS.) Owner told me I hope they warranty it for you sorry. He said the gouge in tint was something under it in one place. I will check with my tint guy on this one. He told me he cant help it if my windows got scratched. I gave you the opportunity to handle it and you passed the buck. You have my name and number. I will be awaiting payment for my tear off and re tint. I gave you a chance . added after response 7-2-19. Your response should not be were looking into it. It should be since we scratched your brand new tint (first ones to touch the new tint) We will pay for your tint to be taken off and re applied. Not skating the issue once again

If you dont want something stolen dont leave it in your car. Two sketchy looking men cleaned my car and stole my prescription medicine out of my glove box. Cant trust anyone these days!

Had my car buffed here and got it back with $2500 in scratches due to improper buffing, they denied causing the scratches, now its in they shop for at least a month getting repainted
