Lloyds is great. He and JJ did a great job with my car. They are down-to-earth people who want to do right by you. They wont hassle you into getting things you dont need. Great job at a good price. I will definitely go back if and when I need to.

Brought my car in for a leak in the brake line needed it done that day and this shop was the first to say they could do it. Looked at it once for 15 minutes (I have a tracker in the car) and left it be until the next day, didnt even bother to call and give me any updates. Turns out it was the master cylinder that needed to be replaced so they did it and once I got to my mechanic I had him check their work.... one of the brake lines was completely rusted off ( they said there was no leaks!!!) And the master cylinder was either put in wrong or they gave me a bad one so now my brake light is on and the car reader didnt registerany codes saying anythingwas wrong. My mechanic told me these guys are who you want to watch out for and avoid. *update* these reviews are planted. The owners daughter and friends are on here giving 5 star reviews.. How is that even fair if half your reviews are just friends propping you up?

Lloyd is honest, upfront, and easy to get along with. Not only is he the absolute best price in town, he is somebody you can trust. I recently moved to Norman and I have been struggling to find a decent mechanic. Lloyd is by far the BEST in town. Check around then call Lloyd and you will see for yourself! I will definitely come back to Lloyd’s next time I need any work done on my car and I suggest you call him anytime you need car maintenance. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Was very busy, he got me in anyways and had my car ready to go rather quickly. Seemed upfront and not out to rip someone off. Having 2 kids and being a single mom, I am very pleased to find a mechanic I feel like I can trust to do the job correctly and at a fair price.

I have known residents of Norman to confuse Lloyd with Alameda lube service, which is also attached to a used car lot. Alameda lube is a rip off spot. Llyods is very close to it. This was a reference from a friend who uses Lloyd to service his handicapped car. Lloyd prices were awesome, and I got my extensive work done within 3 hours of dropping off my car(same day). I will be using this place for my brakes next!

Lloyd Kuhn is an absolute fraud! We took our truck to him and he said our fuel pump was bad. He told us it was 200 for a new pump and over 300 for labor. All together it was 550 to fix it. One week after we got the truck back the exact same problem happened. I called lloyd and asked him if he could look at it again and he said no. I took the truck to another mechanic and they pulled the tank down and told me that it was impossible that someone had recently replaced the fuel pump because the fuel pump that was in the tank was as old as the truck. Our new mechanic replaced the fuel pump and found that the only thing it looked like Lloyd did was rig the wiring to the old pump so that it would work... lloyd charged us 550 dollars for a pump he never bought and just to wire rig the old pump. Ive heard stories from many people that he rips off anyone he can. Over and over. We also met his wife who is a vile creature

They stayed open 2 hours after closing to fix my VAN, great service and great price..Honest People !!!

There is a post on here that downgrades me of being a mechanic and if you are my regular customers you know that is not true. I have been in the newspaper for my business in my honesty and how I help senior citizens I do not refer off anybody I never did any service on this gentlemans car thank you very much Lloyds automotive

My father in law is the best and cheapest mechanic in norman, he is honest, fair, sweet, kind, and does everything the right way. he has been published on the front page of norman transcript that should tell you something. I will always recommend my father in law Lloyd for all your car needs because he is the one I go to for everything my car needs.
