Two days ago my husband, our 6 & 5 year old daughters & I were headed from Oklahoma to Tennessee to visit family. Our battery light came on and then our van stalled. There we were, still 3 1/2 hours from our destination, on the side of the highway with a dead battery at 2am. Luckily, Jeff, my awesome insurance agent, helped me get a great rate on full coverage insurance with roadside assist. I made a phone call & Mia, a very friendly efficient lady, sent the nicest gentleman with a tow truck to our rescue. He gave us a jump & followed us to the nearby Walmart so we could get a new battery. State farm stepped in & saved our family when we were in a pretty bad situation & I just cant thank them enough. I am so proud & happy to be a State Farm customer. Thank you Jeff, for really caring for us & helping me get the best coverage possible & thank you State Farm for being there for us anytime anywhere. Yall are the BEST !

My grandma had a policy with State Farm thru Greg Ellis agency. The staff and service were excellent. Shes since moved to another state so shes no longer a customer but if we could have she would have loved to stay with Greg and his team. I would recommend anyone in Oklahoma who is needing insurance to give them a call.

Greg and his team are great! They helped us with a claim and went out of their way to treat our problem just like it was their own and helped us get it right!

Friendly staff and great service. One day I went to their office with my three children ages eight, four and one. With three boys those ages and everyone going in a different direction it can get pretty noisy. They were very welcoming. They brought the kids snacks, offered us drinks and were very friendly and informative to help me with our insurance needs.

Every single staff member Ive ever spoken with has been super friendly. They are very knowledgeable about insurance products, and will explain the ins and outs of each product if you dont understand them. They are also very patient with their customers.I havent ever dealt with the other State Farm branches that operate in Oklahoma, so I have no biased reviews of them to mention. However, I will say this has been the best insurance company Ive ever dealt with in my life thus far.

Greg Ellis is someone Id recommend to anyone with insurance or financial needs. He is a great listener and makes you feel like your needs are his only concern. I had been with another insurance company for a long time but was tired of seeing my auto and homeowners insurance drastically increase every year. Greg was highly recommended to me and even though his office is in Norman and I live in Tulsa, I have had better service from him than my previous agent provided, while being in the same city. He was able to get me the coverage I wanted at a cost I could afford. He was so thorough and I feel like I know more now about my insurance coverage than I ever have. Because of my experience working with Greg on insurance I have recently been working with him on other State Farm products. He has even driven to Tulsa, on a weekend, to go over paper work with me. Ive dealt with many insurance agents over the years but Ive never met one with the work ethics and attention to detail that Greg shows. No matter where you live in OK you should consider Greg for your agent.

They are always quick to address any needs I have with a quick phone call. They are ALWAYS professional and courteous. They were very understanding and helpful when I had to cancel a my credit card that is used to pay them. I simply forgot to update my payment info but they worked with without any issues. Like many people, I almost never take time to post positive reviews for anything, but they deserve the few minutes of my time to write an excellent review. I cant recommend them enough.

She did a great job and went out of her way to save me some money, too!Bonus: I was helped as soon as I walked in (w/o appt.). Terrible services! Has been charging me for a few services then when I go there due to a credit discrepancy, overcharging is more like it, I was notified that I did not have any of those services that I was getting charged for. They tried to come up with excuses and giving the charges different names, but when I printed out my bills they couldnt dodge it anymore, it has been 3 months since then and they still havent figured it out!! Is it that hard to issue a refund? So bottom line is that people at this agency DO NOT know what they are doing.They will charge you amounts of money for services not provided and will hope no accidents will happen so you wont realize you are paying extra money for nothing!!

Greg and his staff are everything you could ever want in an insurance agency. I started out with this office over 20 years ago when the agent was Jack Combs. I was always happy with their assistance but Greg has gone even further to make sure all our insurance needs are being met. We have a broad range of policies and frequently have questions about our coverage. Greg and his staff always have time to address our questions. Most of the time I just drop in and either Greg or Scott are available and eager to help. However, my daughter hates going to their office with me because I usually spend an extra 30 minutes or more just hanging out and talking to the guys. Its nice to have an actual staffed local insurance office as many businesses like this are moving to call centers and online managed accounts.

SHADY SERVICE. ZERO STARS. HORRIBLE. A complete nightmare of a situation caused by them. State Farm conducts business in a shady fashion. My husband and I bought a brand new car in Sept. and were involved in a hit and run on Nov. 14th and have a case with the police. Despite this, this agency refused help with the deductible and with rental. Of course, their Claims department tried to jerk me around by stating I had liability--I have FULL coverage. My emails state FULL coverage. So that was taken care of, until of course I needed a rental car, which should have been covered under FULL coverage, but Greg Ellis was a complete jerk to me after having me call his cell phone (the calls arent recorded that way) and he told me he doesnt believe in full coverage. After his complete lack of empathy, an investigation, lead by State Farm reps, was opened and they ruled in his favor (completely wasting my time) ALTHOUGH DARLA (Gregs main secretary) said to me that it was HER FAULT she did not explain my policy and that SHE did not offer rental coverage.I made my payments on time every month for YEARS. When I need them the most they do not act on behalf of their customers. I do not recommend placing your trust in this agency.
