Great agent if you want no follow-up, will not return your numerous requests for a call back or if you want your insurance ID card that was never sent!!! It only took me 6 weeks of calling the agency office to get Brad on the phone so I can get an insurance card that I can have in my car or wallet.The two stars is for customer service department.
