I’ve had State Farm insurance for a long time. Adding a youthful driver onto your policy is a little scary especially with the young driver rates. When I added my first child, Axel’s office quoted so many different ways with different deductibles and providing me with the maximum amount of discounts he would qualify for. I loved the way his office worked with me and had my us come into his office and explain every little detail. Now with my second youthful driver, I’m sure I’ll be getting that same treatment.

Axel seems like a fine guy but his office is a cluster. We switched our auto and home insurance. First our homeowners policy didnt get sent to the mortgage company right. I had to call and fix that.. Then they didnt put my husband on any of the cars. Then they sent me an email that I needed to sign some paperwork. We went over to the office to sign it and 2 days later got a letter that our policies were being canceled. I called and got that straightened out and then we got checks from them in the mail. Called to find out what that was about and they said they were sent in error and I needed to either return the checks to the office or cash them and then pay it back. So I returned them to the office and a week later got another letter telling me I owed them the amount from the checks and my policies were canceling immediately. Got that straightened out but now Im just waiting for the next policy canceled letter. We probably should have just stuck with Country or found a different agent. I would not have written this review but the office both emailed and texted me asking me to write one.

I recently bought a car through Carvana and ended up swapping it out after just a couple of days. The team here made it really easy to change my policy over, and have been great at scheduling changes so my insurance will update on the day my car is delivered. Its made a somewhat stressful process of buying a car online feel easier.My only critique is that their phone line is frequently busy, so getting help over the phone is more challenging. EDIT: But seeing the agencies response below definitely makes this a 5 star review for me!
