Malcolm and his crew - Andrea, Erica, Katera, Molly, Natalie and Richard - worked very diligently, efficiently and carefully in my parents home on Friday and Saturday this week to return their furniture and household goods after the repair of their house. I was so impressed with the care that had been taken with cleaning and packing each of the hundreds of items in the home. Steven, Brayxton and Caroli removed the furniture from my home for storage until my hardwood floors can be sanded and restrained.They did a fantastic job. We recently had a fire and needed our house to be packed up, cleaned abs stored. This company packed up our entire house. They were VERY professional and careful with everything. We experienced a fire at our residence and we retained 1800Packouts to remove our extensive collection of belongings in 4 rooms of our house. After a tornado hit my house, they came almost immediately when contacted to pack up the contents of my home so that repairs could me made. They were polite and worked continuously in the sweltering heat to make sure my belongings were packed carefully. During the time I was out of my home they were accommodating of any of my things I needed for immediate use. Then, when repairs were complete, they immediately scheduled a time to bring the contents to my home. They unloaded and unpacked everything. Pictures were taken of everything so they knew exactly where to place furniture, pictures, and even items in the drawers. They even worked with me when I wanted to make changes and would rearrange without any complaints! After a house fire 800 packouts was brought in to remove all contents due to smoke DAMAGE! The crew who packed us out was very kind and thoughtful! Its hard to relax when everything you own gets taken away. But the whole process went smoothly.Each box was then cleaned and repacked then stored .Once Atlantic restoration completed our home 800-packouts brought everything back. We started our experience with Mr. Todd Curry, Mgr. on December 15, 2019. He came highly recommended by both our General Contractor and our Insurance Adjuster. That in and of itself was a good indication of the value of the experience we were about to have.Every contact we had with the business was handled very professionally. From the original Packing Team: Gustavo/Julie, Yesenia, Celsa, Deanna, and Sam, to the Office Staff: Grace and Debbie, who stayed in touch with us regarding schedules, to the Unpacking Team: Yesenia, Mark and Matt who muscled everything into its proper place after the restoration. Even the Repairman that Todd hired to fix a table leg damaged during transport did an excellent job. Gustavo made a separate trip to to deliver the repaired table.The project lasted three months, which some would say is a long time, but the contents of three rooms had to be completely removed. In the grand scheme of things, and in light of the extent of the restoration, I remain very satisfied with all who had anything to do with it.

We have had a great experience with this company so far! They were in our home for three days this week packing and moving things after we had damage from a burst pipe. Todd was extremely courteous when speaking with us over the phone and during our initial home consultation. I cannot say enough positive things about the packing and moving crew, especially Sisi. They were all polite, efficient, hard-working and a pleasure to interact with. They will be storing all of our items until our renovation is completed.

Yesenia, Janes, and Manoel were very professional and handled our property well. You don’t have to worry about things being broken and such because they do an amazing job with packing. Both men were soaked head to toe in sweat from having to deal with carrying heavy furniture going up some not so friendly stairs. Even after unloading, placing and putting my furniture together both men asked me at least two times each if they could move or adjust anything for me. They took all of their trash from wrapped furniture and they even took a few of my moving boxes for me!!!! They really made my life a little easier that day and for that I thank them both profusely!I would also like to recognize Mary; she is the administrator who takes calls and oversees office issues. She is yet another stellar associate of the company. Not only is she extremely pleasant every time I speak to her, she is also very welcoming, friendly and empathetic to ones needs when they call.
