In the midst of serious health issues, we experienced flooding in our kitchen causing extensive damage. Richard from Servpro returned my call immediately and sent a crew out to assess the situation. Throughout the abatement process he was very professional. He was in constant communication with us in person and by phone. His support provided us with a sense of security. Team member Tim deserves recognition for the quality of workmanship in both the abatement and restoration stages! Barry headed up the restoration phase. His leadership also excelled in assigning workers and an scheduling! I could not have been more pleased with my experience and the outcome was beyond expectations!

Everyone on the ServPro team was very helpful and responsive. Richard dealt patiently with my tears as he did the immediate clean up. Tim did a great job with the drywall and kitchen repair work. Barry was awesome to deal with from start to finish and communicated well. The team did a great job and I would highly recommend...although for obvious reasons, I hope to never need their services again. GFlooding is no fun.
